This song is by my friend's sister Clara. It cracks me up every time I hear it. And you should hear it in the squirrel voice and the Papa Paw Paw deep voice! okay, anyway: THE ACORN SONG Scavenging for acorns... heeheeheeheeheehee! Through the hills and mountains. All the way up and all the way down Hear the sound, hear the sound. Scavenging for acorns all around, on the ground. All the pretty little acorns... MOMMY! MOMMY!! (evil laughing follows) Oh, I found an acorn for my tummy yummy. Oh, I found an acorn for my tummy tummy yum-yum tummy. Take away my acorn.. nooooooo..... take away my acorn.. noo-oo-ooo!! So what if I'm slow? Just look at me go!! I'm a little squirrel going to and froooo...... Way down yonder in the paw paw patch, a-scavenging for acorns... Then, I ran into Papa Paw Paw!!!!
