I Hate Tuesdays

Just for the reason that I have to get up at 7:15 am for my 8:00 class. My dad says that's not early. Well, that's a heck of a lie. I don't even remember how I got up at 5:40 for high schoo anymore. I find it hard to wake up at 8:15. I hate getting up early. Right now, I'm avoiding homework just for that class I have to get up early for. It's just the second half of a worksheet. It won't take long at all. Right now, Big O is on, so yay. It's either that or Magical Shopping Arcade Abenoboshi on Anime Unleashed. That's a cool show too. It's funny, and it's just what I want. I want a world that has everyone I know in it and is my fantasy word at once. That would be cool. Well, not much else. I should go finish my work. I did find something cool though. It was said by Fred Gallagher, writer/artist of Megatokyo. He said it in a recent entry on his blog on his Fredart website. He said, "Writing isn't easy, at least not for me, and the hard part is not the ideas, its taking them all and somehow putting them together in ways that work. I've been doing better at that recently... inspiration is not the problem, it's applying inspiration that's the real bugger." I was thinking, that sounds kinda like me. Then again, he actually gets work done, and extremely well too. I guess that's all. Oh yeah. Almost forgot something. Haven't done this in a while. Quiz time. The Weekend is Over

Saturday was good. I went over to my mom's house. Over there, I saw Toonami, Adult Swim, Saturday Night Live, Scary Movie 3, LotR: Return of the King, and part of Cold Mountain. I then slept on my mom's couch and came back to my dorm on Sunday with some extra ramen, not that I didn't have enough already. I came back to people crowded around my door and people in my room with my roommate watching the Daytona 500 on both out TVs. My roommate was upset that Jeff Gordon won. That part was funny. I watched all the stuff on Fox and then was online pretty much the rest of the time. Nothing else to say. Well, I actually did some of the homework aready. I just have some reading to do now. I'd better go then. Bye.

More Naruto for the Weekend

I usually post earlier than this, but I had nothing to say last night. All I did was stay in the dorm, watch tv, be online, the usual. I had the room to myself since my roommate went out of town for a concert. It's Saturday now. With Saturday comes my download of the fan translation of the Naruto manga. Viz's translation sucks, especially with all the jutsus. The fan translations are much better, and they come out on the same week as they do in Japan, just a few days difference for the scanning and translating. It's up to ch 247, and it's cool. I want to talk about it, but some people just watch the anime, so I don't want to spoil it. I'll just say Gaara becomes cooler, and Sakura can actually fight now too. I guess that's all I really have to say. Bye for now.

It's Almost Friday

The board says it is, but not for me until I wake up in the morning. Today was ok. Nothing special happened. I liked all the comments I got yesterday. It seems like a lot of people like the anime club, and a lot of people also seem to be jealous. I would be too, but I'm lucky enough to be in the anime club. Yay. Luckily, I did get my work done last night. I had a bio paper and studying for history. I think it all went well. Well, as I said before, Naruto has been licensed by ShoPro Entertainment. Well, word is that it will reach Cartoon Network in the third quarter of the year, which is fairly quick. It will probably be on Toonami too. That all scares me. If it's going to be on Toonami, it might be edited a bit. There isn't much, but there is some blood and stuff. Also, that is being released quickly, so I don't know if they will get a really good dub that quickly. It might be a really good dub. Stranger things have happened. Well, I guess that's all. Bye.

Anime Club Was Fun

Sometimes, I feel like I'm into anime too much, then I went to the anime club. I felt like a novice. It was cool. We watched Samurai Champloo, E's Otherwise, Ah! My Goddess, and Azumanga Daioh. It was cool. The club lasted for three hours. We moved into a room with a projector screen, which was much cooler. The rest of the day was just ok, but who cares when I had the anime club? I should be working on a paper for bio and studying for history. I really do need to do that, so I'll have to leave you now. Stupid work. Bye for now.

Tuesday was Bad/Good

I woke up at 7:15 AM, and I had a stomache ache for pretty much all day. That's the bad. I got to watch Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust. That was good. That is so much better than the first one. It's almost hard to believe that they're sequels. The art is so much better. I also think I did pretty well on the test in Bio, so I guess that's good too. Tomorrow, or today if you read this on Wednesday, is when the anime club meets. We're in a better room this time. There's a projector screen, so that's awesome. We're also going to be meeting for three hours, so that's plenty of anime time. I do have a paper to do that night, but oh well. Tomorrow will be a rough day juat because I'll have to wait until 6 PM for the anime club. Class will take up some of that time, and so will anime watching. I guess that's all. Oh, and as for that stomach ache, a good two-hour nap helped that, so I'm all good now. Bye for now. EDIT: ShoPro Entertainment has licensed Naruto and will bring it to the states. ShoPro is merging with Viz, who currently translates the manga. ShoPro Entertainment has brought is Inuyasha, which does bring some merit, but they also did Hamtaro, so that starts to give me doubts.

Naruto is Cool

I watched episodes 100-108 of Naruto today. That was cool. I love being on a LAN at college. Some guy has anime put up on the network. I'm quickly catching up to the series in Japan. I'm already all caught up on the manga. I watched Vampire Hunter D over the weekend, and I'll try to watch Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust soon. I hear it's better than the first one. Well, not much today. I got up for class, went to class, came back, had lunch, went back to next classes, worked in the a/v lab, came back again, watched tv and anime, and here I am. I have homework, so I'm obviously not doing it at the moment. This week is going to be annoying. I have two big tests, one of which is tomorrow and the other on Thurday, and a paper on Thursday as well. Fun, eh? Wednesday will be nice. It's the next anime club meeting. We're going to be in a bigger room with a projector. Awesome. Waiting sucks though. Oh well. There'a anime online. I guess I'll go. Bye.

Happy Valentine's Day

It's now Valentine's Day. Well, I still have an hour to go, but oh well. What am I doing for this Valentine's Day? Not much. Just an average Monday, but I guess that depends on what will happen when the day actually starts for me. Well, Sunday is ok. It's still Sunday for me, so this will be more current. I'm avoiding homework, as usual. I don't really have much for tomorrow, just reading. Still, I have exams and papers later in the week, so that'll be annoying. Basically, I just stayed online. I'm on a LAN at college, and I found out that one of the guys at the anime club has some anime on the LAN. It's awesome. I saw the episode of Naruto that got messed up yesterday, some other Naruto episodes, and Vampire Hunter D. I'll watch more later. He's got plenty. That made my day go well. That's pretty much all I've got to say. I guess I'll go. Bye.

And We're Back

The site has been messed up all day, and it's back up, just in time for my post. Right now, Saturday Night Live is on. Today was ok. I had to find quarters for the washer and drier to clean my clothes. I did that and now my laundry is done. I got to read the latest Naruto chapter today, which was cool. I tried to downloadan hour-long episode, but with less than an hour from finishing, it just stopped. The thing took 10 freaken hours. That upset me. I wanted to watch that. Well, there's always tomorrow. Not much else to talk about. I see people are liking the new song. That's good. Well, that's all for now. Bye.

New Song

It's called Go!!!!, by Flow, and is the fourth opening theme to Naruto. I like the cool electric sound before the music starts. Well, not much happened today. Class and working in the a/v lab. Not much else, other than changing out the song. I downloaded episode 94 or Naruto. Episodes 95 and 96 are together, so that'll be a long download. Not much other news. I did notice that myO was at like 99,994 members, so I kept refreshing until enough members joined and it got to 100,000. That's how I was able to get the exact time of it. Yes, I have no life.
