Yesterday

Well, not much happened yesterday. Just went to Wal-Mart and bought the new Red Hot Chilli Peppers album, Stadium Arcadium, which is what I'm listening to right now. ^.^ WOOHOO!! Plus, it rocks. Seriously, second best album I've heard all year, AFI being number one. It's a two-disk set thingy, and was about fourteen bucks. That's a pretty good price. Ah, well. *dances to the album*

Bat Country

We were driving downtown yesterday and decided to stop and take a rest. When we did, it got darker, and then all of a sudden, BATS, yes BATS, started coming out from the trees!! I've never seen Bats in California before, but it was pretty cool. I saw one a few feet away from me (outside the car of cours) and it was so cute!! X3 OKay, enough weirdness from yours truly. lol

Downtown Part II

Remember the helpful guy from Downtown Santa Cruz yesterday that I talked about? Well, before I met him, I was IN the Thrift Store looking at some stuff. Then this woman comes up in front of me and asks another woman all this stuff about prices, tags, and such. Apparantly, the other woman had no idea what Woman #1 was talking about and finally she asked, "Don't you work here?" and Woman #2 just shook her head. So Woman #1 apologizes and walks away, possibly feelings stupid for herself. Then this happened.

Me: That was... memorable...

Woman: *snickers* Yeah. It was. *busts out laughing*

Well, at least I made a person I didn't know laugh. ^_^

Trip

Aaaaah... My vacation went splendidly, yes indeed. ^^ Santa Cruz hasn't changed a bit. The people are the same, downtown is the same... Nothing's changed at all. I enjoyed seeing everything the way it was in my childhood. Only... a few things chnaged. They built new stores and houses and across the street where I used to live. But what hit me, was that where I grew up.... It's as if after we moved out of there, everything died. The grass that was once green was now dead and brown. My old house now has a fence and gate blocking any entry in. Someone bought our neighborhood, and seeing the total destruction of everything I once new and loved, made me want to cry. I seriously wanted to cry. But I didn't and held it in. I still can't get over what happened to my old neighborhood. Everything just... died.
Overall, seeing my hometown again was good enough. I just wished they had left things the way they were.

Downtown

We went downtown in Santa Cruz to look at all the stores and I waited outside to look at all the cute/hot guys. Trust me, EVERY SINGLE GUY THERE IS HOT. :) Anyway, I waited outside staring at the clouds and enjoying the cool weather (60-something degrees), and this guy that looked about 19 or 20 came up to me.

Man: Hey, are you okay? Are you lost? Are you waiting for someone?

Me: Oh, no, my mom is in there paying for some stuff. *jabs thumb in the store*

Man: Oh, I see.

*short silence*

Man: I like your necklace.

Me: *grabs necklace* Oh, thanks. (My necklace)

Man: *nods and walks away* Well, later!

Me: Bye... *waves* That was really... weird... O_o

I don't know who he was, but I told my mom about it. She said it might have been a pervert or something. I wouldn't doubt it, but I guess it's a 50/50 chance. *shrugs*

Story

Here's a funny story that I think is slightly NOT funny. I have a memory loss at times, so everytime, no matter what the situation is, I always forget what happened or what IS happening. Here's a story that involves me and my "good" friend, Pamela, who takes ADVANTAGE of my horrible mind loss. XP (Really, she's my friend. We just fuck with each other's heads a lot. ^^ )

Pamela is the girl in the brown jacket, and Luz is the one in the black jacket.

We were in science and arugueing about something.

Me: No! That's it!! I'm gonna get my razor out and cut you dammit!! (I use the razor to sharpen my pencils because that makes 'em REALLY sharp! 8D )

Dream

Okaaaayyy... I had yet ANOTHER weird ass dream!! O_o Where should I begin... Oh yes. This is a good spot.

I'm walking into a movie theater and sitting down for the movie. It starts immediately. I realize it's Toy Story 3. O_o I know. Shut up. Anyway, I didn't bother to move because I was sitting with popcorn and a good soda. Mmmm... Anywho, not many people were watching, so I just stared at the screen. And then I heard... CUSSING IN THE MOVIE!! Yes!! CUSSING in a child's movie!! I was all... "Okay... This is disturbing..." and I walk out. Suddenly, I'm being attacked by psychotic killers!! All from The Hills Have Eyes and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre!! Not to mention, there were a few Skeloten Pirates throwing bombs and such at people from Pirates of the Carribean. I was hit a lot, but didn't die. O_o I WAS IMMORTAL!! And then, Hiei and Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho come along and just stand there!! I'm all, "WTF?!! FIGHT!! DO SOMETHING!!" Then they looked at eachother and Kurama grinned coyly at Hiei. I was all, "Okay... You want to have sex, there's a barn right there." and they left. And then...

I woke up.

Well, today's meh last day here! Is it Wednesday already? *looks at Naruto calendar* Yep. Damn, I can't even keep up with the days now... -_- Anyway, I'll see you all on Saturday, but my post may be a little late. It's an 8 hour drive after all. I think we'll be leaving reeeally early in the morning. I don't mind at all. I love the car ride. Everything is so peaceful and calm. Just like it always used to be. On Thursday and Friday I won't be here. YES!! I'M LEAVING RIVERSIDE FOR 2 DAYS!! WOOHOO!!! 8D Ahem... Anywho, we're going to Oakland (which is one hour away from Santa Cruz, my hometown) to take my aunt back. We're coming back Saturday, and they DON'T have a computer there, so... Past References (Again)

I don't think that any of you knew that I used to skateboard, huh? Didn't think so. Anyway, I don't skateboard anymore, but I used to back in my elementary days. The question is, WHY don't I skate anymore? It's simple.
I crashed and burned. -__-
Not literally, but here's the story. ^^

I was skateboarding outside, and kept trying to practice to get better. My mom told me to stay in front of the yard so I couldn't get hurt. Man, was that bitch wrong. *laughs* I went up a little faster, and there was a fence. I was going to TRY and jump over it, but failed miserably. How? There just so happened to be a SQUIRREL IN MY WAY. So, to avoid squishing and killing the little critter, I turned, tripped, and crashed into the fence in front of me. I only got a few scratches and bruises from my crash, but I've hated squirrels ever since. -__-

My mom told me to not skateboard anymore, so I didn't. But I'm going to try and take it up again soon. :\

Here's another story of my past life, because my life right now is very uninteresting. ^__^;;

When I was in third grade, we were sitting in class, and our regular class clown was getting himself into trouble. As usual. So when my 3rd grade teacher called the office to notify his mom. I guess he was talking back to her or something. So his mom came in a few minutes later, and did what I did not expect. She started yelling and cussing at our teacher, like, how her kid was troubled and couldn't handle himself properly. Lady, your kid did and said things a 3rd grader shouldn't!! Never in my life (or any of the kids in my class) have heard so much cussing used in one sentence. O_o I was scared, but now that I look back on it, it was very funny to see another human being make a fool of themself. God, people amuse me with their stupidity. XD We never saw him again. I guess her kid switched schools. *shrugs*

Yesterday

I'm not one for going outside, but yesterday was an exception. You see, I'm like a vampire. I absolutely hate the sun. It was so hot when I went out, that I just decided to hang out under my trees in the yard and pet my cat, Gary. It was actually nice to get out and get some fresh air without having anyone bug you and have electroinics entertain you. It was peace and quiet for me... until I saw a white butterfly and decided to chase after it like a little kid. It got away, but it was okay. Things are meant to be free. If people could put rainbows in zoos, they'd do it (Calvin and Hobbes comic strip). It was nice though. I felt like I was 8 again. Goofing off and playing around... Where did those days go?

Racism?

Back in 8th grade, I made hardly any black friends. I had only 3 friends who were African American, and I was confused. So one day I decided to talk to some black kids who were just standing around talking. Well, I said hi, and they just gave me this look. I was all, "Okaayy..." and walked away. I've noticed that a lot of the black kids over here hate me for no apparant reason. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against other races or colors, but I just don't know why they hate me!! I'm just trying to be nice, and they go bite my head off!! I'll never understand people...

NB: DID YOU SEE THAT EXPRESSION ON HIS FACE?!! YOU HURT HIM!! HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO SOMEONE?!! THAT'S CRUEL!! RAITO!! ANSWER ME, DAMN YOU!!

Raito: *snaps* I said I DON'T KNOW!!

NB: *flinches and calms down* Sigh...

*they sit in silence for a few minutes on the floor*

NB: You didn't have to go and say all those things.

NB: I've never seen L look so... hurt...

Raito: Huh? *looks at shoulder and sees that he's bleeding* WAAAAAH!!!

NB: *laughs maniacally and runs off*

Raito: GET BACK HERE YOU PSYCHO!!

*We see L sitting on a bench, under some Sakura trees, staring at the ground*

L: I thought he meant it... He said he loved me... but... *starts to sob a bit* Did he really mean all those harsh words...? *hugs his knees closer to his chest*

*Without any warning, L let the tears flow freely down to the ground*
