hello

So I have to write this stupid "reflection" on a field trip and mine probably isn't going to be long enough. Oh, well.

So, yeah, people I know are VERY self centered!

I'm "friends" with this girl(the one who wouldn't shut up at my orientation) but really she annoys the CRAP outta me cause she's really hyper and wannabe preppy and SO different from me.

But anyways, my Aunt died on Friday, and I told her that and she goes.

"Aw, I'm sorry."(her)
"Yeah, she had MS. She was paralyzed."(me)
"Yeah, my Aunt was paralzyed. She died in November."
"Oh, I'm sorry." (I'm really thinking, "since when are we talking about you?"
"Yeah. How old was she?"
"I don't know, not that old. Late 40's, early 50's."
"Yeah, well my Aunt was TWENTY NINE!" she says in this 'my life is so much more tragic and i'm better' voice.
"Oh."
"Yeah." she says, clearly satisfied.

COME FRICKIN ON!!!!!!!!
My Aunt just died and your competing against me?
To see who has a more tragic experience?
Who ARE you?????

Sorry, but I kind of think that's bull crap, no?
