Man of Rock Band, Admits to Use of Stimulants at First Trial Hearing

Accused of violation of the Stimulant Control Law (and use), vocalist of the rock group "Psycho le C�mu" defendant Kajinaga Daishi's (29) first trial hearing was held on September 12th at Yokohama District Court (judge Fukami Reiko).

Admitting completely to prosecution facts, defendant Kajinaga answers questions, "The drugs were bought from a foreigner in Tokyo�Shibuya for 20,000 yen [around $200], and injected at hotel(s) in Shibuya ward."

Explaining his motive, defendant Kajinaga admitted to using the stimulant repeatedly saying that, "I turned to drugs due to troubles and weak feelings within the band." and [also] saying that, "I began to use the drugs around 17 ~ 18 years of age, but stopped when when I was 20, although around a year and a half ago I started using them again."
