   Good News Nobody!
So it occurred to me that my room mates are both oblivious AND retarded. For the second night in a row, they've had about 15 people over to celebrate ridiculous birthday parties, about three so far. Until 3 in the morning. I'm very tired of it, and they're completely blind to the fact that I actually want to sleep at a decent hour. I've asked them not to, and they sort of give me the same sort of blank empty stare you'd expect from a herd of milk cows. Either way, I've made my views known, and I've so far been polite. Of course all that will change in a few seconds. I stood up to my full height, which is impressive compared to theirs, and said that I would REALLY appreciate it if they stopped throwing parties at 1 in the morning. Because I have a job to do, and I have work to do, and I like to do it on more than five hours of sleep.

Don't tell me to get over it, because I've been putting up with this sort of foolishness all year. When I have friends over, they don't stay up in the main room laughing like a bunch of moronic animals. I'm quite peeved really. This hasn't been a good couple of weeks. Between not having work, getting the promise of work, and then not being called... I'm upset. And then of course random people IM me just to insult me. Good thing I have a customized block list. It's so useful really. Helps me put a blanket over the irritating people that think they still know me after six years. But yes, I am near the end of my very short rope. Too bad there's not enough left here to hang myself with.

In other news? Dance History totally blows. Everyone hates it, but especially me. Stats blows too. It's hard, conceptual, and boring as heck. That and the book is completely useless and the TAs are almost as useless. The only good news is that African Dance is cool. If hard. Undulating your spine is harder than one might imagine, but throwing out your back to do it is apparently the wrong method. So is loosely rolling your head around on its axis. Turns out that isn't any fun at all. I woke up sore as anything, and I'm STILL sore after a day of nothing.
