Call of Luna
Chapter 2: Death comes on swift but silent wings
Part 1

It must have been about an hour since we left the safety of the forest. The familiar sent of pine, oak and apple slowly faded. We had decided to fallow the forest river upstream into the mountain valley and then proceeded into the mountain itself. The moon was reflecting off the river. We could hear the water fall up a head. It appeared that humans may have settled by the falls. A big mansion was sitting next to the river.

“We should ask the humans if they have seen any demons.” I said.
“Look at that mansion again.” Said Tasha. “The lights are on!”
“The lights are on so what? That means someone is home!” said Nin.
“Name the creatures that are up at two in the morning!” said Jack.
“Werewolves… vampires… and some demons I guess.” Said Nin.
“There is a higher chance of it being a demon or a vampire then one of our own.” Said Sophie.
“Most demons don’t live in homes. It is probably a vampire that lives here.” I said.
“What is your purpose here?” asked a male voice behind me.

I turned to see a tall man with a long katana. He had long black hair and a long black suit on. His silver eyes were the only thing that separated him from normal humans.

“A demon!” yelled Sophie.
“I got this one!” yelled Nin.
The demon quickly sheathed his sword and pulled a pistol out and pointed it at Nin. Nin did the same. Both opened fire until they ran out and had to reload.
“Why are we not Swiss cheese?” asked Nin.
“I wasn’t aiming at you. I...” said the demon.
“No! But I was!” Interrupted Nin.
“I know that is why it was so easy to shot the bullets!”
“Hashi!” Yelled a female voice from the balcony of the mansion. “What the hell do you think you’re doing!?”
The demon dropped to one knee and bowed to the voice.

Call of Luna
part 4(last part)

“I will not die now…” chuckled Lucken. “…another time…another place…but not here or now!” He grabbed the back of my blade and bushed to make the hilt hit my stomach. Lucken held his shoulder with his left hand.

“You should be heading for the mountains… we have seen a demon of death and we could catch it and use it agents you.” Said Luken.
“Why are you telling us this?” asked Sophie.
“Maybe one day… the fighting will end… and werewolves and vampires can live peacefully…” he said as he faded into the darkness.
“Should we trust him?” asked Sophie.
“It could be a trap” I replayed as I wiped away Luckens’ blood from my sword.
“If Nin is the best in his trib then it shouldn’t be too hard to get away.” Said Jack.

“This demon of death could be useful on our side” said Sophie.
“Too dangerous!” interrupted Jack. “Dragging a demon back could kill us and attack the forest. I say we kill it so it can’t be used agents us!”
“Look!” I said to stop the bickering. “We could try to catch it and if we can’t we kill it.” At that time Nin and Tasha retuned.
“Were is he?” asked Tasha.
“He decided to flee.” Said Jack.
“Figures!” said Nin. “I bet anyone could have beaten him without getting hurt!”
“Don’t under estimate him!” I said covering my gash witch stopped bleeding.
“What do we do now?” asked Tasha.
“We go demon hunting!” I said.
We began to head north to the mountains, ready for anything to come our way.

Call of Luna
chapter 1
part 3

“Good… everyone is here… let’s finish this.” Said Winter. At that time all the tribe leaders left to get to know each other.
“I’m Nin…” said Nin confidently. “I am…” at that point I zoned out. I couldn’t help but think of the dream I had.
“Night!” shouted my little sister. I looked around to see that everyone was looking at me.
“It is your turn!” said Sophie.
“My name is Night…and I will protect the forest with my life!” I shouted.
“My name is Jack…” said Winter's student. “I would rather not say anything about me…” At that time we heard gunshots in the distance. Without any thought we all raced towards the gunfire.

We found one of the new teams but they where killed off. Fenris Wolf was on his knees covering his ears witch appeared to be bleeding. In front of him was a tall, thin vampire with short gray hair and red eyes. He wore a black robe with white lining. My team and I ran to aid Fenris.

“Get out of the way!” yelled the vampire. “I am Luken the fifth son of Dracula!”
“I don’t care if you are the king of hell! You’re not welcome here!” I yelled. Luken paused for a moment like he didn’t know what he was doing. Then he held out his right hand off to his side.

“What if I ask you move out of the way?” he asked.
“Is this guy for real?” asked Nin.
“Don’t let your guard down!” yelled Sophie. “I can see great power in him… don’t lose site of him!” At that time a large scythe appeared in his extended hand.
“Nin! Tasha! Take Fenrus and get him out of here!” I yelled pulling my sword off my back. I felt weak and the vampire was no longer in front of me.

Blood was pouring out of my side. The vampires scythe was deep in me.
Luken quickly pulled it out and jumped back to dodge an ice spell from Jack.
“Night! Are you ok?” asked soffy.
“You can’t get rid of some one from my tribe that easily.” I replayed. I ran after Luken who was still dodging Jacks ice spells. I brought my large blade down with all my strength. He tried to jump out of the way but one of the ice spells froze one of his feet to the ground. My blade sliced though his right shoulder and half way thought his torso.

Call of luna
Chapter 1
part 2

I turned to see my little sister in a gray shirt and pants. She had long black hair and a red scarf covering her mouth. She had long black hair that stretched down her back with a small patch covering her right eye. The eye that could be seen was dark green.

“I’m teamed up with Sophie?” I asked shocked.
“She is one of the best from the Death tribe” said Fenris.
“That she is” said a vampire standing behind her.
“Ahh… Lance! Long time no see” said Fenris.
Lance was the only leader that wasn’t a werewolf or one of Luna’s children. He was in a black shirt and pants. He had long black hair and bright yellow eyes. A metallic bracelet was on both of his wrist that streached down half way between his wrist and elbow. “Night” called a familiar voice. I looked to see an old chilled hood friend. “Nin!” I answered back.

Nin was wearing blue jeans and a brown shirt that read “SARCASM just one of my many talents.” He had short red hair and light brown eyes. He had two pistols on his belt as well as a shotgun. Behind him was Red wolf. He was the youngest of Luna’s children. His hair was a dark reddish brown and red eyes.

“Looks like you are a slow one.” Whispered a young girl’s voice in my ear. Someone was standing behind me with a kunai knife to my neck.
“Tasha!” Yelled another female voice. She quickly put the knife away.
“I was only practicing my stealth tricks.” Said Tasha.

She was a ninja from the Black tribe. She was in all black with fishnet gloves and dark brown eyes. Her hair was long and black witch was tied up bye a red ribbon. Her tribe leader was Black Wolf and almost impossible to see in the dark except for her golden eyes.
Next came a white haired person with narrow eyes. He had black jeans and a white shirt. He didn’t say a word but he adjusted his glasses. Behind him was Winter Wolf. Winter had white and black hair and dark eyes.

Call of Luna

Chapter 1: Lucken’s assault

The room grew cold as I touched the handle of the kitchen door. Pure evil seemed to fill the room as the door creaked open. The smell of blood was in the air. I stepped forward and almost tripped on a dead body lying on the floor. I looked down to see the body, only to find my mother was laying face down in her own blood. Her image seemed to warp as tears rolled down my cheeks. I was about to scream but I could see that someone was standing over me. I wiped away my tears and looked up at the dark figure, it was my father. He raised a bloody katana witch made me to frightened to move. The crimson blade came down across my face.

I awoke with a fright and immediately covered my face with my hand. I couldn’t believe that a childhood memory can still haunt from ten years ago. The dreams of my father betraying me were always there and could never dream something peaceful. I got out of bed and walked to the mirror. In the mirror I could see my fathers face looking back at me. The only difference was the large scar that started at my left eyebrow and ended at my right cheek. My hair was also lighter shade of brown then his and I had my mothers’ dark blue eyes. I picked up a large duel handled zewheandler with a handle half way through the blade and strapped it to my back. I walked out of my bedroom and down the stairs.

The living room was empty. It was unlike me to get out off bed before my sister. I looked up the clock and saw that it was 11:43 pm. I panicked when I figured out that she already left to join a team and didn’t wake me up. I only had seven minuets until I was late. I ran outside and took a short cut to the training fields. When I got there I could see my tribe leader waiting for me. He had dark brown hair and a brown eye. The other eye had a scar through it and was never open. He also had a zewheandler but it only had one handle.

“Night!” he called to me.
“Sorry I’m late, Fenris”
“You’re not late! In four minuets it will be midnight.” He explained. “You are one of my best students…and our kind is a dieing race…”

“But what can I do?” I interrupted. “Luna took humans off the menu because of the half breads like me.”
“I never said to turn humans into werewolves! What I was trying to say is we must protect our own kind even if that means dieing to save the forest or else we will be extinct.”
“NO! NO! NO!” yelled a female voice behind me. “Why the hell do I have to be teamed up with my brother?”
