Le sigh
I got an email from a friend back home, I missed another NDK, and from the sounds of it, a good one. To musical guests, one the gets my kawaii sense tingling and one a piano artist. *sigh* I've missed like 3 so far since I've been in my current assignment. If things go the way I forsee, I'll miss next years as well. I miss conventions. All those other Otakus, other people who don't think that Anime is just porn and pokemon.
Not that I've never watched either, it's just not something I own in any quantity. ^^;
*sigh* I'm a busy person when it comes down to the big picture. And hopefully I'll stay a living person.
*Inaudible scream* I MISS REAL FOOD!!! I MISS SUSHI!! I MISS STEAK!!!

I've been thinking that whenever I get home and go back to livin on my own, I need to learn how to cook. This is hard; while I have a good taste in food, I am incapable of getting the right mix of spices and what not. The best I can do are different types of omlettes or scrambles that I think up, altering some frozen food, or mac n cheese.
I feel so hopeless.
