today at Medical center praject plus program at the hospital class i did some paper work and i went to job site form 8:30 i crean table and chair at the cafe and i go to the kitchen i did 5 chicken noodle soup and 2 oat meal and 2 Cream of wheat and today is the lost day of work! ^-^
at lunch i eat Rice and chicken and Vegitabol form 1:00 i go back to class room i did class room work i crean table and chair and sofa and move chair after that i play get in tourabole game

form 3:00 i went to Dr. Apoitment for my left arm i pull to hard and i cant use the Totally gym 1700 Club for 3 or 4 weeks! my left arm and almost every where hurts
