RAWR!
Heh...gym's fun when I don't have to do anything. As in, sitting around watching the guys play a fairly rough version of kickball. THAT was funny. I didn't even have to run yesterday b/c I had to go up to the choir room and practice a song, which brings me to last night's concert.
The theme was something to the effect of different cultures. The past week's been choir cram week, I haven't been to biology on time once this week (it's right after choir) except for today. XD! Mrs. A gets mad when people are held up in choir. But, we actually managed to pull all our songs together. Then, I got picked to be part of a small group singing "Prayer of the Children" which is an AWESOME song. Plus, I got to read the french for one of our songs while my friend translated. A bunch of people said I did a really good job, the band teacher even asked if I'd ever taken a class on French. (I keep thinking of Evil Ninja's Insult of the Day: You're so stupid you're French! XD!) My mom told me I was speaking French with a Spanish accent! XD!!! But the the highschool band part was awesome! Mrs. F introduced them with the words "welcome to Asia" they played Japanese Folk Rhaspody, Variations on a Korean Folk Song, and Chinese Folk Rhaspody. It was awesome! (okay, so maybe it was just b/c on of the songs had JAPANESE in it...but still!)
I'm *still* working on that theme. I'm thinking of doing a Harvest Moon one. Whaddya'll think?
