Monday was Ok

The speech went over well, even though I stumbled thtough a couple of words. I locked myself up in my room after that to study for my Philosophy exam, and I think I did good on that. Tomorrow should be easy. Algebra is first. Then, it's psychology, or what I call nap time. Then another class and my service work for my scholarship. That's pretty much it. Ok, now for the questions.

Questions you asked:
kataryu = does Mozilla Firefox work well?

Yeah. It's a little slower, but it's more organized, and it's not as buggy as IE.

Clair Chanteur = Do you like bananas?

Sure. They're ok.

Any other questions? I guess that's all. Talk to you all later. Bye.

The Weekend is Over

I finished my Stan Lee speech. It should be pretty good. As for my Philosophy exam, well, I still have to study for that. I'll study after this. Plus, I have about a two-hour break between the two classes, so I'll have plenty of time. Last time, I made a 40/50, which is basically an 80. I think I can do better this time.

Anything else? Well, I started to use Mozilla Firefox today instead of Internet Explorer. I guess that's pretty much it. I'm out of things to say. Anyone have any questions for me? Well, if so, put them in your comments. Bye.

My Saturday

It was pretty good. The football game was good. Our team beat Idaho, 34-14. As for the concert, it was Big Boi from Outkast. I don't really listen to Outkast, but I had nothing better to do, so I stayed. It was ok. It had been raining a very little bit during the game, but it really started right before the concert, so I was on the football field, with a lot of other people, standing in the rain and listening to music. Standing in the rain was good, but riding my bike back to the dorm wasn't. The rain covered my glasses, and my breakes were wet and didn't work. Luckily, I didn't crash and returned to my dorm safely. I didn't watch much of Toonami since my roommate was playing a game. I'm fine with that since I still have the second run of Toonami to look foward to.

As for my speech, I'm doing it on Stan Lee. That should be simple, especially since I have Stan Lee's Mutants, Monsters, and Marvels on DVD. If anyone doesn't know what that is, it's basically a DVD of Kevin Smith (of Clerks fame) interviewing Stan Lee. It's cool. It shouldn't take too long to do.

I had this dream a few nights ago. It was an awesome dream. It was a mixture of Trigun and Gungrave. I don't mean the styles of them were mixed to make something new. I mean it took scripts for the two, cut them apart, and pasted different parts together. It's kinda complicated to explain, especially if some don't know about either one, but trust me, it was a cool dream. Well, that's all for now. Bye.

It's the Weekend

Yep. The week is over. Not really much happened. I know that I'll be really busy on Sunday. I have that speech in my Communications class, and I have an exam in Philosophy. For my speech, I'll either do the process of making a comic or a bio on Stan Lee. I got some help from an editor at Marvel for the first choice, but I'm not sure it would be long enough. I've got plenty of sources for a bio on Stan Lee. As for that exam in Philosophy, well, I'll just have to wait and see. I also have an appointment with my academic advisor on Monday. I guess that'll be ok. Tomorrow, which is Saturday, we have a football game here, so I'll go to that. There will be a concert after that at the game, and since I have nothing to do, I'll go to that. Well, that's about it. Bye.

Thursday is Over

I just got back from watching Kill Bill vol 1 and 2 back-to-back at the theater here on campus. It only cost three bucks too. That was pretty good. Other than that, not much else happened. For those who don't know, Gungrave the anime is based off of the Gungrave video games. It's pretty much a prequel so far. I'm still missing it. My roommate usually has the tv right around now. Oh well. That's all I can think of at the moment. Talk to you all later. Bye.

Nice and Fast College Connection

It seems that most of you (those who saw most of Wolf's Rain) saw how my theory made some sense and also didn't want it to be true. Hopefully, as I said, the OVA will prove me wrong. Well, now for school. I have a four to six minute speech to give on Friday. It's an informative speech, and I choose what to inform about. I think I'm going to do it on comic books, about the process of making one. If I get the info I need from Marvel in time, I'll do just fine. Other than that, not much else. I'm going to miss Gungrave tonight because my roommate is playing Need for Speed Underground on my Gamecube. I was getting into that anime. I'll have to watch the reruns then when Anime Unleashed replays it. Other than that, I guess I'm done speaking. Bye for now.

So Long, AOL

AOL is no more, except for my AIM, but that's all. I'm back at college, with my nice and fast connection. I've have my comics, my yearbook, and my Trigun Maximum 2 with me. I did get my year book. Visiting high school was weird, especially filling out the visitor's pass. I didn't stay long. I would have visited teachers, but they had classes. Some people did recognise me, and that made me happy. I got the yearbook and left. I'm actually in it quite a lot, and I'm quoted three times.

Ok, now for the Wolf's Rain theory. Darcia was talking about people who were originally wolves but chose to forsake their wolf nature, thus becomming human. He said that these people have no memory of their wolf history. This may have happened to the four wolves at the end because it seems that they are acting pretty much like humans. Now, if that wasn't bad enough, I have to go deeper into Kiba. Darcia supposedly remembered his true wolf nature, which caused him to do a lot of what he's done. Kiba kept talking about his pride as a wolf. It's so strong that it's not something he would forget easily. If he remembers what he really is, he may end up just like Darcia. See? I said I didn't like it. Hopefully, the Wolf's Rain OVA will prove me wrong. Well, that's all for now. Bye.

Your Time is Soon Over, AOL

When I get back to college tomorrow, which will still be Tuesday according to myO, AOL will be gone from my laptop. The only problem is that I won't have a dial-up ISP for when I come home in the future. Oh well. I'll deal with that later. As for good news, I got my comics today, and my Trigun Maximum vol 2 came in the mail. Tomorrow, before returning to college, I'll be going back to my old high school to get the yearbook I never got. That's pretty much it. Bye.

Darn You, AOL!

Ok. I had a nice post. It was kinda long. However, AOL seemed to not like it, so it disconnected. When I went to re-dial, my laptop froze. I talked about going to my cousin's b-day party. I talked about my Wolf's Rain theory, which I'll just say for now that I really hope for the chatacters' sakes that the OVA proves me wrong. I talked about the small headache I have, that AOL isn't really helping. I talked about taking AOL off of my computer when I get back to college, which I will do the moment I turn my laptop on. The only AOL thing staying is my AIM. I now hate AOL with a vengence. This just makes me more mad because without AOL, I won't have a dial-up service for when I come home. Well, I guess I'll visit all your sites Tuesday. See you then. Bye.

Thank You, Free AOL

Sorry I didn't visit anyone's sties yesterday. I actually just got online. Appearently, the ISP I was using for my dial-up connection has expired, so I was stuck. Not being at college for the weekend, I can't use the college ISP. I had to resort ti using the free aol I have. I'll just cancel the suscription later.

Well, as for today, not much happened. I came home. That's about it. I also mowed the yard. The rest of the night was devoted to Toonami and Adult Swim. Was that the last episode of Wolf's Rain? If so, that was almost as strange as the ending to Big O. I have some theories, but I'll keep them to myself until I'm sure that was the last episode. Well, while I'm at home, I will have to resort to dial up, and I was so used to my faster connection at college. Plus, AOL seems to be logging out on it's own. If I don't get to anyone's site much, sorry. I might have to wait until Tuesday night for some major online time. Well, that's all for now. Bye.
