The Warrior who hates the Rain (Ep.2)
...The Samurai waited with his hands ready to unsheathed his two swords on the Man. The blonde raised his hand up to settle the Samurai.
“Relax Almet, I’m not here for a fight,” spoke the Blonde. The Samurai still stood at the ready of a fight.
“You and I and a couple of other friends are here tonight,” thunder cracked after the Blonde finished.
“He’s really drawn a crowd to himself if you’re here,” spoke the Samurai addressed Almet.
“Well the CIA can’t have a possible terrorist alive anymore,”
“Let me guess Kiore and Ren are here as well?” asked Almet.
“Yea Kiore is on point, Ren? ...well she might be hunting you instead,”
“Ren? ...hunting me? You lie to much Skual,”
“No really I’m not lying this time she has a bone to pick with you,”
“Whatever . . . ” with that the Samurai looking warrior Almet relaxed and turned to walk down the ally adjacent from himself. The Blonde addressed as Skual continued to walk down his street and turned the corner to find yet another street of small shops and businesses. But one shop interested him, a doughnut shop, its lights were out but a flashlight could be seen moving around inside.
“The power must have gone out,” Skual said to himself. He walked across the street to the front window of the doughnut shop to find the Flashlight moving back, than a door opening and closing. A man soon ran out of the ally carrying a rain coat over his head and a flashlight in one hand. Inside the man who sat at the booth was now in the bathroom with the door ajar. He stealthily crept inside when the power went out to make it look like he left. He looked through the ajar door to see Skual standing in front of the window. The man reached into his vest and brought out an old fashion western pistol. He brought it up and aimed at Skual. Skual looked inside once more than continued to walk again out of the man’s sight. The man brought the pistol back down and slowly let the hammer go. He walked out of the bathroom and laid down again on the booth this time lying completely flat. His sword by his side and one hand on his pistol.
Almet was now walking down a bricked wall ally listening for anything that moved or breathed. Above him on the roof tops the Woman was keeping pace with man. She thought to be silent, when she drew her scimitar and hurled herself through the air hovered a moment brought her sword pointing down upon Almet and fell. She fell faster than the raindrops, they would slash her in the face and the way down. Almet heard the rain splash in her face in the split second, he drew one sword and blocked the down coming sword. Ren flipped through the air in some acrobatic way landing on her feet and ready to sword fight.
“A little bird told me you were on the prowl,” spoke Almet.
“Damn Skual . . . I’d like to see him last one day as a true warrior not some agent,” the woman spoke.
“I’m curious why you would be looking to fight me?” asked Almet
“You took my last three bounties on purpose they were my kills but you took them,”
“You should tag your game Ren, assassins number one rule on bringing in the money, you’re lucky I was the one who took them any other warrior might have killed you,”
“Than consider you self tagged,” she threw her sword at him, Almet deflected it away, drawing his second sword in the process. Ren jumped off the ground to one wall to the other catching her sword in the air, than slashing the top bricks apart to fall down on Almet. Almet quickly dodged all caught one on his sword and batted it back at her. But she had already started running on the roof tops as her life was endangered by cheetah chasing her. She stopped before a street and looked back Almet didn’t follow. She took a breath of air and looked around the street and found a doughnut shop with the lights off. This interested her as it did with Skual. She jumped through the air landing with a splash in the front window as she looked in to see what was inside. Inside below the Window the man was wide-eye at her face pressed against the window. He grabbed his pistol and stood up aiming the gun in her face. She quickly alerted her senses in the millisecond it took for him to pull the trigger she began to move sideways to avoid the bullet. In the moment it happened, the glass shattered and she stepped aside. Almet heard the gunshot and the glass and quickly ran, Skual also heard both sounds and ran back to the doughnut shop. Both arrived at the scene to find the Man his sword drawn at the neck of Ren standing under the canopy of the doughnut shop. Almet drew both of his swords and Skual bought out a standard .45 handgun. At the same time both Men spoke at once.
“Let her go Mytho,”...
