   Errr, Thursday?
Grrrrrr.

This girl named Laura stole my lunch today. No, not just my lunch. My sandwich, my Oreo cookies, my Lays chips, and two dollars. I was HUNGRY! And she eats it all right in front of me!

And the teachers all made excuses for her. "Oh, she has a very troubled home life..." Well that's no excuse for taking my lunch! I know lots of people with troubled home lives, and they don't steal lunches, they ASK. At least I didn't have anything really good (pocky), because then I might've gotten violent.

I hate it how everyone makes excuses for Laura. She insults everyone, she's makes pro-Nazi jokes, and she fails every class and gets to stay! And the teachers LOVE her for some reason!

That's enough ranting for now. The rest of my day was quite good. I don't have much homework, I borrowed some of Evangelion from a friend, and I got some money for my grades. Yippee! I'm saving up for my Christmas shopping, hehe.

And we're studying A Midsummer Night's Dream in English, which is a good thing and a bad thing. Good: Easy A. Bad: IT's my favorite play, so I'm bound to be overly critical. I was practically twitching when everyone was mispronouncing the names. I somehow managed not to correct them. Go me ^__^.

   Have I ever mentioned...
...how creepy it is when people say they know you, and tell you all these things about yourself, BUT YOU'VE NEVER MET THEM BEFORE? *shudder*

Well, I noticed Molletta gave us a few facts about herself on her site, so I thought I'd give a few facts about myself, just for fun. You guys can know my personal facts, but not my real name, yay!

10 Useless Facts About NightBeck:

1. My username, NightBeck, comes from a) My chronic insomnia, and b) my nickname at school. My common online pseudonym, Helena, comes from my favorite play, A Midsummer Night's Dream.

2. I was in A Midsummer Night's Dream recently, but I played Puck.

3. I am a native of Windham, New Hampshire (I think mireiyu was the one who asked what part of NH I was from. In case you don't know where Windham is, it's near Londonderry and Salem)

4. I moved to Florida at 13, and I drove down.

5. I am an outgoing introvert, if that makes any sense at all. I never was really that introverted until I moved.

6. I will always be a child at heart, I looooove Playmobil toys, and I am addicted to DDR.

7. I am physically incapable of insulting someone. I'll snap sometimes, and even though it's often warranted I always apologize. In other words, I lack in spine ^__^

8. I like any food with a strong taste. Add garlic to it, I guarantee I'll love it.

9. I attend an arts school, and my major is writing. I auditioned for theater, but I was turned down because I wasn't as experienced as the other candidates. Ahhh, the perks of growing up in a small town, right?

10. I am an idealist and a blind optimist, not to mention a nature girl. I have my bad days, but I rarely ever get depressed.

There, you know me a lot better now, I think. By the way, you can expect random posts like this when I'm bored and had an uneventful day. When I'm not twirling...

I LIVE! And today was such a great day! *Hugs all otakus*. I got my report card this afternoon, and I am SO happy with it! I was a little nervous since I'm taking all honors classes, and they're pretty hard, but... well, think I'll just list my grades for the heck of it...

TV/Film- A+
Essay&Debate- A
Gym- A (oh, that was hard... hehe)
English- A
Latin- A+ (an extra 4 points for being able to follow Magistra's train of thought)
Creative Writing- A
Chemistry- B
Algebra 2- B+

I'M SMART! I'M SMART! Hear that, world? You don't have to have an ounce of common sense to do well in life! Whee! *twirls through wheat field*

Know what I just realized? I had my pants on backwards all day. *Blushes with embarassment* It's amazing how one can feel so smart and yet so stupid at the same time... ohwell! I'M STILL ON THE HONOR ROLL! *resumes twirling*

Rest of the day went pretty typically. Latin is still making me insane, no, not the subject, the teacher. Magistra's thought patterns are nearly impossible to follow.

I got my school picture today too. Grrrr, my hair is in my eyes. *Studies it* I look like Legato's long lost sister or something. Hmmmmm...

Ow, my stomach hurts from all the crunches I did in gym. But that doesn't matter, I'm getting healthy!

   Whee!
OK, maybe that sleep helped a bit TOO much. Now, I'm waaaaaay too awake for my own good.

My cousin Jackie had kindly let me know that I am *reads over IM* stupid, a loser, a social outcast, and "gay" (not in the actual 'likes girls' way, in the '12 year old name calling' way). Ummmm, *raises eyebrows* Y'know, I always value candor in my family, but... *ponders that*... no, she's right.

Strange how kids can be right on, sometimes, hehehe. 'Cept I'm stupid, a loser, and a social outcast to the best of my ability. *Proudly chews on pocky from DES for signing the GB*

*The following is a ranting post. If you have no desire to listen to my rant, you may skip it. I won't hold it against you :-)*

Bad, bad day.

Why do all my friends have this gift of making me feel insignificant? Just because I didn't go out with my boyfriend (imaginary) this weekend, they assume whatever I have to say doesn't interest them. Then they have to give me an earful about what they did with THEIR boyfriends, like I really needed to know. CURSE THE 15 YEAR OLD MENTALITY!

Then to top it all off, I got sick and had to go home. Plus I'm hungry but don't know if I can stomach anything. Guess I'll have to try...

At least I have the Petshop of Horrors manga. Tania lent it to me. But I can't read it until I'm done working and my homework is finished. *Sniffle*

I'm still so tired, but I still have more homework to do, and one last performance today. Hmmm, haven't had much time for anime watching this weekend. There's always later tonight, I guess.

   I hate to get all sappy here...
...because I'm usually all cheery and stuff. But everytime I come on this site, it seems like someone else is depressed or sick, or something like that. What can I say, even over the Internet people's moods tend to affect me.

So, to everyone this message applies to, here's hoping everything gets better for you soon. *Hug*. Maybe I'm a little naive, maybe I don't have experience in painful issues, but if you need someone to listen to your rants or talk to, look no further :-).

Oh happy day!
YES! Last night went very well, and I even got flowers! And Debra, my director, wants to get me an agent. An AGENT.

Now, is that surreal, or WHAT?

Gaaaaah! MillieFan and I both had a bit of trouble with our fics last night. There were these demonic slashes all over them, it looked like we were trying to send some kind of craaaaaazy satanic message. All fixed now, though. *Exhale*
