Well I've learned not to talk about things I love, or else people will BITCH!

You know what? Fine, hate what I love. The less people who like what I like the more elitist and selfish I can be. Mua hahahahahaha.

Like, the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. THE best anime I have seen in forever. I've already watched all 14 episodes, sadly, so I will have to wait to see if they make a second season.

This would also explain why I have no new content. I'm working hard on it...sorta.

I'm sho showwy. @__@

It rained today! It rained yesterday! GLORIOUS.

Am-ee-nay!
So I just finished watching all 24 episodes of Karin (also known as Chibi Vampire here in America...for some reason) and I must say, it's one of my favorites to be sure.

It started when I found the first manga out over here...much to my surprise I also found that the anime was done and finished over in Japan, so I just had to go and watch it all for myself. (Apparently it ran from late 2005 to mid-2006, so I'm not TOO behind)

But yeah, vampire girl who shoots blood instead of sucks it. So we get lots of girl getting nosebleed to hilarious effect.
My, Where have I seen that before? Yeah, that's right. Great minds think alike, I suppose...or something.

Karin is also the cutest girl I have ever seen in anime. The art is wonderful and perfectly mimics the style of the manga, which is a major plus. The story MIGHT stray from the manga...I have no idea as I need to wait for the manga to finish coming out over here...but from what I have read so far, the main thing they do is
1. Give Karin more nosebleeds. Sometimes = funny, all the time = less so.
2. Have Karin get molested more. Some anime writers must think this is the best freakin' joke in the world...it's not. It makes you feel sorry for the character, more than laugh.
3. Show Karin nude more often. Seriously, the opening (which debuted on the second show) Has about two shots of Karin with clothes on versus 10 of her naked. Poor girl.

The show is mostly humor, with plenty of random emotional bits to make you actually care about the characters. Beautiful to watch and you can't help but love Karin and her horrible problems. ^_^

So it's been raining a lot 'round here, recently.
If you've been here before, you know that puts Myui in a good mood. ^_^

I don't have anything cool, yet, but I did play around a bit in babelfish a couple days ago (like we used to back in grade school...back when it was NEW, heh,) and here are the results of english->japanese->english again.

Dewarp'd XD
So I'm back, sunburned to the face, but full of pep, vim, and vigour.

Warped tour was fun, I indeed party'd hard for all of you, but it was so damn hot I stayed the hell away from the front lines.

Crowd surfers are awesome! One crowd totally had about 18 people up in the air. One thing, tho, girls in skirts should think before surfing, haha. Then again, the number of people wearing naught but a swimsuit's worth (or less) was quite high. Myself, I had two shirts and some sweet pants on. Hot, though comfortable, and stylish. Haha.

Although I must say, I have never seen a larger gathering of cute girls with blue, red, pink, or whatever coloured hair in my life. Even more than an anime con, and not a wig in sight. (Although I did see a catgirl as well, and a girl who was totally a spitting image of Yugi, heh)
Argh, and a sweet girl with a fedora on! It was so impressive I wished I had mine on so I could've tipped it to her. But hers was more impressive, so I guess it would've shamed me in the end, heh. -_______-

Good lord, tho, so many bands...I wasn't able to see my Joan Jett because she played so damn late, but we saw so many cool bands, I can't even recall. Maybe that's sunstroke talking, it was awesome, though, I shall upload pictures one of these days. I will also try and visit tommorrow after work. (6:30 AM, booooo! Shit, it's after midnight! XD )

Work work work, this summer has been such a blast. That was sarcasm, of the most bitter and resentful kind. Hahaha.

Not entirely, but I still have nothing good to show for the summer...BUT...tommorrow I'm heading up to Warped Tour in Detroit. XD

oy
So I actually fixed the family computer...after 3...er, 4...um, maybe 5...weeks!

Go me.

Fixed is relative, sadly, the virusii are gone, along with everything else, but the thing don't quite work right yet! *poofs* I will work harder, I will not be beaten! One, two! One, two!

I've been drawing and writing quite a bit...but I can't scan anything in, haha. Perhaps another computer comic must be made. Oy, it's like I'm ahead...but I have nothing to show for it.

I totally got a baby Gaara t-shirt at Jafax, tho. It was cool, I cosplayed as Pegasus...and I actually got recognized! I was also pointed out to have a mop on my head.
