SNK Wallpaper
Quite a few things have happened while I was gone.
First of all, I went to see that Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. That was a pretty good movie, despte the fact that they only used one midget in the whole movie. I guess they didn't have enough money to hire more after spending so much on that big set and all those special effects.
Second, I bought .hack//AI Buster a couple days ago. I haven't read it yet because I'm waiting for the 20th to come by. Dunno why I'm doing this but it's better for me this way.
Third, I also bought Rune Soldier vol.4, Excel Saga vol.6, and XXXholic vol.3 (and since there was a sale, I got .hack//AI Buster for free). I won't read those until later on. Right now I'm reading one manga a day and today I'm going to read Real Bout Highschool vol.3.
Moving on....
I also bought King of Fighters: Maximum Impact (PS2) from my friend Firespitter yesterday. He bought that game for the Xbox not too long ago and didn't want to have two copies of the same game....that and the last time when we fought in that game, he totally kicked my ass.
I guess last, but not least, I finally saw the SIN CITY movie last night. It was something I didn't expect and I liked it. I like the way they used the style of the comic on the movie (I only saw shots of the comic but never read them).
Anyway, that's pretty much it for now. I've got to do some chores around the house so later on I'll visit your sites. Abayo!

OMG! (crazy short post that makes no sense)
Yes! It is I with another boring update!
First of all, I'd like to say state that this week it is K Dash's turn again. This time it's for King of Fighters 2002.
Moving on to the main part of this post....my mother and sis came back from mexico last night! Woo! Not only that, but they brought some nice mexican candy and best of all...RANCHERITOS!
Also, it seems that today I might go and see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Now if you'll excuse me, I must go and try to beat Fire Emblem. Abayo!

!
Well...based on the one person to actually care or to actually be available to be online at the time, it seems I will redo my comics and draw some fanart.
There's a little idea that was inside my head for...almost a year that I never got around to it. IT pretty much involves the Shinobis from different games. What I plan to do is draw a pic with Strider Hiryu (Strider) about to fight Hotsuma (Shinobi). Ryu Hayabusa (Ninja Gaiden) will be the referee and Kurenai (Red Ninja) will be the model holding up the Round Signs...or whatever they are called. I may put in Hibana (Kunoichi) as a second model.
Well, that's all for now. Abayo!

Paper!
New wallpaper this week. This time it's KOF 2001 featuring Kula. In KOF, Kula is known as the Anti-K'. I guess it's because she uses the element of ice. If I was wrong, please correct me.
Anyways, I bring some good news! Today I received a buttload of paper to continue my drawings! That means I could either continue my "1 drawing per day" today or I could work on comics. There's this one pic I've been dying to do. It's all about the ninjas in different games.
Ok, I'm leaving the decision up to you. Should I;
A) continue the "1 drawing per day" drawings
B) draw comics and other types of fanart
Note: I'll put up either selections so you can view them later on...just as soon as I go to Sully's house.
That's it for now. Abayo!

...
Well, nothing to report today except that I forgot to mention the new wallpaper I put up. Unless you're not a KOF fan, you should probably know who this is. The name is K'(K Dash). He first appeared in KOF '99. I liked this character ever since I first played with him. He uses the ability to emit flames but uses it in different ways.
Anyways, yesterday I went to a friend's house and pretty much played games all day. To make this quick, I'll list the games we played and the percentage of my victories.
Capcom vs. SNK 2: 50%
Marvel vs. Capcom 2: 70%
DOA 3: 15%
KOF 2003: 80% (by some miracle)
Ok, we didn't play all day. We had to take breaks and let my friend's xbox copy my .hack cds. By the time we stopped playing, Rescue Me was being shown on FX.
One more last thing. My dad had left to mexico for some reason on friday and came back earlier today. And when he came back, he brought along my favorite chips from mexico....Rancheritos! Oh man, these chips are freakin' awsome! They are way better than anything I've ever tasted! Pretty much they are a rectangular-shaped chips with nothing much but certain spices on it. There's a "Ranchero flavor Doritos" here in the U.S. but they pale in comparison to the ones in mexico.
If you'll excuse me now, I'm going to go eat the bag of Rancheritos while singing a theme song I made up for it.

Game Update
In order to try to cure my boredom I decided to check out some things I normally wouldn't bother with. I first visited the japanese Capcom website and found an interesting little tidbit about the next Resident Evil. It seems that Resident Evil 5 will be released on the PS3 and Xbox 360.
I also went to the japanese Guilty Gear website and found out that Guilty Gear XX #Reload will be coming out for the PSP. I wonder if it'll come out to the US. While I was there I saw the pic for Order Sol. Well..I guess I should just show you the pic instead.
Moving on...
Finally, a friend showed me a website that contained nothing but video game trailers and commercials from around the world. I saw some crazy commercials (German Street Fighter 2) and some hilarious commercials (Japanese Metal Gear Solid 3). Probably tomorrow I'll put up the address to the site.
Well, thats it for now. Ja ne!

....
Oh man...today is such a slow day....usually I'm bored but today it's ridiculous. It's saturday, so there's nothing good on tv until night, the On Demand feature in the digital cable is messed up, and worse of all, I can't think of anything to draw. I thought about calling one of my friends today, but I wouldn't have anything to talk about...that, and I think I called them enough.
At least I found something interesting in the web today. I was looking up the zany video game quotes website and I stumbled upon some commercials of an old Sega Saturn mascot in japan. It was some guy with spiky-ish type hair and had a white gi on. Basically what he did was beat up people for not playing the Saturn, blow up opponents with his bare hands, and rescue SEGA from a missile and blowing it up in space. The commercials are really hilarious cause I never expected SEGA to come out with these crazy ads. Well, I just hope everyone else is having a better day than I am. Ja ne!

New Wallpaper
A new week has begun so there's a new wallpaper up. This time it's Hibana once again.
What else is new? ... I guess pretty much nothing except that on friday (or saturday) I helped my dad install the new brakes and made sure that it worked perfectly on every wheel...or something like that. I'm no car enthusiast.
Also, I finished watching Lunar Legend Tsukihime. The show was actually pretty good, and the only thing I have against it is that they should have extended the final battle a lot more.
Anyways, since everyone else is doing those Q & A things, I thought I should try it as well so here it goeses!
1. What's your fav. fighting game?
2. Who's your fav. male character in that game?
3. Who's your fav. female character in that game?
That's all for now. Ja ne!

Rivalry
Yesterday was pretty interesting. Not only did it continue to rain, but I showed my friend Firespitter that his King's special from KOF can definetly be stopped.
I went to my friend's house yesterday because I pretty much got tired of playing the computer opponent...that and I needed to get out of the house. Anyways, as soon as we got there, we played Marvel vs. Capcom 2 on the Xbox....for I don't know how long. We played so many matches, it was crazy. Apparently, my Combo Team (Guile, Charlie, & Tron) could beat his two best teams easily, but had a hard time with his WEAKEST team. But that changed when I used my Women Team (Cammy, Morrigan, and Tron). We had some pretty incredible matches...its just too bad we couldn't save any of them. The funny thing about this was that the power kept going out in the middle of some matches and you could see my friend getting pissed, it was hilarious. We then moved onto Capcom Fighting Evolution...on the Xbox. The first time I played this game, I won 2 out of 11 matches, but this time, it was different. I memorized his strategy with Demitri and took him down with Jedah (I love that guy's laugh!!). I was pretty much winning most of those matches. After that, he showed me the new maps in Halo 2. There's nothing much to talk about here, just that I like some of the maps...especially the one with the train. We then played KOF:MI Maniax...where I totally and completely bombed. It was such a long time since I played KOF:MI...I couldn't remember any of the characters' stylish moves. I lost every single match except for one.
After that, we moved on to the PS2...my domain. We first played Guilty Gear XX. We had a couple of warm-up matches before we really started getting fighting. When we finally started to get serious, I was barely losing some matches while winning others. It got a bit repetitive after a while and so started to make things a bit interesting. At the start of every match, we both had our instant kills miss so we could fight without the overdrives. We moved on to Capcom vs. SNK 2. I won 71% of the matches there. I, after who knows how long, have finally figured out which team is the best for me, and it couldn't have happened at a better time.
After all the games, we then watched the fight scenes in the Street Fighter 2 anime movie.
Before I left back home, we played a couple of matches in Street Fighter 3...on the Xbox. Just to make it quick and simple, he "pwnd".
That's was pretty much it.
One more thing! It'll take some time to get the new pic up because I'm currently working on a different drawing and I want to scan both pics at one time to save...time. Ja ne!
