   Greetings Ppl
Hello, im Nagi, and im a HUGE Fan of(obviously)BoogiePop Phantom.

Any one else like it?

Also Gravitation, Cowboy Bebop, Evangelion are some fav's aswell.

I'd like to know a few things, if anyone would be willing to help me...

How do you put up a background?

And does anyone know of a good painting program...that could suit Win95? (got Open canvas)
