More E3 Stuff

Sorry I didn't visit. My dad had me vacuuming the attic, which in the middle only goes up about 3-4 ft high, so I had a crouch and crawl a lot. Not fun. Well, who cares about all that anyway. More E3 news. Well, first off, system wise, I think the PS3 is looking the best. Game wise, I know Nintendo doesn't have much, but they have Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, and that's enough for me. Everything looked great on the X-Box 360 and PS3, and I wish Nintendo would show more than Zelda and Nintendogs. I'm really excited for Activision because they're making a game for Ultimate Spider-Man, and I think I heard that the game story was being written by Brian Michael Bendis, the writer of Ultimate Spiderman. From what I saw, it looked great. I did hear that you get to play as Venom for some of the game, which will make some happy. I'm not as big of a fan of Venom though. Just give me Spidey. Link's a Wolf?!

Tuesday, I went to a one-year-anniverary dinner with some of my friends from high school, celebrating the one year anniversary of out graduation. Not as many of us showed up as I thought, but it was fun. That was pretty much the high light of the day. Not much else is going on. I've been catching E3 coverage on G4, and I've got four words: Link looks freaken cool. The new Legend of Zelda game looks really cool. I'm not really excited about Link transforming into a wolf, but the rest still looks awesome. Also, Nintendo's new system looks cool. I'm really hoping for something good from Nintindo. Otherwise, I might actually have to buy another system. Geez, all this stuff is going to cost too much. Well, I guess that's all now. Bye.

Sunday and Monday

Both days were fairly uneventful. I mowed the yard Sunday and had steaks for dinner. Monday, I stayed inside a lot while people worked on the siding outside the house. I really didn't do much for the last two days except for a few chores. I did call some places to follow up on applications I turned in, like at Media Play and Barnes & Noble. Their managers should be calling to set up interviews. Hopefully, something will work out. I don't really care about applying somewhere I don't like. My parents can easily get me a job somewhere I don't like since a friend of my dad owns a tree cutting service and said I could work there, or so I've heard. I'll be fine, as long as I don't work with my dad or stepmom. That would drive me nuts. Well, I don't really have much else. I did put some more anime posters up in my room. Oh, those of you with sharp ears just might have noticed a new song. I believe it's called Fool's Paradise, and it's from Trigun. I might get a new bg sometime, but I don't know what yet if I decide to change it. I guess that's pretty much it for now.

Saturday Was Ok

I hung out at the mall. Sure, I went there to apply at places, but it was still cool. While applying at Barnes & Noble, I bought Hellsing volume 1, and it was hardbacked. That's cool. I got back just as my parents were leaving, so I get a night to myself. They left ribs and chocolate covered strawberries for me to eat, and they were great. Also, all of Star Wars: Clone Wars was on Toonami, and that's one of the few good things Toonami has left. Now, you'd think I would be watching Samurai Champloo on Adult Swim, but you'd be wrong. For one, I've seen it already. Finished the series. However, the main reason is Saturday Night Live. Will Ferrell is hosting, and he's awesome. I'll watch the second run of Adult Swim. This is just too good of an episode to miss. I guess that's all for now. Talk to you all later. Bye. Oh, and there's a new song. Enjoy.

The Weekend

Well, Friday was, well, it wasn't really good. Some workers came to work on the siding of the house today, really early too, so I was actually awaken at 7:15 and got up around 8. That's just not right. Also, my dad had the day off, so he stayed home. He made me go out and find a job. I was out for about an hour and 45 minutes, and I only filled out one application. I walked around most of the time with my iPod playing. When I got back, I had to do job searching online, do some chores, and call some places. None of the places I looked into were anywhere I'd like to work. I really hope I get that Media Play job. With my dad and stepmom home this weekend, I'll be a pain to listen to them go on and on about me getting a job. It's annoying. Well, I guess that's all for now. Bye.

Not Much

Not too many chores on Thursday. Cleaned the fridge and stuff. Not much else. It's been a fairly slow day. I did go swimming. That was fun. I hooked up my iPod Shuffle to some speakers that went with my old cd player, so I swam to anime music. Cool. Not really much else to talk about. Maybe I should actually do something for Friday so that I'll have something to talk about. Then again, maybe not. I'll sleep on it. Well, I'm off to find some anime songs. Bye.

Chores and FMA

Well, I did the chores. I did some laundry, cleaned the bathroom, watered the grass my dad planted, and helped clean out the pool. The cleaning of the pool was cool because I got to swim. Most of the night went towards finishing my FMA downoads I got before leaving the high speed connection at the dorms. I'm just upset that I didn't get time to download the last four. I ony got to episode 47. It's eating at me, not being able to see the rest. I read to ch 40 in the manga to, so I'm close to the end in both. Still, I prefer the anime. The story seems deeper and more involved. It's so cool up to where it is. I really want to see the last four episodes and the FMA movie that is coming out this summer. So much to look forward to. Still working on the job search. Well, I didn't do much to work on the search on Wednesday. I'll call up a few places Thursday. Not much else to talk about. I guess that's all for now. Bye.

I Went Swimming

Tuesday was ok. I didn't do any job searching or anything. I washed some dishs, made some tea, and that's about it. I went swimming. That was fun. The water was still a bit cold, but it was good. Other than that, it was a pretty easy day. Wednesday, however, will be different. My parents already listed chores for me to do, such as clean basically the entire bathroom, water some grass my dad just planted, and wash some stuff. That will be annoying, but I don't think it'll be near as annoying as they hope. My parents are trying to make me do a lot of chores until I get a job, like it'll speed me up. I'm trying to get a job. I want one. Anime and comics and games cost a lot after all. Still, they're mistaken if they think this will help. The only thing worse than overbearing parents is clueless and overbearing parents. Well, I don't really have much else to say. Have a good day everyone. Bye.

I Actually Visited

I visited people. Well, how was my Monday? It was ok. Woke up around 10am. I didn't do too much. I washed the dishes, listened to music, and was kinda lazy. Around 2pm, I went out to find a job. Media Play and Books-A-Million sound promising today. I really liked Media Play. I was sitting down and filling out the application there when I looked up and saw the word "otaku" hanging from the series. My eyes lit up. After turning in the application, I went to look, and they had some cool anime and manga. If I hadn't just bought some manga from when I was applying at Books-A-Million, I would have bought something there. I bought at BAM the first volume of Full Metal Panic and the first volume of Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle. I miss the anime club and high speed back at college. Well, I guess that's all. Bye.

Sorry For Not Visiting

I miss high speed and being able to get online without blocking the phone line. I can only really get online now late at night or when no one is home. Just a few more months. I'll try to visit soon. Well, today was ok. I hung out with a friend most of the day. We walked around the neighborhood. I went to this store where I sold a few games and bought the Princess Mononoke dvd. After getting back, I watched Princess Mononoke and the Cowboy Bebop movie. That pretty much leaves me where I am now. Tomorrow, supposed job searching will happen. Not much else planned. I guess I'll get going. Bye.
