   Just Because I'm Out of Room
Yep, nother thing I'm putting in a post just because I don't have room yet in my profile XD. I had my birthday dinner early being as I'm leaving for Etaru's tomorrow and I got the "Phantom of the Opera" soundtrack!    Work of the Day
lol Haven't really touched my shoes today. Need to though lol. Finally called Etaru... Just as she was heading out the door lol. So now I'm waiting for her to call back. After much wasted time (all thanks to me XD ) Sam and I got some dialouge ideas for our skit so now I'm finally getting my butt in gear after random inspiration and typing up the script. Hopefully it'll work out okay and Sam and I and twick it to perfection.. And then memorize it before the con XD. All of it's a surprise for Etaru so our time is limited as far as working on it goes. We head up (over?) to her place Thursday afternoon/evening soooo... Limited time XD. Tomorrow I'll try and see if I can get some money from my folks to go get material to make the leg straps. And then eventually get to cleaning my room and removing the nail polish on my fingers XD. Ah, good times.

For the first part of this week I was job shadowing my Latin teacher who teaches at both of the public high schools in my town. It was for an English project, but I was very excited to do it. I have his class in the afternoon and I was interested in seeing the differences between the classes and the schools. I was not disappointed. He has the first two periods at one school, then teachers 5-7 at the school I take his class at. I sat in on the morning classes and then 5-6 (6th period being my own class). It was beyond enjoyable for me. He's a character and I love how he teaches and just the sarcastic yet knowledgable humor that I can relate to (at least the sarcastic part lol). I'm almost sad that I'm done with the job shadowing. But oh well. Life goes on lol. Needless to say, though, it certainly did not scare me away from wanting to be a Latin teacher. In fact, the most difficult part I think I'll have is LEARNING the material and then presenting it. I'm starting to get very excited for college. =^_^= A bit too much considering it will be the start of a huge battle against debt, starvationg, frustration, and manga shortage XD lol =^_^=

   Con Progress
Well, Anime Oasis is this weekend and I'm slowly finishing stuff up. Etaru's about to kill me for not calling her back (sorry!). The shoes are coming along rather nicely. My step dad is graciously doing half of the work and helping me get started (the last time I sewed was roughly 4-6 years ago for my Home Ec. class so I'm definitely rusty). But it's working nicely. The main body is on, we just need to add the second piece which is the leg part and then the velcro and they'll be pretty much done. I'm in a bit of a pickle because I just realized that I forgot to make some leg straps so I have to figure out how I'm going to do those and all that fun stuff. Other then that, things are looking up. Sam and I are going to be getting together to get our skit worked out as well as travel plans (the gourd of d00m fits in my (and my step dad's) probe!! It's a miracle!!) So I just need to get things finalized with Etaru and Sam, finish these shoes and the straps, and off we go to the con! Oh, and I have to clean my room XD. Ain't life grand??

Oh, and I finally redyed my hair again. It's an odd dark maroonish orange red SOMETHING but I also have some temporary dye to put in my hair as the con gets closer that will (hopefully) make my hair a more brilliant red that it needs to be for this XD

It's about 6:20 now and I'M SO TIRED!! I stayed up the whole time since my last post and the good news is that I managed to get my two projects done. Math, though, I stopped at. I swear my vision is spinning XD. So I'm gonna rest my head a little if I can and just... hang out... Worry about Calculus later. Ask Mia for help when I get to school, and brush my teeth somewhere along the way (not necessarily in that order). But I made it through the night. ish. lol

   Getting in touch with my inner Gaara
Forgive typos. I can almost promise they'll be there.
It's 1:20 a.m. and I've already taken my morning shower and am dressed. Yep, couldn't sleep. So, with less than an hour's worth of sleep under my belt I must finish up my projects and then take a Calculus and Chemistry test later on. This good be bad. When I don't get enough sleep, Math is way beyond me. Much more so than normal. In this state of mind, it doesn't even register. So this is problematic. But I'll worry about that as time gets closer. And I'm pretty sure there was something else I was going to say but I can't remember. Not like I won't have time to post it later XD. Night all, and I hope you have a better night's sleep than I XD =^_^=

Updates
For the fans of my work and everyone else, I have made 6 new ecards and have even more that I'm trying to get uploaded. I'm also trying to upload my very first bg that I made, but that's also not liking me so much.

As for a cosplay update, my step-dad and I are going to tackle the shoes for my Gaara costume tomorrow and I'll plenty of spare time over the weekend to work on them when I go and stay at my grandparents house. The con that Etaru, Sam, and I are taking our costumes to is next week for this is definitely crunch time... oh Shoot... and now I just realized why Sam's been really "nagging" (not really XD) me about when I'm dying my hair again... =O_O= It's crunch time. Wow... No lie.. I just now realized how... little time I have to redye my hair and get everything ready =O_o=. For those who don't know, in all my pictures I have red hair, but it's not my natural color. My natural hair color does have a red tint to it from my mom's natural red hair, but mine in and of itself is a light brown/chocolateish color. And I pretty much have no red in my hair at all right now. hmmmm...... This is a problem XD. Time to go catch my mater before she leaves... tomorrow... Bugger XD I have some prioritizing to do lol.

   I Am A Pheonix
Why? Because as the Ides of March approach two things pop into my mind. The death of Julius Caesat which happened on that day, and my birthday =^_^=. So, as another died on this day, I am born like a pheonix XD. Okay, not really. I just felt like saying that lol =^_^=

Well, I hope everyone's week is going well. Mine has been pretty darn good =^_^=. Latin's been easy and though I'm a bit behind in Ceramics, life's still going okay. We just finished watching "Pride and Prejudice" (the new one)in English today. I am now in love with that movie =*_*=. It was so good. And now I want to go read the book (having read a short of condensed version of the first five chapters in our Lit. Book) but I have a good 4 other books I want to check out and a $20 fine at the public library (sadly... I'm not joking or exaggerating... But man how I wish I was lol). Government we had a painful test today, in Chemistry we have a test tomorrow and I also have two projects and a Calculus test tomorrow. I'm sweating bullets so to speak over that Calculus test just because I know I'm going to bomb it. (Though I'm taking the class, Math is NOT my forte... I take it just to get a head start for college so I don't completely nose dive there XD ). But still life is going great for me.

Today the high was 55 degrees F. What was I doing? I wore a tank top and no jacket XD. This is why I seriously love my state. Spring is on its way so the weather's been warm. Warm to us XD. There were kids in shorts and t-shirts outside and again, no jackets. I just love the time after winter when the weather first starts warming it. It's such a comical sight. Having spent half a year in Vegas I just have to laugh. Mostly because of my experiance there. I arrived at Vegas on December 23, 1999. When I got off it was 60 some degrees (F) when I stepped off the plane. I was in shorts and a t-shirt and loving it. The people outside (the "locals") were wearing long trench coats, ducking inside the tall collars to get warm, and wearing ear muffs. At the time I was just baffled but now I have to laugh. And I do it very well. If most tourists who come from the big cities weren't so annoying and what not, I'd have 'em all shipped here just to hear their reactions. It's so much fun. A family just moved here from North Carolina and their two sons are going to my youth group. They're hear for a year while the father starts a church (God bless him). Being me I had to go over, ask where they came from and everything. During this I couldn't help point out that there must be some great differences in coming from the east coast to near the west coast. The older son looked up and said sheepishly, "Yeah, I can't wait to go back to North Carolina in a year. It's cold here." I loved the kid for his honesty and couldn't help smile at what he said. That's pretty much the usual reaction we get along with how pretty the mountains are. But enough about that. Time for me to stop procrastinating and actually get my projects done that are due tomorrow (which includes LOCATING the power point that I started =O_o=). Take care, everyone!

   What 4 Glasses of Mt Dew and 1 Glass of Coke does to a Person
lol First of all, sorry to all the people's sites I commented on while in this mood. And especially sorry if I scared any of said people XD. I have had so much caffiene this weekend and I love it! lol. But yes, In this morning alone I have have 1 glass of coke, and 4 consecutive glasses of Mt. Dew. The 2 litter is almost gone and it's all thanks to MMMMMMMEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

Anyway, I have to ask all who read this to keep Jaguar in your prayers. She's a fantastic person that I just love talkin too. She has to go in for surgery on her leg and so prayer is always nice. Thanks and I hope you get well soon Jaguar!!!

Sorry for my absence on things. I mean to do some catching up here pretty quick. And my instant messanger just closed on me completely. What in the world? =O_o= Anyway, yes, I'll be getting back to everyone here in the next few days and catching up on what I've missed. Thank Etaru. She was complaing to me on the phone about me not updating here in a while and saying she missed my comments XD. So I figured it was time to get off my lazy rear and get caught up.
