Back to Work
Well, my stepmom had the biopsy today. I think it went well. I haven't heard anything bad. Well, I got to sleep late, which was nice. While they were gone, I went to go get a get well soon card, and I also ordered a shirt from Megatokyo today. It's this shirt:
The rest of the day was pretty average. As for tomorrow, Tuesday, it's back to waking up early and having to work. Stupid work. I have this week and two more before I'm done working, and then a week to go until I'm back in college. I miss the anime club there. Then, I'll just have to wait a month for Anime Weekend Atlantq. It's going to be awesome, and I'll probably go broke there. Well, that's all for now. Have a nice day and have fun commenting. |

Staying Home Monday
Not much happened this Sunday. I read my Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles vol 6 that I got Saturday. Good work. Read some more of the stuff I got yesterday (see last post for everything I got). Thought up some more story ideas. Had more steak for dinner. Steak is good.
Monday, I'm not working. Yay. Well, kinda yay. You see, my stepmom has to have a biopsy, and my dad wants to stay home and be with her. Since I work with him, this means that we both are staying home. There's probably nothing wrong, but better safe than sorry. Well, I guess that's all. Keep enjoying the new song. Bye. |

Fixed Swords and Plenty of Reading
Good Saturday. Well, if you've been reading this week, then you know that I've been working on repairing my sword. Well, this morning, my dad and I attached the handle, so it's all together now. Too bad it's still crooked. I should just make a new one. Too bad katanas are actually very complex and hard to make.
Well, after all that, I went off. I tried some fairly new comic store and got Batman: Hush vol 2. Then, off to the mall. Too bad that when I got there, the Suncoast was closed. I waited for a couple of hours, giving me time to read the new Batman I had just gotten. Still, it was closed. I went to Book-a-Million instead. Luckily, they had the manga I wanted. I got Genshiken vol 2 and Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles vol 6. I also saw something I just had to have: The Complete Idiot's Guide to Creating a Graphic Novel. Finally, a book for what I want to eventually try to get to possibly do. Then, back home.
Back home, I ate a steak dinner, and then my parents left, leaving me home alone. The home is nicer alone. Watching InuYasha right now. Not much else going on. I guess that's all for today. Glad to see people enjoying the new song. Have fun commenting. Bye. |

New Music People
Ride on Shooting Star, by The Pillows, from FLCL. Enjoy.
Today wasn't bad. I worked. It wasn't too hard. The finger that I got stung on yesterday swelled up though. It's not too swollen, but it is tense.
After work, I mowed my neighbor's yard. I played my anime music on my iPod the entire time. I got paid $40 for basically walking around and listening to music while pushing a mower. The rest of the night has been pretty uneventful. Tomorrow, it'll be Saturday, which means that it's time to go up to the mall and get some manga. Yay. I need more. Can't have enough. Well, not really much else. Enjoy the song while you're commenting. Bye. |

Good Pay Day, Bad Bees, and a Quiz
nn nWhat Kon Are You?n nHosted by theOtaku.com: Anime. Done right.n
Stupid bees. Well, more on that later. Thursday is pay day, so I got paid. That means I have money to buy manga this weekend, and I do have quite a bit to pick up. Work wasn't too bad either. It was in the low to mid 80s today, which was much cooler than the rest of the week. That made work a lot easier. When I got home, I mowed the yard, That was going well until...
...I got stung while mowing in the back yard, twice. Two yellowjackets attacked me and stung me on my right middle finger and my right side of my neck. The neck must have just been grazed, but my finger was fully stung. It's annoying. Well, to rid this problem, my dad had an interesting solution. Yellowjackets live in a nest in a hole in the ground, these being in a hole in our back yard. I poured gas down the hole and lit it on fire with a match. He did it to two other holes, and then he drowned the holes with water. We also used some pesticide. I was surprised, but as long as they're gone. I'm tired of having to run around like crazy when I get over there to mow and those bees suddenly remind me that they're there. |

Told You It Would Go Down
400 gb signatures went to 399. That usually happens, someone deleting their account, thus their signature disappears. Oh well.
In other news, not much. Work was work, but it was nicer since it wasn't as hot as it was Monday and Tuesday. I didn't work on repairing my sword. Even if all the parts are put back, it'll be crooked. I really need a new sword, one that can actually take a hit. I mean, I don't plan on using it on anyone, but what's the point in having a sword if it'll break in just a couple of hits? There is no point. Get good swords people, and if you get one too many, give it to me.
Snow Fox gave me her submission in my pic request. That's three pics turned in. I'm still accepting more. Working on a title, let alone an actual stand alone story, is hard. Nailing down the characters is one thing, but putting them in a story that isn't tied in too much with the main one is hard. Well, I have less than a month left before returning to college. I'm setting that as some sort of dead line for something involving my story, so expect something at sometime. I guess that's all. Bye. |

400 GB Enteries
400 people have signed my gb. Well, 400 who still have their accounts. That number might drop back down if someone deletes their account. Oh well. I have 400 now. I also have 5555 visits. Not really much else. Worked more. It was really hot out. Did some more work on my sword. Hopefully, the handle will be ready for tomorrow. I'm definately examining my next sword I buy. Not really much else. Well, I guess that's all for now. Have a nice day. Have fun commenting and all that. Bye. |

Four More Weeks of Work
I went back to work today. Only four weeks to go. I go back to college a month from tomorrow. Yay. Finally. I miss going to the anime club meetings, and I miss the high speed. Oh well, back to today. Work wasn't bad. It was hot, but we didn't do much.
Tonight, my already messed up reverse blade sword finally broke at the handle. Well, my dad found some sort of metal welding glue or something. Tonight, we'll letting the glue on the handguard and blade dry. Tomorrow, we'll work on the handle. I knew it was cheap. I mean, a reverse blade for just $50, of course it wasn't too strong. Still, after the break, you could tell it was in really bad condition. Is a good, strong, and sturdy reverse blade too much to ask for? I guess so. Well, have fun commenting and have a good day. For those of you working on my request pic, good luck. |

Work Tomorrow
Sunday was ok. I spent some time in the pool. That was nice. The rest of the day was pretty boring. I spent most of the night looking for a certain song for FLCL, which is hard when you don't know the name, especially hard when you're waiting for the songs to load on dial up so you can listen to them. I found the one I was looking for. It's called Little Busters, I think.
For people who think I have a big yard, I don't. It's not big. I usually just mow our yard once a week. The grass grows pretty quick. Plus, there's my neighbor's yard I mow for cash every week and a half to two weeks.
If anyone is still working on that requested pic, thanks. Thinking this story thing up is hard. It's the details that always kill me. Oh well. I guess that's all for now. Have a nice day, and have fun commenting. Bye. |

It's Saturday
Today, I mowed the back yard. Those annoying bees were there again. I didn't get stung this time though, so yay. It sure was hot out though. Then, I spent some time with my sister, two aunts, and cousins. We went to the mall, where I would have gone anyway. I got two mangas: Hellsing vol 4 and Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles vol 5. We hung out there more, and then they brought me home. I ate some KFC, watched Toonami, and then got online. Right now, I'm watching Inuyasha. I guess I'll round off the night watching Adult Swim and being online.
Anyone know of a good site to find good, meaningful anime quotes? If you do, tell me in the comments. If not, comment on the rest of the post. Have a good day. |
