Shino pulls himself together a couple minutes later and everyone is standing there in shock. "What do you mean dead? I just saw her alive a few hours ago." Scizor says. "We stopped for breakfast at that truckstop then hit the road again. A car pulled out right in front of us and I tried to avoid it but it didn't work. We wrecked and both of us were launched from the car. I went to her and moved her away from the flaming car. It blew up and sent us flying into the ditch. I crawled over to her where we said our good-byes. She died in my arms. I went over to the car that pulled out in front of us and was ambushed by Lloyd and over a hundred soldiers. After slaughtering all of them in a variety of cruel ways, I went back to Karen's body and started towards here when Diego picked us up." Shino explains. Everyone is silent. "What are you going to do now?" Ash asks. "I am going to take her home and bury her." Shino replies and heads back into the semi. It starts up moments later and the tractor pulls away leaving just the trailer. No one says a word or tries to go after him. For four days there has been no word from Shino. Ash got the badge the day after he left. Jesse has been hanging around with Ash. Diego left shortly after Shino did. And Scizor disappeared into the forest. Shino is at his house sitting on the front porch with an older gentlemen, Karen's father. "Don't beat yourself up too much. You know how she was. She knew there was going to be trouble the day I brought her to meet you. (he laughs a little) I never told you this but on the car ride to meet you she wasn't scared one bit. She was more afraid of a little spider then of you. I don't blame you for what happened to her. She was following her heart and from what she told me she had no regrets about being with you." Her father says. "Thank you for being here." Shino says. "No problem. What are you going to do now?" He replies. Shino thinks for a few moments and says "I am going to stay here a couple more days, then figure out where to go." The funeral service was very small. Just her father, Shino, Maurice, and Guadalupe. Diego, Akurei, Sparkx, Slash, Paul, Aurora, and Inferno were unable to attend due to the fact they were on a plane towards Ecruteak City when they were informed of it. After her father left Shino stood on his porch and stared up at the night sky. "I guess its time. I don't have to worry about protecting you anymore but, maybe it was you who has been protecting me all these years." Shino says and a meteor shoots across the sky. The next morning Shino gets cleaned up and heads straight for the cemetery. As he walks down the street people glare at him. "Serves you right. A demon like you deserves to have nothing good in your life. I hope all the people close to you die." A woman says walking by him. "That should of been you, not her in that casket. Wait your corpse should be tossed in a ditch somewhere." Another person says. Shino walks to her grave and stares at it for awhile. He pulls something out of his pocket and says "I guess I waited to long to give you this." Shino opens his hand to reveal a diamond ring. He pushes it into the headstone so that nobody can steal it. "I am truly sorry for what happened to you. I should of just left when I was released from prison. Then none of this would of happened. (a tree branch above him breaks and hits him in the head.) Ow. Sorry. I will visit as often as I can." Shino says and bows. Ash and Jesse are sitting around the trailer bored. "When is he going to come back?" Jesse asks. "Not sure. Lets go to the Pokecenter. I am bored." Ash replies. They start walking and Ash grabs Jesse's hand. "Aren't we bold today." She says smiling. Along the way people are running everywhere. Ash and Jesse reach the pokecenter and it is packed. Everyone is crowded around the TV. "What's going on?" Ash asks. "Shhhh." Someone says. "Everyone shut up. Its starting." A guy up front yells. The news comes on and the news reporter says "Good afternoon everyone. As you have probably heard by now The Great Shinogami has turned himself in. According to our sources he apparently walked in to the Purgatory Police Station and turned himself in. Not much is known as of this moment but a press conference is being held this afternoon. We will keep you updated as more comes in." Everybody gathered around the TV was stunned. A mix of happiness and sadness came from them. Ash and Jesse looked at each other completely stunned. About an hour later the news reporter comes back on. "We take you live to the press conference." He says before the screen switches over to Officer Jenny standing behind a podium with Shino standing off to the side. "Afternoon everyone. At approximately ten thirty this morning Shino walked in to the Purgatory Police station and turned himself in. No reason was given, he simply walked up to me and extended his wrists. He said "Take me in." I am now turning this over to Shino for your questions." Jenny says. Shino switches places with her and the reporters throw dozens of questions out at once. "One at a time. Most of you are wondering why. That's easy. As most of you are aware a few days ago Karen died in a accident near Current. The ISF agent and the hundred plus soldiers responsible for her death were all slaughtered by me. The reason behind me turning myself in is simple. I have no reason to stay out on the streets. The moment this was made public I could hear the cheers from all over the Island. Tomorrow I will go before a judge and sentenced. There will be no trial for two reasons. Finding an impartial jury here is impossible and everyone knows I am guilty. I know I am guilty. (a reporter asks a question) No, I am not selling my pokemon off. Or any of my property. I am not sure what I am going to do with it. I know anyone who tries to break into my house will be killed by the pokemon on the property. (another question) No I don't know who the judge will be. And I don't know what the sentence will be. (another question) You will have to find out what the sentence will be. That's all for now." Shino says and walks off. The news reporter comes back on and says "There you have it folks. Shinogami will be going to court tomorrow and word has it that the press won't even be allowed in the building. If more develops then we will keep you updated." "This is insane." Jesse says. Ash nods. In Ecruteak, Akurei and his siblings are all sitting around the TV in utter shock and disbelief. "What the hell is he doing?" Akurei says. "I'll get the jet ready." Sparkx says.

Shino stops at the red light waiting to turn onto the on-ramp for the highway as Scizor and Jesse disappear up the road. A while later the roar of Shino's bike is heard in town. Sparx is unlocking the doors to the gym when he hears it. He turns around as Scizor rides by. "There's something you don't see everyday." He says at the sight. Shino and Karen pull into a truck stop for some food and to clean up a little bit. About an hour later they get back on the road. Very little is said between them for quite a while. Shino turns to look at her and says "I am sorry. That should of never happened. I won't let it happen again." Shino grabs her hand. "No, its my fault. I forgot to bring Celebi with." Karen says squeezing his hand. Shino turns back to the road and from out of nowhere a car pulls out in front of them. Shino tries to avoid it but there wasn't enough time. The cars crash into each other. The Charger tumbles down the road just ripping to pieces. Shino reaches for Karen but his belt gets cut from the debris and he is launched out the windshield. The car tumbles more and ends up airborne. Karen is launched out just before the car hits the side of an overpass and then falls back to the highway below. Shino rolled and flipped down the highway like a child's toy. Karen did the same and hit her head on the guard rail. She stopped right next to the now burning wreckage that was Shino's car. Shino was laying on the highway a hundred feet away when he saw Karen come to a stop. He slowly got himself up and hobbled over to her side. She was unconscious and covered in blood and a few bones were sticking out. A lot of blood was coming out the back of her head from a very large and deep gash. Shino picks her up and hobbles away from the burning car. He gets about ten feet away and the car explodes sending them flying. They land in the ditch and Shino crawls back to Karen a couple feet behind him. She is conscious now and looks at him with a smile on her face. "I love you." She says raggedly. "I love you too. I always have and always will." Shino replies crying. The light in her eyes fades and they become dull. Shino hugs her tightly before setting her head back down on the ground softly. He gets up and walks angrily over to the car that pulled out in front of him. He rips the passenger door off and looks inside, its completely empty. "What?" Shino says. "FREEZE!!!!!" Someone shouts. Shino turns around and sees over a hundred soldiers with M-16s pointed at him. Lloyd steps out with a victorious smile on his face. "I wouldn't move if I were you Shinogami. You might end up looking like Swiss cheese if you do." He says. "You are the one behind this." Shino says glaring at him. "Yes. This entire thing was my glorious idea. It worked out perfectly too. You and her are both badly injured. Although you were going a lot faster then I had anticipated but it worked out better. I told you I would get you and I did." Lloyd says boastfully. "Before today you weren't even a blip on my radar. Now today you have my undivided attention. As of this moment no one and nothing is of any importance." Shino says practically growling at him. The car behind Shino starts to fall apart in small fragments and swirl around Shino. A few soldiers notice this and back away. "Its about time you noticed my greatness." Lloyd says. The car has been reduce a thousand small fragments and are swirling around him faster and wider. A near by squad car does the same thing, it falls apart to small fragments and swirls around Shino. "Sir. Something isn't right here?" A soldier says nervously. "What do you mean?" Lloyd asks. "There's no sound. No birds. No cars. Nothing. Something tells me we should leave." The soldier says. "Preposterous. We have him right where we want him. He is badly injured and has no where to run. Besides back up is on its way. In a couple minutes there will be over five hundred soldiers here." Lloyd replies. Sure enough dozens of military vehicles surround them. One of them pulls up right next to Shino accidentally and instantly the vehicle explodes. "There you see. He's dead now. Nobody could of survived that." Lloyd says confidently. Amongst the flames and burning wreckage two eyes stare back at Lloyd. "Sir." The soldier says pointing at the eyes. Lloyd looks and nearly jumps out of his skin. "That's not possible. How can he survive that?" He says scared. "Sir, its Shinogami. He got that name for a reason." The soldier says. "Alright men open fire!" Lloyd shouts and the soldiers start firing. Thousands of rounds are fired and no one stops till they are out of ammo. The fire has died down a little and the eyes are still staring at Lloyd. "No luck sir. I don't think a single round hit him." The soldier says. "You have made the worst mistake imaginable. You have involved an innocent woman and she died because of it. Now you and your men must pay for your error." Shino says from the fire. The eyes dissipate and laughter is heard. Shino appears right in front of Lloyd and hands him the envelope from his boss. "Your boss wanted me to give this to you." Shino says and vanishes. Lloyd reads the info and falls to his knees with a very shocked look on his face. "What is it sir?" The soldier asks. "It says the best way to survive any encounter with Shino is to not harm Karen or make derogatory comments about her. Other then that you may do what ever you want to him." Lloyd replies. The scent of fear fills the air. A few soldiers break down and begin to cry. Shino appears behind one and kicks him in the back of the knees. The soldier drops to his knees and Shino pulls his head back so he can see the soldier's eyes. With one punch the soldier goes limp and falls to the ground. The solider next to him looks over and Shino shuffle side kicks him in the jaw with so much force that his jaw acts as a guillotine and decapitates the soldier. Shino vanishes as the soldiers try to surround him. "Men, take him down." Lloyd says. Shino appears before Lloyd and hands him the envelope from the boss. "Your boss gave me this to give to you." Shino says. Lloyd snatches it from him and says "Bull. You overheard the conversation." Lloyd tosses it to the ground near the fire. Before it completely burned up the only thing that could be seen was one line. "Don't harm Karen and you will live." the entire thing went up in flames. "You may want to call any family members you have and have them get your funeral preparations lined up." Shino says and disappears into the ground. Seconds later a soldier screams in pain, "OH GOD!!! THE PAIN! PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!!" The soldier is halfway into the ground without a single crack or signs of a hole. Another soldier inspects him and says "Its like he is fused with the ground." Shino's hand comes out of the ground and grabs the soldier's arm and pulls it into the ground. The the other arm and finally both legs. "What the hell is he? He ain't human that's for damn sure." a different soldier says backing away. By now all of the vehicles have been reduced to small fragments. They have formed a protective barrier around all the soldiers keeping them locked in. "None of you are going to escape this alive. You will all die by my hands." Shino says from under the ground in an evil tone. Two more soldiers scream in pain. They have one leg each fused into the ground with the other leg fused into the other one's leg. Shino pops up behind another soldier and punches through his chest. The soldier's heart and lungs fly out and land at the feet of another soldier. The soldier looks down at the organs and Shino walks over to him. He grabs the gun and shoves it through the soldier's chest. Shino vanishes again just before a couple other soldiers grab him. He appears behind them and smashes their heads together. Their skulls crack and blood flows from their ears. "Can't someone get a hit on him. He has taken down quite a few of us. And we haven't even gotten close to hitting his ass. Would someone please shoot him!" Lloyd shouts. "Sir...umm... We have no bullets. We used them at the start of this fight." A soldier replies. "And that truck that blew up had our extra ammo in it." A different one replies. "OH MY GOD!!! PLEASE KILL ME!!!" Shouts a soldier. SNAP!!! SNAP!!! SNAP!!! SSSSSNNNNAAAAPPPP!!! The soldier screams and shouts "I said kill me, not break my spine and arms." SNAP!! SNAP!! "Not my legs. KILL ME!!! FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING HOLY, KILL ME!!!" The soldier is laying on the ground writhing around. "Where did he go?" Lloyd asks running over. Shino's hands come through the ground and wrap around the downed soldier's neck. His hands suddenly pull into the ground popping the head clean off his shoulders. Lloyd jumps and nearly pukes at the sight. "You and these men are not equipped or trained to take me down. I will enjoy making your death as painful as possible." Shino says popping up and backfists a few soldiers in the neck. Snapping their necks with ease. Shino runs by several more soldiers, dropping small shadowballs behind him. They explode and blow the legs off the near by soldiers. "What did we do to deserve this?" Lloyd yells. "You don't know? You really don't know anything about me and yet you want to take me down. Had you done any real investigating and police work you would of known why this is happening." Shino says walking up to him. "And what does that mean. I am the greatest International Strike Force Agent that has ever worn this badge. All my plans and tactics are pure art of perfection." Lloyd replies showing the badge. "Is that so. Then tell me who is my best friend?" Shino snaps back. "That's easy. Scizor." Lloyd says confidently. "Wrong. The correct answer is Maurice. Now some one dies. (Shino points to a soldier and launches a shadowball at him.) Next question. Where was I born? This is an easy question and worth five soldier's lives, so don't get it wrong." Shino says coolly. "Um... That first town... Purgatory!" Lloyd says. Shino whips around and punches one soldier in the face causing his head to fly off. That head flies back and hits another soldier in the face. That head knocks the second soldier's head off and so on till the fifth soldier's head is replaced by the fourth soldier's head. Shino turns back to Lloyd and says "Wrong again. I was born in Goldenrod. This is the last question and worth the rest of the soldier's lives. Take some time answering and think it through. There is a lot riding on this question. The last and final question is easy. What did I do to get arrested and earn my reputation as Shinogami?" Lloyd swallows hard and thinks for several moments. During which time the five soldiers fall to the ground and their head roll. "Alright. I got it. You killed your family." Lloyd says. Shino snaps his fingers and the circling metal fragments start spinning faster. They spin so fast that they start to pull the soldiers toward them. The soldiers try to hold on to anything they can but, their attempts are futile. The screams of their painful death fill the air. Lloyd shutters at the sight and sound of the soldiers dying. Once all of the soldiers are dead and shredded by the metal pieces Shino turns back to Lloyd and says "My point has been proven. You are an idiot. You no jack shit about me. When I was five I killed a group of high schoolers then when I went to prison I killed a prison guard and a pedophile." "That can't be true? How could a little kid do all that?" Lloyd replies. "Easy when you have my abilities. You are only after me to try and get a some idiotic promotion. You claim to be some great ISF agent yet you have never been a case. This is your first one and you end up getting killed on it for making one simple mistake. Do you know what that is?" Shino says grabbing Lloyd. "No what would that be?" Lloyd asks nervously. "Had you done the proper research on me you would of found out that the easiest way to be killed by me is to harm Karen. This little scheme here wouldn't of gone this way had it just been me in that car. You and these soldiers would of probably of gotten a severe ass kicking. Spend a few months in the hospital and all this would be done by now. But no you screwed up royally and now must pay the price." Shino says dragging him by the throat over to Karen's body. "You took the only thing good in my life and now you must pay." Shino says showing him Karen. Shino lets go of Lloyd and he floats up a couple feet and away from Shino. "What's going on? Why am I floating?" Lloyd asks very nervous and scared. Shino grins wickedly and he asks "Do you like the sounds fireworks make?" BOOM!! BOOM!! BOOM!! BOOM!! BOOM!! BOOM!! BOOM!! BOOM!! BOOM!! BOOM!! BOOM!! BOOM!! BOOM!! BOOOOOM!!!!! Back in Current the BOOMS could be heard clearly. Everybody looked around for the fireworks but none could be seen. "That's not good. Something is wrong." Diego says looking to the skies. Lloyd is screaming horribly in his agonizing pain. "How does it feel to have your bones explode inside your body? I bet it hurts like hell. All the bones that I have destroyed are in your legs. You know what all good firework shows have don't you? A great finale. Without further adieu I give you my finale." Shino says before there are dozens of BOOMS and Lloyd screams fill the air. Once the booms stop Shino lowers Lloyd back the ground. Lloyd is still alive with all his bones broken. Shino walks up and looks down at him. "I told you your death would be slow and extremely painful." Shino says. He grabs Lloyd's kidneys and squeezes them till the smush. Then does the same thing to his bladder and the rest of his internal organs. He stops and leaves Lloyd's heart and lungs alone. "You will die slowly form that. Take this time to look back on your pathetic excuse of a life." Shino says and walks back to Karen's body. He picks her up and carries her down the highway. Diego drives down the other side of the highway and sees Shino. He quickly turns around and pulls up next to him. "I thought the "firework show" was your handiwork. Get in." Diego says. Shino climbs in the bed of the truck with Karen's body. Diego drives back to the semi and Shino gets out. He carries Karen's body into the bunk of the semi then falls to the ground coughing up blood. Hundreds of small cuts form on his body. The little black ball rolls out of his pocket and says "See what happens when you use your full ability for so long. Your body can't withstand it for that long because you aren't use to it." "Don't heal me. I deserve this." Shino says getting himself up. Shino stumbles out the semi to the awaiting group (Scizor, Ash, Jesse, and Diego). Tears are running down his blood soaked cheeks. "Is something wrong?" Ash asks. "Karen....(more tears)...Karen is dead." Shino says before breaking down and sobbing uncontrollably.

"Welcome Shino!" Someone says from the shadows. A couple hundred Team Rocket grunts stand in front Shino. The lights come on revealing another couple hundred grunts. Shino smiles and says "So Giovanni? Now that you have me here what is it you were hoping to accomplish?" A large screen clicks on and Giovanni's face is on it. "My goal is to see you die. These are the top trainers from all over the globe. They have the toughest pokemon around. There is no way you are going to survive." He says. Shino takes off his necklace and laughs so demonically that the lights flicker. "I wouldn't be so sure. You see, while Scizor is a tough pokemon he isn't my strongest. He is my third. The other two are far more powerful. Here allow me to introduce you to the second most powerful pokemon I have." Shino says and a pokemon pops out of the pokeball on his necklace. Everybody backs up. Giovanni is speechless. "You should remember him. You had him created after all." Shino says as Mewtwo looks around the room. "Oh. One little thing. Every since I found him he has been doing nothing but plotting his revenge against you and this company." Shino says. The grunts all throw out their pokemon and Mewtwo floats a couple inches off the ground. As the grunts call out their attack Mewtwo thrusts his arms forward. Everyone in the room but Shino, liquefies. A wave of what was once flesh and bone crashes against the wall and spreads across the ground. Mewtwo looks up at the screen and says "Your death will be much much slower and more painful then anything your pathetic brain could ever imagine." Mewtwo floats over the fluid on the floor and makes his way out the other door. Shino puts his hands in his pockets and follows. "Stop!" Two grunts shout. Mewtwo looks at them and their skin peels down from their heads. Another grunt runs at Mewtwo and is sent through the ceiling and into the air conditioner fan. The two grunts guarding a room are pressed against the wall and starting at their feet, squeezed like a tube of toothpaste causing everything to come out their neck. The door they were guarding flies off the hinges towards Mewtwo. The door crumples like a piece of paper. Two Houndooms block the doorway. Suddenly their heads slam into the ground splattering them. Mewtwo enters the room followed by Shino. "Now Giovanni. I believe you have two things that belong to me. Now would be a good time to return them." Shino says looking around the room. Karen is tied up to a table on her back and Scizor is still wrapped up in a cocoon next to it. Mewtwo holds up his paw and begins to form a Shadowball. The intense energy from it almost immediately starts to suck in loose objects, such as the video camera Giovanni used, the monitor, the laptop, and even the two dead Houndooms. "You throw that at me and this slut will be killed as well!" Giovanni says and dives behind the desk. Mewtwo tosses the ball to the side and obliterates the wall. Shino takes this opportunity to grab Karen and Scizor. After freeing them he grabs Giovanni by the throat and slams him against the wall, then lifts him up to eye level. "Now that your attention is on me maybe you can hear me. What you did usually results in a very severe ass kicking then a slow death. However giving the circumstances I think I will forgo harming you. Mewtwo on the other hand doesn't look to happy. So your punishment shall be his choosing." Shino says. Karen grabs Giovanni's crotch and twists for several minutes. Giovanni tried to scream but Shino's grasp prevented that. "See you in hell, you rotten mother fu...." Karen says as part of the building collapses. Shino puts Karen on his back and carries Scizor. "This is the fastest route to safety." Mewtwo says pointing to the missing wall. Shino looks at him and says "I told you you would have your revenge. You can do as you like after this. Remember, that chamber is always there for you." Shino runs off with Karen on his back and a cocooned Scizor in his arms. Once outside Shino puts Karen down and opens the cocoon. Scizor gasps and says "Couldn't you of done that inside?" "You're welcome." Shino says. All the Scythers and Kabutops emerge from the forest and present their prisoners. Shino's eyes widen and he freezes. "Jesse." He says in shock. "Alright, whoever tells me where Jesse is lives." Shino says coming to his senses. The entire building collapses. "Are you referring to the chic with long red hair?" A grunt asks. Shino nods. "She is in the small building over there. We were on our way to "punish" her and give her our going away "presents"". The grunt continues. "Wrong answer." Scizor says. "Kill'em all. And make his very slow." Shino says giving the one who talked a boot to face. "You said I would live." The guy says laying on the ground. "I never said for how long." Shino replies heading for the small building. He returns a few minutes later with a half naked Jesse. Shino takes his coat off and has her put it on. "Scizor you take my bike and Jesse back to the semi. I'll take Karen in my car." Shino says letting his 1969 Charger out. Scizor climbs onto the bike and Jesse climbs on the back. Shino and Karen get in the Charger and start it up. Scizor leaves and Shino follows behind a couple minutes later. The Scythers and Kabutops finish off the grunts and search the rubble for more.

Back in Current, Ash is sitting on the roof of the semi lost in deep thought. Jesse and Karen come out and Jesse looks up at him. "We are going shopping. If Shino gets back tell him we should be back around dinner." Karen says. Jesse follows her and they leave. Around sunset Shino and Scizor literally drop in. They land next to the semi and Lugia flies off. "Hey Ash. Where are the girls?" Shino asks. "Shopping." Ash replies still lost in thought. Night falls and the guys head to bed. Around midnight Diego pounds on the semi door. "Forget your key?" Shino says laughing opening the door. Diego is standing there with a concerned look on his face. "I come bearing bad news. You obviously haven't been in town this afternoon." He says. "Where is Karen?" Shino asks. "From what I have gathered a S.W.A.T. like team ambushed her while she was at the mall. A few people tried to stop them and they were gunned down. I don't know where they took her and Jesse. I'm sorry." Diego says. Ash is standing in the doorway to the trailer. "You mean someone kidnapped them?" Ash asks. Diego nods. Suddenly a Kabutops grabs someone and leads him to Shino. "Master, please forgive our error. We did not do our job correctly. You told us to protect her and we failed." He says. "No shit. I'll deal with that later. Who is that?" Shino replies holding his anger in. "This is an intruder." He says. "I know who kidnapped her and where she is at. I was sent here to tell you." The man says. Shino stares at him for a second before grabbing him by the throat and snapping his neck. He tosses the guy into the grass. "Why did you do that? You could of told us where they were holding the girls at." Ash says. "I know where they are and who is responsible." Shino says getting dressed in his usual clothes. "Wait for me. I am coming with." Ash says. "No. You stay here." Shino says. "Why? I can help." Ash says. "You have a wholesome, innocent, image to up hold. If you come with me that would be forever tarnished. I'll rescue them. My name is synonymous with death and destruction. Hell my name, Shinogami, means God of Death. Its for your own protection. What is about to happen would scar you for life." Shino explains and heads into the trailer. He walks straight to the Chamber and opens the door. "You are coming with." Shino says putting the pokemon inside, inside a pokeball. Then he heads outside. "Master? What about this guy?" Kabutops asks nudging the dead man. "Get rid of him." Shino says and lets out his motorcycle. Several Kabutops jump onto the man and devour him completely in seconds. "All of you follow me. Tonight you will be able to gorge yourself on human and pokemon flesh." Shino says to the Kabutops and Scythers. Scizor hops onto the back of the motorcycle and Shino takes off into the night. The roar of the bike can be heard for mile around. "What is going to happen?" Ash asks Diego. "A lot of people are going to die. A hell of a lot. I would pity them if I actually gave a shit." Diego replies. In the middle of a small town lies a very large warehouse style building. "All of you, guard a door. Anyone leaving detain them. Do not kill them till I say you can." Shino says parking his bike at the front doors. The Scythers head to the right and the Kabutops head to the left. In a matter of minutes the entire building is surrounded. "Shall we?" Shino asks Scizor who nods. They walk in through the open front doors. Every light in the place is on. Straight ahead of them lies two hallways loaded with Team Rocket members. "Show no mercy. Kill'em all." Shino says and sprints forward towards the Team Rocket members. The first guy tries to toss a pokeball but Shino smashes his head into the marble wall splattering his head like a waterballon. Scizor walks casually into the second hallway whistling Graveyard Symphony. The first guy tries to jump out at him from the little room on the right side but Scizor blasts him with a Hyperbeam right in the chest. The guy explodes sending pieces everywhere. Shino has his foot on another guy's head while he blocks an Ekans bite attack. He slowly adds more pressure causing the guy to scream in agonizing pain. The guy's eyes begin to bulge shortly before popping causing the guy to scream more. Seconds later his head bursts sending pieces everywhere. "Good God! He is a monster! No one deserves that." One of the grunts say before trying to retreat. Shino rips the arm off the guy he just killed and throws it at the guy retreating. The guy drops to the ground in front of another grunt with the arm sticking out of his back. "Run all you want. I will hunt you down and slaughter you like cattle." Shino says in a very serious tone. The smoke from all the Hyperbeams has filled Scizor's hallway providing him with cover. "Shit! I can't see a damn thing. Where is he?" A grunt says. "Right behind you." Scizor replies and punches his claw through the guy's chest. He picks him up and slams him down onto the guy's Machop. Machop blocks the downward attack but doesn't see the one from the right side. Both his arms and head fall to the ground. "So close." Scizor says flinging the dead guy's body down the hall. Four Alakazams block Shino's advance. "Damn. I am going to have to turn back. They sent out Psychic pokemon against me. Oh, wait. I'm a Psychic as well." Shino says sarcastically then forms a Shadowball in each hand. The Alakazams tried to block but it wasn't fast enough. A large shockwave shoots down the hallway knocking people and pokemon to the ground. The ones closest to the explosion are cut right in two. Scizor reaches the end of the hallway first and as he takes aim at two grunts running from another section towards him dozens of human and pokemon body parts come flying out of Shino's hallway. They hit the two grunts running and knock them down. Before they can get up Shino comes crashing through the ceiling and lands on one's chest, crushing it like a pop can, then does a backflip and crushes the other one's head and chest. Shino looks back at Scizor who is wiping off the brain matter and skull fragments from his face. "Any survivors?" Shino asks wiping his boots off on another dead grunt's chest. "Of course not. I am thorough in my work. What about you?" Scizor replies. Shino points down his hallway and grins wickedly. Scizor looks down it and almost pukes. Blood, intestines, bones and limbs cover the entire hallway. Pieces are falling from the ceiling and blood is running down the walls. "That's wrong on so many different levels. What the hell are you?" Scizor says and quickly turns away from the grotesque sight. "There is worst to come. I am only warming up." Shino replies coldly and rips a door off the hinges. He turns around and throws it like a Frisbee down the hallway. Scizor looks at him curiously. From out of a small hallway eight grunts come running around the corner. The heavy door smashes right into them. The last guy tries to duck but doesn't go down far enough. The door pushes them all into the marble wall and cuts all of them in two except that last guy. His upper body ends up smashed into the wall. Scizor closes his eyes and listens for a second. He points down the hallway. "There are more guys that way. I'll go this way." Scizor says pointing the opposite direction. "Alright. See you at the other end." Shino replies and walks down the hallway. He comes to a room and kicks the door open. Screams are heard for a second before ripping sounds replace them. Shino emerges covered in more blood. Scizor shudders at the sight and disappears into a dark hallway. Whispers are heard before the lights come on. Scizor is completely surrounded. "Well it seems a little bug has wandered into the spider's web." A grunt says. Several Ariados' come out and shoot webs all over Scizor. Shino comes to the end of the hallway and makes a right down another long empty hallway. "Isn't this a let down." Shino says walking down the hallway. After a ways down it the ground begins to rumble. Shino looks forward but can't see around the curve of the hall. He stands there for a second trying to figure out which way the rumble is coming from. From around the curve dozens of Tauros' come stampeding down the hallway. "Shit." Shino says and starts running. He looks back and and runs straight into a web. "Not good." He says to himself. Scizor is completely cocooned in the web. The Ariados make their way in for the kill when electricity courses through the web frying the Ariados till their eyes cooked and exploded. The grunt dove onto him and pinned him down. They quickly wrapped him in a rubber mat. Shino looks back and the Tauros trample him. For a couple minutes the Tauros run over him. Their sharp heavy hooves cutting him and breaking his bones. When they stop Shino rolls onto his back and stares up at the ceiling. "You look terrible." A voice says. "That's what happens when you get trampled by stampeding Tauros." Shino replies. The little black ball rolls onto his chest and starts glowing. "We can't have you dying now. You are lucky I have all this abundant energy." The ball says. The broken bones heal and the cuts stop bleeding. "There you still look like crap but your bones are healed." The ball says before Shino puts him in his pocket. He sits up and sees the Tauros standing at the end of the hall where he had come from. Shino grins and pulls out a small silver golfball. He rolls a couple into the middle of them then runs around the curve. Two small explosions are heard then a sound that sounded like rain on a tin roof. When it stops Shino looks at his handy work and nods in approval. Millions of almost invisible threads block the hall. Blood runs down most of the lines and only a couple Tauros are standing. Although the threads are woven through them and the other Tauros are torn to bits. Their carcasses strewn about the floor. Shino turns around and continues down the hallway. He sees one final side door before the exit so he rips the two steel doors off and standing there waiting for him are two Charizards. They shoot two massive Fireblasts at Shino and he blocks with the door. The heat is so intense that the door starts glowing. Shino quickly kicks one door at the Charizards and the other at the two grunts inside. A sizzling sound is heard then horrific screams of agonizing pain. The Charizards are momentarily stunned and Shino picks up the fire axe behind him. He buries the axe into one Charizard's head then grabs the fire hose. He shoves it deep down the other Charizard's throat. Before the Charizard could react gallons and gallons of water rush down his throat filling his lungs and stomach. The Charizard falls to the ground and drowns to death. Shino leaves the two grunts to fry under the door and proceeds to the final door. He opens it and smiles.

A couple hours later they arrive back at the campsite in Current. Shino steps out and five hundred Scythers and five hundred Kabutops emerge from the dark forest. They kneel before Shino and the two leaders step out of the semi. "Master your reinforcements have arrived like you asked." Scyther says. "Thank you all for getting here so quick. I am sure you are all exhausted so I will make this quick. Your job is to protect Karen. These two (points to Ash and Jesse) are not to be bothered. Question anyone who comes up here. No killing unless she or I give the order. Understand?" Shino says. All of them bow and say "Yes master!" Then they strategically placed themselves all around the semi. "What is going on? Why do I need all this protection? Where are you going?" Karen asks. "All of you! Get some rest tonight." Shino says to the pokemon. "Honey?" Karen says. "Scizor and I are going to Goldenrod tomorrow. I need to talk to ISF boss." Shino says as a van pulls up. Shino motions for the pokemon to stand down. "You are the Great Shinogami?" the driver says getting out. "Yes. And you are?" Shino asks. "My name is Clyde and I am part of Team Rocket. We are here to take you with us to meet our boss." Clyde says. "I'm sorry but I have prior engagements. Come back some other time." Shino says going inside the semi. Clyde and the other members look at each other confused. They leave a couple minutes later. As they enter town a police car pulls them over. Lloyd gets out and walks up to the driver's door. "It seems we have similar interests in Shino." Lloyd says smiling. The next morning Karen wakes up alone in bed. Shino and Scizor left before dawn and headed toward Goldenrod. "Thanks Lugia." Shino says climbing off his back. "Brings back memories, doesn't it?" Scizor says looking around National Park. "Yeah. The good ol' days." Shino says. An hour later they are standing in front of ISF Headquarters. "This should blow their minds." Shino says with a laugh. They walk in and the guy sitting behind the information desk looks at them in shock. "No need to call security. I am here to speak to the big boss. What floor is he on?" Shino asks just before the alarm goes off. "Great." Scizor says as Agents surround them. "We come in peace. Take me to your leader." Shino says in a terrible alien voice. They tackle him and then shackle him. Once they got a few cheapshots in the take him to the boss. The boss is sitting behind his desk enjoying a cigar when his secretary buzzes him. "Sir you have The Shinogami out here. He would like to speak to you." Dead silence for a couple minutes. "Sir?" She says. "Send him in." He replies nervously. Shino hobbles in and the boss motions for the agents to leave. Once the door closes Shino breaks free from the shackles. "Thank you for seeing me unannounced like this." Shino says shaking the boss' hand. "No problem. Anything for the Great Shinogami. Here have my seat." He says offering him his big comfy chair. Shino sits down in front of him and Scizor sits next to him. "That's alright. This is your office. I am not here to harm you or your men so you can relax. And please call me Shino." Shino says. "Of course. What brings you all the way to my office?" The boss asks. "Lloyd. It seems he has been sent in replacement of Tendo. That's fine. I just wanted to see if there was some sort of agreement we could work out so that you can keep your men on more important cases." Shino explains. "He is STILL alive?" The boss says surprised. "Yes." Shino replies. "Sorry. I thought he would be dead by now. You see, this is going to sound real terrible, but he was so annoying that we had to get him out of the office. Tendo wanted off the case and I figured he would never arrest you. With any luck he would be injured and hospitalized for a long period of time." The boss says. "In other words you were hoping he would screw up so bad that I kill him." Shino says. "Pretty much. Your particular case isn't one we are pursuing all that hard. Its more or less there for any agent feeling brave enough to take it on. Now that we have a copy of that Larry film, I don't think many agents are going to try." The boss says. "That's very good to hear. As for Lloyd he is going to have to screw up extremely bad for me to actually kill him." Shino says. "Hell, a serious ass kicking resulting in long term hospitalization would be fine." The boss replies. Shino laughs and says "It all depends on his actions. So far he has been fairly quiet. Also I noticed he doesn't have any other agents with him." Shino says just before the secretary buzzes in. "Sir, The Ass is on the line." She says. "Speak of the nuisance." The boss says before Lloyd's voice fills the room. "Sir. Agent Lloyd reporting in. I regret to inform you that I have lost sight of my target. He apparently left very early this morning. Also I have formed a team to take him down." Lloyd says. " That's wonderful. I am sending you some more intel. It will be hand delivered to you by messenger. Watch for him and keep me posted." the boss says and hangs up. Both him and Shino burst into laughter. "If you don't mind can you give this to him when you get back. Its just some basic info we have on you that we got off your website. As for the agents backing him up? Well like I said your case is voluntary. Nobody volunteered to go with so we told him we have no agents to spare." The boss says handing Shino a large envelope. "Sure. That's so messed up. I really appreciate you not coming after me real hard. I am trying to follow the straight and narrow but its very difficult for me due to obvious reasons. Thanks again for seeing me." Shino says and heads for the door. "No problem. Next time you come to Goldenrod please stop by and bring that hot girlfriend of yours. I would love to see her in person." The boss says with a laugh. "Alright. Later." Shino says as he and Scizor slip out the door. "You wanna do some sight seeing?" Scizor asks. Shino nods and disappears into the crowded Goldenrod streets.

The three of them arrive back at the barbecue. Shino has cleaned himself up and walking with a limp. Maurice and Guadalupe walk in and Karen runs up to them. She hugs Guadalupe and the three of them sit down so Guadalupe can tell her what happened. During the story Shino limps over and sits down. Ash and Jesse are walking around talking to other trainers when Misty storms up to them. "So how long has this been going on?" She asks. "How long has what been going on?" Ash replies completely clueless. "How long have you been dating Team Slut there?" She says pointing to Jesse. "What? We aren't dating and she is not a slut." Ash says defending Jesse. "Then why is she holding your hand." Misty asks. "Because he is the only guy to ever treat me with respect and not try to sleep with me from the moment he met me." Jesse snaps back. Shino looks back at them and sees things are going to get out of control. He quickly limps over and picks Misty up. "Excuse me. Can I talk to you over here for a minute." He says carrying her away. "Put me down so I can beat her ass." Misty says hitting Shino repeatedly. "Not till you calm down and tell me what is going on." Shino says setting her down in a chair. Misty starts to cry and buries her face into his shoulder. Once she composes herself Shino says "You broke up with Ash and went with James to make him jealous. Hoping he would figure out what he did wrong and come back for you. Instead you find him holding hands with Jesse who up until recently has been your enemy. Right?" Misty just stares at him in amazement and nods. "Did it ever occur to you that Ash doesn't pick these things up that easily? He is rather dense in this area. If it is a pokemon strategy then he is a genius. Jesse has been there for him lately supporting him and even trying to help work things out for the two of you. From what I have seen she isn't trying to steal him from you. I could be wrong but to me it doesn't seem that way. Go to Current and relax. I will talk to Ash and see what he wants. I'll stop by later and tell you what he said." Shino continued. Misty wipes her eyes and walks off. Karen sits down in front of him. "What was that about?" She asks. "She is jealous of Jesse. And that her little plan backfired." Shino says. Gary walks up a few minutes later with his arm draped around another girl's shoulders. "What's up? I thought I would stop by to let you know I won't be traveling with you anymore. Julie and I will finish this trip together. Thanks for everything." Gary says shaking Shino's hand before walking away. Shino looks at Karen and shakes his head. Ma gets on stage and says "Attention all of you. Thank you all for coming. I hope you had a great time. This is the final meal of this year's barbecue so enjoy it and we will see all of you next year." Ma says and dozens of carts full of food are wheeled out. The people swarm to them and Shino stays put. Karen returns with a plate of food and then goes back for another one. She returns and hands it to Shino. "We can at least eat one meal together at this thing." She says sitting down. Shino gets up and and limps over to the drinks then limps back to the table. A guy has stolen his seat. He puts the drinks down and watches the guy reach for a fork to eat Shino's food. "We must be destined to be together. I walk up and you have a plate of food waiting for me." The guy says as he is about to dig in. Suddenly the chair breaks and the guy hits his jaw on the table as he falls. Shino moves him out of the way and sits down next to Karen. "You bastard. How dare you interrupt our destined meeting like this. I will make you pay with your life." The guy says getting up. Diego gets in between the guy and Shino. "Now take it easy. You don't want to do anything stupid." Diego says. The guy shoves him out of the way, leaving a barbecue sauce handprint on Diego's white trenchcoat. Akurei grabs Diego and tosses him back. "Perhaps I can persuade you to stop now. You do realize that woman is Shino's girlfriend. (Karen blushes at the sound of someone calling her Shino's girlfriend) And that seat you were sitting in was Shino's seat. He has had a rough day and I am pretty sure killing you is on his list of things to today after lunch. Now I suggest you humbly beg for his forgiveness and then leave." Akurei says calmly. The guy drops to the ground on his hands and knees and begs for forgiveness. "You are forgiven." Shino says over his shoulder. The guy gets up and runs for the exit. "I never tire of that." Akurei says sitting down next to Shino. "Why must you scare that poor guy like that?" Karen asks. "It's funny." Akurei replies. "What brings you down from your harem?" Shino asks. "Two things. One is a large army of pokemon headed this way and the other is a white fifteen seater passenger van loaded with Team Rocket grunts. Both should get here around sunset. But something tells me you already knew about both." Akurei says. Shino smiles as he says "Blood will flow like the Nile tonight." Akurei laughs a little and says "So The Shinogami returns then?" Karen looks at Shino. "You were the one that told me I have gone soft. I am doing this to prove that I haven't. Just look at what I did to Robert. I put his head into solid concrete." Shino says. "Did I say anything?" Karen says smiling. "No." Shino replies. Akurei pats Shino's shoulder and walks off. Ash and Jesse are sitting together having dessert when Jesse says "Close your eyes for a minute." Ash looks at her then closes his eyes. Jesse puts a small piece of cake in his mouth. Ash is completely surprised by this action and eats the cake with a smile. "Now you close your eyes." Ash says. Jesse does so and Ash puts a piece of cake in her mouth. Jesse blushes a little while she eats the cake. They both sit back and don't say a word till Shino limps up behind them. "Ready to go?" He asks startling both of them. They nod and follow.

Everyone slowly gets up the next morning. Shino being one of the first ones up starts making breakfast for himself from all the ingredients Ma put out. A line quickly forms and Shino gets suckered into making everyone breakfast. Once everyone is feed Shino plops down on the grass next to Karen. Maurice runs up to them out of breath. "You two haven't seen Guadalupe have you?" He says. They both shake their heads no. "Shit!" he says. "What's going on?" Shino asks. "We fell asleep on the bench together and when I woke up this morning she was gone." Maurice explains. Scizor walks up dragging some guy behind him. "Perhaps you should ask this guy where she is." Scizor says. Maurice, Shino, Scizor, and the guy head for the locker room. The guy gets slammed against the wall by Maurice. "Where is she?" He asks. The guy doesn't say a word. Ninetails walks in and sits down. Maurice pounds the guy against the wall repeatedly. "You keep pounding him like that he won't be able to remember his name let alone the whereabouts of her." Shino says. "What do you suggest?" Maurice replies and backs away. Shino grabs the guy by the throat and lifts him up. Then grabs his left arm. "Hold his wrist." Shino says to Scizor who opens his claws and pins the wrist in place. "Now, this is your last chance to save your sorry ass. Where is she?" Shino says calmly. "Screw you!" The guy replies and spits in Shino's face. Shino turns to Maurice and then looks at the guy's elbow. Maurice punches the elbow into the wall causing the wrist to go forward. It was cut off by Scizor's extremely sharp claw. The guy screams in pain as Shino sets up the other arm. "Where is she?" He asks. "Getting raped by now by a hundred..." The guy says before Maurice loses it and shoves Shino out of the way. In a couple minutes the guy is dead and blood is all over the room. "I know where she is." Ninetails says calmly. "Why didn't you say so earlier?" Maurice asks. "Follow me." Ninetails says and leads Maurice and Shino to a small house across town. "Why are you coming?" Maurice asks. "Do you really want this on your record?" Shino replies. "Besides I will get blamed if I am here or not." "Good point." Maurice replies as they sneak inside. They make their way upstairs to the master bedroom. Maurice presses his ear to the door. Inside the room Guadalupe is tied and gagged to the bed in just her underwear. Maurice bursts through the door scaring the crap out of Guadalupe and a guy straddling her. Maurice tackles the guy while Shino unties Guadalupe. Once free Guadalupe pulls Maurice off the guy. "Robert you son of a bitch." She screams and punches him in the nuts. "You won't be needing these ever again!" She adds kneeing him again. She backs away and runs back at Robert driving her knee into his nuts HARD!! "Ugh!" Robert groans. Both Shino and Maurice cringe at the impact. Guadalupe grabs her clothes and looks straight at Maurice. "Finish his sorry ass off." She says walking past them. "With pleasure." Maurice replies walking toward Robert who is still writhing on the ground. Shino follows Guadalupe downstairs and sits down on the couch. "Aren't you going to help him?" She asks sitting down on the other couch. "Nope. This one he can handle by himself." Shino asks searching through the channels. "Then why the hell did you come here?" She asks. "I am going to get the blame anyway. So I figure I might as well be here." He replies still channel surfing. "Good point." She says. Maurice picks Robert up and holds him against the wall. He begins a barrage of lefts and rights to Robert's stomach. Robert falls to the ground and Maurice kneels down next to him to begin the onslaught again. Blood is spraying all over with each punch. Maurice gets up and pulls Robert up as well. "Why would you do this?" Maurice asks. Robert coughs up some blood and says "Because she deserves better then you. You will only bring trouble to her. Look at this current situation. Had she just fallen for me then all of this could of been avoided." Maurice grabs him by the throat and flings him through the wall into the bathroom and then dives through after him. Maurice straddles his chest and starts punching as hard as he can. Shino looks up and sees the ceiling starting to crack. "Huh?" He says just before it gives out. Shino quickly dives onto Guadalupe. Maurice and Robert crash on to the floor. Then the bathtub falls landing right on Shino with a corner of the tub along with debris. Maurice looks over and sees Guadalupe's arm. He pushes the tub away and Shino rolls off her. "You okay?" Maurice asks wiping the blood from her face. "I am fine. It's not my blood." She replies getting up. "See what I mean. You will only bring her harm and danger. She is better off with me." Robert says getting to his feet. Maurice lets Guadalupe go for a second and backfists Robert into a wall. "I'll take it from here. No point in letting you have to deal with the repercussions of taking a life." Shino says slowly getting to his feet. Blood is running down his face and his back cracks as he straightens up. "You sure?" Maurice asks. "Yeah. You aren't exactly the killing type. You are more of a severe injuries type. Consider it a wedding present." Shino says grabbing Robert by the hair. Shino slams Robert through the floor and they both land in the basement. Shino's left leg lands on the washer while the right one misses completely. A snap is heard as well as a groan. Robert lands on the back of his neck on the concrete floor. "Any last words?" Shino says limping over. "Please have mercy and don't kill me." Robert pleads. "Sorry you used up your free save already when you attacked me." Shino says picking Robert up. Shino holds him in a Tombstone piledriver for a second before slamming him head first into the concrete. Robert's body twitched once and went limp. Shino stood up and backed away. "Oh my God..." Guadalupe says looking at Robert. His head was in the concrete floor and there were no cracks around the entry point. Shino limps toward the stairs and on his way he smashes the support column. Maurice and Guadalupe make it out just in time. Shino on the other hand has the entire house collapse on him. The dust settles and no sign of Shino. "Aren't you going to help him?" Guadalupe asks. "Nope. He is very tough. He'll be fine." He replies. "Jackass. Can you move these rafters?" Shino asks from the rubble. Maurice stops in his tracks and turns around. "Sorry man. My doctor told me no heavy lifting." He replies. "Have it your way then. Guadalupe, don't move." Shino says just before the rubble explodes sending debris everywhere. A kitchen sink flies right by Guadalupe and clips the back of Maurice's legs. Maurice does a backflip and lands on his face. Shino is standing in the basement looking up. "All you had to do was move a simple rafter." Shino says climbing out. He is badly injured and blood flowing out the back of his head. Maurice picks himself up and laughs. "Don't you have a sense of humor?" Maurice replies. Shino looks himself over and back at Maurice. "Ha. Ha." He says limping by them. "Come on. You'll b laughing about this tomorrow." Maurice says. "Uh. Honey?" Guadalupe says standing next to the open basement. Maurice walks over and pukes at the sight. "Muwahahahahaaa!!" Shino laughs from down the street. Robert was blown apart. Pieces of him were splattered everywhere. "That sick bastard." Maurice says holding Guadalupe's hair while she pukes.

A woman walks onto the stage with a microphone and taps it a couple times to get everyone attention. "Thank you all for coming. You are probably wondering why I have you separated like the this. In a few minutes you all can come down here and take a seat. But for now please just bear with me." She says and walks off. About ten minutes later a large tour bus parks in the parking lot. Akurei, Aurora, Diego, Slash, Sparkx, and Paul all get out and head towards the field. They enter the field and the crowd cheers. The woman comes back onto the stage and says "Alright, everyone. Please come on down and have a seat." She waits for a few minutes for them to have a seat before continuing. "Today is very special. As most of you know, I am Maurice's ma. This is our annual barbecue but this one is very special because today my boy is finally getting married. (the crowd applauds) That's right he finally asked Guadalupe to marry him and she accepted. Now lets get this wedding started." Ma says. Maurice stands at the alter with Shino as his best man. Guadalupe joins him a couple minutes later with Karen as her maid of honor. The ceremony is short but very emotional. Maurice kisses Guadalupe and Karen starts crying along with most of the women in the crowd including Ma. "Okay. Let's eat." Maurice says. Everybody grabs some food while Maurice and Guadalupe go change their clothes. Shino and Guadalupe also change their clothes before eating. When they return most of the seats are taken. Ma walks up to Shino and says "Now don't be starting no trouble today." Shino smiles and says "I won't." He finds a two seats open and grabs them. Karen grabs her food while Shino makes small talk with the other people at the table. When she returns Shino goes and gets his plate. When he returns a guy has taken his seat. Shino shrugs and finds another seat. He sits down next a shy looking woman. "This seat is open, right?" He asks. She doesn't reply so Shino starts eating. Ash and Jesse are sitting together enjoying their meal when James shows up. "What are you doing here?" Jesse asks as James sits down across from her. "I am here on behalf of our boss. He told me to tell you that you are free to leave. Where is Shino?" James says and stands back up. "Around here somewhere. Why?" Ash says. "I have something to discuss with him." James says and walks away. Shino was sitting back in his chair trying to get the woman to talk. "My husband wouldn't like it if you are here talking to me." She says. "I understand. I will be done in a minute." Shino says. "What do you think you are doing? I told you to sit there and not speak to anyone. I come back and find you telling this prick your life story." A man says angrily. The woman looks straight down and begins to cry. "No need for that. I was simply trying to be friendly. That's all. She just said I should leave because her husband wouldn't like it if I talked to her." Shino says putting his fork down. The man walks over and glares at Shino before turning his back on him to face the woman. "Get up. We are leaving." He says grabbing her by the elbow and yanking her to her feet. The woman grimaces at the pain. Shino stands up and puts his hand on the guy's shoulder. "I know this isn't my business but I am getting the distinct feeling that this woman doesn't want to leave yet." Shino says. "You are right. This is none of my business." The man replies spinning around. The woman falls to the ground. Karen walks up and helps the woman up. "You were just trying to get me to sleep with you." Karen says to the guy. "A slut like you should be honored to be hit on by me." The guy says boastfully. Shino balls up his fist and says "Did you just call her a slut?" "What are you her pimp?" The man shoots back. Before Shino could swing at him Karen spins him around towards her and kicks him so hard in the nuts that he jumps up a couple feet. He collapses to the ground holding himself. "Stand his ass up. I'm not done." Karen says to Shino. Shino picks up the guy and puts him in a full nelson. Karen then proceeds to beat the hell out of the guy. Just before Shino lets him go Karen kicks him repeatedly in the nuts with the last shot catching Shino in the nuts. Both of them fall to the ground. "Was that necessary?" Shino asks getting back up. Officer Jenny walks up and looks at the scene. Karen explains what happened and Jenny hauls the guy off. Ma steps out of the crowd and grabs Shino by the ear. "I told you not to start any trouble today." "I didn't. That guy started it and Karen finished it. I swear." Shino says wincing in pain from his ear being pulled. Ma looks at Karen who nods in agreement and lets Shino go. Everybody goes back to having fun when James approaches Shino. "Now what do you want?" Shino asks. "My boss sends this message: Your demise is fast approaching. Make sure you have no regrets when the time comes." James says and disappears into the crowd. Shino stands there for a minute before returning to the party. Ash and Jesse start walking towards the dance floor when Jesse grabs his hand. Ash looks down as she entwines her fingers with his. "Ash?" A familiar voice says. Ash turns around and sees Misty standing there. "Misty?" He says. She sees Jesse's hand holding his and tears form in her eyes. "How could you Ash?" She says and slaps him across the face. She runs off and bumps into Shino. "Misty? What's wrong?" He asks concerned. "That jerk Ash is cheating on me with that skank Jesse." She replies. "Weren't you the one who dumped him for James?" Shino says. Misty slaps him and storms off. Shino stands there confused. Karen saw the whole thing and goes after her. By sunset the barbecue was in full swing. Gauntlet had taken the stage as well as Aurora. Scizor has perched himself on top of one of the flag poles on the roof of the stadium. Shino climbs up there and Scizor climbs down to meet him. Shino hands him a plate of food. "James came by this afternoon with a death threat. It sounded pretty serious." "Really? I haven't heard anything." Scizor replies. "How long would it take for everyone to get up here?" Shino asks. Scizor thinks for a moment. "Tomorrow night. But they wouldn't be able to do anything till the next afternoon." Scizor replies. "That's fine. Send for the whole ground force. Leave the Air there to continue their guard duty." Shino says and leaves. The barbecue continues late into the night and everyone falls asleep all over the stadium.

That same night Lloyd wakes up still parked next to the Current city limit sign. "Crap. I must of missed him." He says driving back to the police station. Once inside a man in army camo approaches him. "You must be Lloyd from the ISF." He says saluting. "That's right. You are?" Lloyd replies. "I am Lieutenant Karou of the Jhoto and Kanto Armed Forces Army Division." Karou replies. "Is that so? Perfect. Follow me." Lloyd replies leading him back to his little office. Shino and Karen are lying in bed together when Shino sits up suddenly. "What is it?" Karen asks. "Put on that little silk robe and nothing else." Shino says. "Not tonight. You wore me out earlier." She says rolling over. "Not for that. We are surrounded. I need you distract them for a second." Shino replies just before a loud knock echoes throughout the silent truck. Karen strips and puts on the small black silk robe. Shino heads to the trailer and Scizor meets him at the door. "I got it. They aren't here for a fight. Just a talk." Scizor says. Karen opens the door and Lloyd's jaw drops. Along with the other male soldier's. A female sniper in a tree above a male sniper rolls her eyes as he pulls out his binoculars and stares lustfully at Karen. "What a slut." She says. Lloyd composes himself and says "Sorry for dropping by like this at this late hour but I have it on good authority that Shino is here. May I speak with him." Karen smirks and says in a seductive tone "You would rather talk to Shino then me? Do you not find me attractive?" She runs her hand over Lloyd's chest and all the male soldiers growl in disapproval. Before Lloyd could respond Shino walks up behind Karen in only a pair of athletic shorts and says "What do you want? I was in the middle of something." The female sniper grabs the binoculars from the male sniper and stares at Shino. "Now that's what I am talking about." She says. Shino looks right at her and smiles. The male sniper is being hung by the strap from binoculars. Lloyd clears his throat and says "I am Lloyd of the International Strike Force (ISF). I am the one replacing Agent Tendo on your case. He wasn't suited for this case so, my boss gave it to me personally. I thought I should drop by and introduce myself to you." Shino raises an eyebrow and says "Why?" "I am the man who will bring down The Great Shinogami. (turns to Karen) I would find a new boyfriend." Lloyd says. Shino laughs and says "Greater Officers and Agents alike have tried and failed. You won't succeed." "You just don't get it? I am the greatest Agent ever. I WILL bring you down." Lloyd says sternly. Shino stops laughing and looks straight into Lloyd's eyes. "You have no clue what I am capable of doing. So if you want to attempt to bring me down then you are going to need a hell of a lot more soldiers then the forty six you have hidden around here. Tell Lieutenant Karou I look forward to seeing him again." Shino says coldly and shuts the door. Lloyd stands there for a second shaking before turning around and leaving. The female sniper looks down to see the male sniper passed out on the ground. "Did you have to scare him like that? He looked like he was going to wet himself." Karen asks as she takes off her robe. Shino plops down on the bed and says "I am tired of all this. I wish they would leave me alone and let me live in peace. No matter what I do they keep sending more agents after me." "You are a criminal after all. What did you expect?" Karen says laying next to him. "I know. There is something about Lloyd that makes me uneasy. For his sake I really hope he doesn't do something stupid. Maybe I could strike a deal with him. I did manage a deal with the Government here." Shino says. The following day nothing exciting happens. Everyone relaxes around the semi. Shino and Karen sit together cuddled up on the bed. Ash sits on the two seater couch with Jesse. Jesse starts to get sleepy and changes positions so she is now leaning against Ash. Gary is stretched out on the floor sleeping and Scizor is watching Ai Yori Aoshi on the big TV. The next day everyone gets up early and gets ready for the barbecue. Shino dresses in his usual gear. Black baggy leather pants, black T-shirt, heavy black biker boots, and black leather trenchcoat that reaches the ground. Karen wears a pair of jeans and black T-shirt with a picture of a skeleton on the back. Ash and Gary wear their normal gear and Jesse wears her normal Team Rocket outfit without the big red R on the front. Shino and Karen take Shino's 1969 Dodge Charger while the rest take Gary's blue convertible. They drive a short distance to the next town where a large stadium stands. They park and walk towards the entrance. "Names." The security guard says. "Shino and Karen. Ash, Gary, and Guest. " Shino says. The guard looks over a list and says "Shino and Karen please head to the field. The rest of you please head to stands." On the field tables are set up everywhere with food and drinks. In the middle of all that are tables for the guests. Shino and Karen step out onto the field and another guard approaches them. "Shino and Karen." Shino says. "Please follow me." The guard says. He leads them past all the food and guest tables to a small stage. "Your table is up there." He says and leaves. They get up on stage and are immediately grabbed by Maurice and Guadalupe. Shino went with Maurice and Karen went with Guadalupe.

The next morning Lloyd is sitting a car next to the Current city limit sign. He falls asleep just before Shino's rig pulls into town. They park in a secluded campground and Ash gets out with Shino and Gary. "First thing we have to do is get our badges. Then we can do whatever." Ash says excitedly. Scizor comes stumbling out of the truck. "You boys have fun. Just be back here by dinner." Karen says and slams the door shut. The three guys walk into town and the other trainers stop dead in their tracks. All of them look at Shino and grin while reaching for a pokeball. "You two head to the gym. I think I am going to be a while." Shino says looking around at the approaching horde of pokemon. Ash and Gary head toward the gym and are trampled by the trainers leaving the gym to go battle Shino. They finally reach the gym and see a sign. "Closed till noon." "Son of a.." Gary says. Ash plops down in front of the door and waits. Gary does the same. Scizor is completely surrounded and no one has attacked yet. A Diglet shoots out of the ground at the same time two Dugtrios pop out under his feet making him lose his balance. The Diglet hits Scizor right in the groin. He drops to the ground and the others attack with a variety of attacks. The dust settles and several pokemon are dead with Scizor no where in sight. The trainers start cheering and then start arguing about who killed him. A dead Venusaur rolls over and Scizor stands up. His right arm is slightly damaged and his wings are missing. "Very nice and well calculated." Scizor says and runs straight toward them. He vanishes just before hitting a Tyranitar. Several seconds later it splits in half as well as the surrounding pokemon. Scizor is standing in the middle covered in blood from the spraying bodies. A dozen trainers puke at the sight. Scizor licks his claws clean and smiles wickedly. Hitmonchan sneaks up behind Scizor and fire punches him in the back if the knee. Then as Scizor falls backwards Hitmonchan uppercuts him in the back of the head. Scizor flies into the air and a Hitmonlee leaps after him. He bicycle kicks Scizor back to Hitmonchan who punches him with so much force that the ground cracks and indents a couple of feet. Scizor is now like a bullet flying straight into the rest of the pokemon. Scizor goes through them and smashes straight into the side of an Onyx. Onyx flings him back towards Hitmonlee who is running full speed at Scizor. Hitmonlee gives Scizor a devastating boot to face. Scizor hits the ground and slides for several feet. A loud "POOF" is heard and the only remaining pokemon are Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee, and Onyx. The others turned to dust. Scizor sits up like The Undertaker does and slowly stands up. He stumbles for a second before regaining his balance. Then he cracks his neck and back. "Very impressive." Scizor says dusting himself off. The three pokemon keep their distance from Scizor and just circle him for a minute. By now a large crowd of people have gathered and are watching with great interest. More pokemon are thrown out, including a Jolteon and Houndoom. In a matter of seconds a thick bloodmist has covered a large portion of the crowd and now it is a five on one attack. Jolteon, Houndoom, Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee, and Onyx against Scizor. The five are circling Scizor waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike. A Geodude bursts through the ground under Scizor knocking him off balance. Houndoom and Jolteon bite into Scizor's legs right above the ankle and hold on while Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee attack. Hitmonchan drives his ice punch into Scizor's midsection at the same time Hitmonlee roundhouse kicks him in the back of the head. Scizor collapses to the ground in a crumpled pile. Shino looks on in utter amazement at the scene before him. Onyx slithers up and smashes his tail straight down onto Scizor. The dust cloud is enormous and blocks the view for several minutes until a blinding light dissipates the fog. Scizor is standing there next to a half of an Onyx. Blood and organs are pouring out and covering the ground. Hitmonlee was caught in the blast and the lower half is laying a few feet away. Scizor is badly injured and can't see out of his right eye. Houndoom and Jolteon attack at the same time and both are caught in Scizor's powerful claws. Their bodies twitch once and go limp. Scizor clamps his claws tighter and the heads fall to the ground followed by the bodies. Now it has become a one on one fight. Scizor ducks down and sprints towards Hitmonchan. He jukes to the left and then immediately spins to the right causing a slight hesitation from Hitmonchan. Scizor lands one punch and Hitmonchan's face caves in. A perfect impression forms on the back of Hitmonchan's head of his face. Pink globs shoot out of his ears and he drops to the ground. Scizor falls to one knee and holds his chest. "Any other takers? Now would be the time. I am injured." Scizor says to the stunned crowd. A full minute of silence goes by before the crowd cheers. Shino walks up to Scizor and helps him to his feet then leads him to the Pokecenter. Finally at noon the gym doors burst open sending Ash rolling into the street. He jumps up and storms into the gym muttering to himself. Gary shrugs and follows him. Lightning strikes randomly all over the place as electricity flows throughout the ceiling and walls. A dozen bolts of lightning strike the same spot and a guy appears. He is dressed in a black kimono that has lightning designs all over it. "Welcome to my gym. I am Sparkx. Excuse my clothes. I was helping my brothers with something. You two must be Ash and Gary. I have heard very little about you. Nor do I care. Since I am a busy guy I'll take both of you on at the same time." Sparkx says. Each of his footsteps left an electric footprint for a second before it disappeared as he headed toward his box. Ash and Gary look at each other as they walk to their box. Ash sends out Pikachu and Gary sends out Arcanine. Sparkx sends out two Ratatas. "Let's get this over with. I have things to do." Sparkx says and snaps his fingers. The four pokemon square off and don't move. "Go on. Attack them." Sparkx says. "Aren't you even going to try?" Ash asks. "The purpose of this gym is to see how strong you are and if you are worthy enough to go on. Now attack." Sparkx says. Gary shrugs and nods to Arcanine. Arcanine walks up to the Ratatas and uses Crunch on one. The Ratata drops to the ground motionless. Pikachu cautiously walks up and uses Swift on the other one. A buzzer goes off and Sparkx says "Sorry guys but you suck. You will have to try again in a couple days. I won't be here this weekend so you'll have to come back next week sometime." Sparkx vanishes into a bolt of lightning leaving Ash and Gary completely confused. They head back to the semi where a Shino and Scizor are sitting by a bonfire. Scizor is bandaged up and has healed quite a bit. "Let me guess. He had you attack two Ratatas and then a buzzer went off. After which he told you to come back later." Shino says. "Yeah." Gary says. "Forget about it. He does that to everyone when he is really busy on something else. This works out well then. This weekend is a huge barbecue we are invited to. We will try again after that." Shino says.
