I Need Help With Eyes

I suck at drawing eyes. Please, give me tips. I can't draw one eye, and I need two proportional eyes that look the same. I haven't really done any progress on my drawing. I just need the head, the hardest part. Also, any tips for hair would be great too. That's really it. Not much has happened today. I guess I'll go. Bye.

I Saw Spider-Man 2...

...again. My college has a theater where they show one movie for a week. This week, it was Spider-Man 2. Obviously, I couldn't pass up the chance to see it again, so I went. It's still good. I woke up late today. I had my alarm set, but the volume was too low, so I didn't hear it. I woke up at 9:09 AM, one minute before my first class of the day. I jumped off my top bunk, and I nearly messed up my leg. My knee kinda fell under the pressure and I fell. I wasn't too hurt. It took a minute to recover. I got to class at 9:20, but the teacher hadn't started yet, nor did he take the role yet either. I was lucky. The drawing is still on the way. I didn't work on it, but I did make two more wallpapers. This time, they were Rurouni Kenshin. Other than that, nothing else happened much. Oh, and for those asking about the Rurouni Kensin movie, it was Samurai X, but it wasn't any of the Trust, Betrayal, or Reflection OVAs. It was the other one. Well, that's it for now. Bye.

Putting Clean Sheets On My Top Bunk Bed Will Kill Me

About the title, I got my laundry done, including my sheets. I didn't put my sheets on last time. My stepmom did as a kinda last motherly thing, and plus the beds weren't bunked by then. I kept feeling like I was going to fall off, but I didn't...this time. I got my laundry done at my mom's, which is why I've been gone. I went to my mom's on Friday, and I got mack Sunday. I forgot my AC adapter for my laptop, and it's only got an hour of battery life, so I stayed offline. My mom's computer must have some virus on it because it is incredibly messed up. Still, my mom has Comcast Digital Cable, so I got to watch movies. I found out that she has Adult Swim and Anime Network on demand, which is incredibly awesome. I saw the Rurouni Kenshin movie. It was the one from the anime, not the OVAs. Still, the dubbing was not the same as the anime dubs, which sucks. The voices weren't that good, and the story wasn't that good either. However, I also saw a Gundam movie called Gundam F91. From what I could tell, it takes place in the main Gundam universe, but years later. It was full of remarkable coincidences, but then again, all Gundam series are. As for the regularly shown anime, I saw the second run of Adult Swim after the new episode of SNL. Inuyasha was cool. Toboe got killed in Wolf's Rain, and Pops may have been killed too. Characters are starting to drop like flies on that show. Toboe was cool too. I didn't expect him to die. Oh well. He lives on in reruns. Well, the weekend is over. I'm back at college, and class is in the morning. I didn't work on my drawing, or on any comments or wallpapers, so just be patient and wait for later. That's all for now. Bye.

The New TheOtaku Looks Awesome

Well, it does. I added some new greetings and my first wallpaper, all of which are from Tales of Symphonia. go check them out. As for the drawing, I'm still working on it. I finished the body, but I haven't done the head yet. That will really be a pain. I did get my scanner out so that I could scan it. I'm going over to my mom's this weekend, so I don't know if I'll get it up anytime soon. I also watched the debate between Bush and Kerry. Bush had a couple of long pauses. It had it's funny points. I guess that's all I have to say. Bye for now.

Mr 3000

Me, not the movie. Wednesday, I passed the 3000 mark on visitors. Thanks everyone for visiting. It doesn't even seem like I've been up here for that long, but I've been here for nearly 9 months. Cool. As for the drawing, I'm still working on it. I usually do this in stages. I work on seperate pieces on seperate sheets of paper, and I then combine them. I've got the shoes on one page, shirt on another, and the cape on two different pages. I need to work on the whole head area too. That'll be a real pain. Drawing something I'm looking at is easy. Drawing something that's already fuzzy in my head is hard. That test in Philosophy wasn't easy, but it wasn't too hard either. It took me about 55 minutes to finish it. It was 8 multiple choice and two essays. What I don't get is how some people finished in around ten minutes. Well, the teacher did give us the essay questions early to let us choose and think about them, so maybe they did the essays at home and remembered them. Still, it seemed a little too quickly. Oh well. I'll see my grade eventually. I guess that's all I have to say. Bye. EDIT: The changes have started to TheOtaku already. Well, some. Thanks for the comments. I'm going to try and stop worrying about my board. Bear Crotch didn't go there much anyways. The board is pretty slow, so it is kinda good for it to get stirred up every once in a while, although that wasn't what I quite had in mind. As for that creative work, I've been working on a redesigned Niko (see fan art to see early versions of Niko). The cape is by far the hardest part. Well, that and the hair. Also, I think I'll change the hair color to brown. If not brown, then blue. I'm not sure yet. I'm trying to make him look like an anime version of me, so I'm trying to figure out how to make my hair in an anime style. Also, the shoes are proving to be a challenge. Other than that, I'm still not moving too far along. Oh well. I'll get it done eventually. The fact that I started is a vast improvement. Considering how much his origin has changed from the time I made that story I put here, it's a lot of work. Plus, there are still other characters I have to do, so this will take a while. I hope to finish before I graduate from college. Well, that's enough for now. I have some studying I should probably be doing. Bye.

Monday is Over

My Monday was ok. I had a quiz in my Communications class. Passed it easily. I have an exam in Philosophy on Wednesday. I actually have two essays on that. I've done plenty of essays on tests, so I'm not worried too much. I also watched my roommate play the football game again. I took a nap too. It was for about an hour. I have a paper to work on too for Tuesday. That'll be simple. I did have a bad experience though. It was on my message board. A member took a remark I made a little too seriously. He's been there for a while, so I thought he would have known that it was said jokingly, but appearently not. He basically said that I was snobbish and put people down. Now, I'm sure that most of my members know of my sarcastic nature and know not to take what I say seriously. He said that he's been keeping his mouth shut for months, and that's the only part that really hurts. Well, what's your opinion? If you want to learn more, go to my board. There Goes the Weekend

First off, creative stuff is on the way. I just worked on a second version of Niko's bio, tweaking it some. My biggest fear is that my story will be full of clichés, and there's plenty of them to fill the story. I'm trying to be really careful with it. Well, now that's out of the way, not much happened. I've been watching my roommate play his football game, which he's still playing by the way. I did get to eat Burger King though, so that was good. I also did my own laundry, so I'm proud of myself. I really needed to do that too because I was running out of shirts. I have an announcement to make. I have a new email address. I'm Done with a Game, but My Roommate's Not

Saturday, which it still is for me, my roommate bought EA Sports NCAA Football 2005 for my Gamecube. He's bee playing it since I got done playing Super Smash Bros Melee, which I only played for about an hour. He's been playing for quite a few hours. The cool thing is that my college is in it. He went through and added the actual players' names. It's actually a really good football game, and I don't even play football games much. There's a Burger King and a Subway on campus, neither of which I have eaten at yet. I went to where they are at, and the place was closed. That sucked. I then when to this grill on campus. I got a buffalo chicken wrap with curly fries for dinner and a cheeseburger for lunch tomorrow. Basically, that's all I did. today. I didn't get out of bed until around 12:45 PM, so it's not like I had much time to do anything. As for the creative stuff, I'm still working on it. I've been tweaking Niko's background in order to get rid of some clichés. That's all I have to say for now, so bye.

The Weekend is Here

I'm staying at college this weekend. My dad called and asked if I wanted to help paint my room. Sure, that's just what I want to do. Ok, not really. I'll be here the entier time. I'll be fine. Real important news. I beat Tales of Symphonia. It was cool. The ending was cool. It finally had the anime cut scene like I wanted. It was a great ending. I beat it in about 45 hours. I didn't take many side quests, so that's why it was so short. I'll definately play longer next time, but I think I'll take a break first. I need some space before the game sucks me in. Actually, that sounds really fun. I've caught up on Megatokyo. I read up to the latest. That took a while, but it was good. I don't really have anything else to say at the moment. I said that when I finished Tales, I would do something creative, so I need to work on that. I guess I'll go. Bye.
