Manga uploads will come later... there are more important things to worry about.
This is a little late.
But I had to make sure you guys were okay out there.
Honestly, it took me a while to notice the change. Jacksonville residents are not... exactly what you'd call articulate in the first place. But by the time I realized what the Barnes and Noble customers and employees had turned into, I was surrounded, and I had to use what I had on hand to escape. I never thought I'd say this, but thank God for the Dan Brown compendium and hot Starbucks coffee.
Managed to make it home all right - the construction around my home makes it difficult for them to move around. Mom, Dad, and I moved up onto the roof, with as much rations as we could carry and a sawed-off shotgun Dad had been keeping in the closet for this kind of occasion. Keenan's still in Tallahassee, but I'm not too worried; as long as he holes up at Outback, he'll be fine. I hear the undead have a crippling weakness against the Bloomin' Onion.
Between taking some of them out (turns out I have pretty good aim), I've spent the day trying to contact people, mostly to no avail. Guess they've been taking out cellphone towers, too. The one person I got through to was the guy I exchanged numbers with at the mall yesterday, who answered the phone with an "AAAAAUUUUUUUUGGGGNGHFMEDM." Figures.
Since it more or less got quiet a few hours ago, I thought it would be safe to try the internet. So please, if you're alive, here is the place to check in.
