A Night of Lights...
Konnichiwa Minna,
I had fun last night. Me, my aunts Celine, Marie, Celine's husband Jeff, her adopted baby girl Riley, Marie's 20 year old son Kevin, and my memaw all went to go see Tennesses' yearly boat & firework show. It was beautiful.
The boats on the water were all lit up with Christmas lights, the Queen Mary (I think thats what it was called) ship was the biggest and played Christmas tunes. I was lucky it was one of my nice cousins and not one that likes to play fight, he was kind the whole night. When I didn't looked to "enthused" to be there he teased "Oh, you know ya wanna see the boats too." which then his mom and my crazy aunt who was standing on a bench to see instruted I get up there with her. Everyone was watching from the bridge. The world's longest pedestrian bridge. Though my two aunts speculations and jokes of wondering if it could hold so many people at once was not so comforting. When the boat show was over and people were now waiting for the fireworks as singing came from below, Jeff, Kevin and I went to go get us all some hot coco. I refused a cup for myself, feeling it be greedy, but they'd soon (as well as the cold and my low iron/thin blood) talk me into a cup. We first stopped at a hot dog place, having to dogde cars I joked with Jeff not to be a bad mentor and show us how to get hit. lol. Inside we sat at the large window, like some freak show looking at passerbys (one with a mohawk) and waving to the also waving people across the street at Subway. We then waited in line for coco for what seemed forever, dumb us drinking cold soda. We saw one of my memaw's old art students, I later learned, my grandmother a true comedian, named her students "Dammit" just so she could say it, but soon they started asking each year if they could be 'Dammit' that year. lol. They even got to meet the original who subbed for them. lol.
Jeff joked with me when we got back that Celine said she wanted to come so Riley could see, Riley was asleep in his arms, and he pointed to my two aunts who were leaning over the bridge rail like two kids and said, "See the real reason?" lol. The fireworks were fantastic, though at one point, the waterfall fireworks from beneath the bridge completely covered us all in a blanket of white smoke, so thick you couln't see infront of you. I couldn't help but laugh hysterically and Kevin made a fart joke saying "It wasn't him." Standing there, watching the fireworks and the beautiful sight before me, I couldn't help but feel like I was in a kimono and like I was in Fruits Basket at a festival...oO Who knows, maybe that'll inspire fanfiction. (like I don't write enough!)I have to say, I was glad for once that they like to drag me everywhere...Though I always kinda hate when they drag me somewhere feeling I might be bored at first, I always enjoy myself in the end. ^^
Morning Musume + Dir en Grey = !?
HAHAHA!...omg, XD I love humor fanfics, but this idea is just warrped!! It was how Kyo, vocalist for visuial Jrock band Dir en Grey switched bodies with Mari, a member of the incrdibly bubbly Jpop girl group, Morning Musume! Hahahaha! DeG and MM are so different! Deg is hard-core, glam with a splash over horror movie while MM is candy and flowers and everything so incredibly sweet...the only thing someone like Mira and Kyo would have in common is they are both short! XD lol *OW!* *gets bit by Kyo while Mira throws beany babies at her* lol. Well...as if anyone wants to read all my typing blab, lol. Ja ne for now fellow otaku! *.~
