It's Fall

Summer is over, so it's fall. You know what that means, right? Winter is almost here. Then it's snow, snow, and maybe some snow. Snow is cool. I don't care how old I get, I'll love snow. Fall is cool too. It's cool, literally. I get to wear my trademark jacket that I've had for about three years.

I've been playing more Tales of Symphonia. I've gotten almost 40 hours into the game, with more sure to follow. I'll stay on campus this weekend, playing it of course.

I see that the Megatokyo page is well-liked. I love that one. I relate to it more. It's funny, and I've been reading a lot of it, trying to get to where the site is at now. Well, I guess that's all for now. Bye.

Wednesday is Over

Amazingly, I didn't get to play much Tales. My roommate borrowed some WWE game from a guy next door, so he's been playing that. The fighting made me play my Super Smash Bros Melee for a little when he took a break, but when I finished and went to the bathroom, he started playing again. In the mean time, I went to www.megatokyo.com and spent a while reading. I read some of it before and liked it, so I decided to go back. I'm not done yet, but I'm done for the night. I'll play Tales later.

For those of you who don't know, Tales of Symphonia is an RPG on the Gamecube. It's not like Final Fantasy in that it's cel shaded and that it has a real-time battle system. I much prefer real-time over turn-based.

I saw that many of you wanted to read the bios that I've made. Well, I've only worked on two thus far, and only Niko's is basically complete. As for that angel character (pic can be found in my artwork), I still need a name. Names are always the hardest.

I'll leave you with a page from Megatokyo. After reading over 300 pages, I still like this one the best.

That Test Wasn't So Bad

The last-minute studying helped, but it wasn't that hard of a test. I finished in 30 minutes, which gave me over an hour to kill before my next class. I also finished disk 1 of Tales of Symphonia, so I'm proud about that. I'm looking foward to beeting it before the end of the week. I love this game. Other than that, not much else happened to me. When I beat the game, I'll try to do more creative stuff. I was working on a couple of bios for some characters. My main character, Niko, has been coming along really well. That's all for now. Bye.

I Need to Study

I just remembered that I need to study for a Psychology test that's at 9:40 AM. That gives me about about ten and a half hours to study. Oh well. It's multiple choice, so it shouldn't be too hard. I'll just flip through my notes.

As for Tales of Symphonia, I got over 31 hours. I have one more mission, and then I'm done with disk 1. There will be an anime cut scene at the end of the disk, so I'm really looking foward to that. Disk 2 is shorter than disk 1, but it'll still be fun. Tomorrow, which is still Tuesday for me, I will beat disk 1. I'll also catch up on replying to my GB entries tomorrow. I've gotten behind on my GB. Other than that, I guess I'm done. Bye.

My Weekend is Over

Well, my plans were ruined for the weekend. Friday night, around midnight, I got a call from my mom. She was in the hospital. She fell down some stairs and broke her arm in several places. I had to go over to her apartment to watch my stepbrother and my grandpa the next day now, so I went right to bed. My aunt picked me up and took me to my mom's. I got lucky because my stepbrother went to spend the night at his aunt's home. I just had to watch my grandpa. It's not a hard job, but it has to be done in case of an emergency. Luckily, there wasn't one, so I basically stayed on the couch and watched TV. My mom came home Sunday, and then I came back to college, where I am now. I still haven't gotten to play Tales yet. The day change just happened at myotaku, so it's still Sunday night for me. I'll definately play Monday.

Also, that three-part story I posted a few months ago, I put it up at my FictionPrees.com account. The link is in the intro. I named it Nikorasu, the Mystic Samurai. It's a working title, as it says in the description. Go read it if you want. That's all for now. Bye.

Sorry for Not Getting to You

I was kinda busy, so I missed the time turn-over. Ok, I was playing Tales of Symphonia. I'm almost at 22 hours. Yay. I had my first class, came back to play Tales, went to my next class and then my scholarship work, then Tales, then supper, then Tales, and here I am. I do admit to using a walkthrough every now and then, but only as a last resort. I've done most of it on my own.

Well, it's now the weekend. It'll be my first weekend at college. I've been going home on the weekend, but not this time. I don't know what I'll be doing though. Ok, I do know, but I can't be playing Tales all the time...or can I? Well, that's all for now. Bye.

The Week is Nearly Over

Thursday is now gone, and I passed the 15 hour mark on Tales of Symphonia. Have I said how much I love this game? Well, I do.

I asked what you all would cosplay as, and you answered. Now it's my turn. I've narrowed it down to four choices, which are ordered alphabetically:
Kakashi (Naruto)
Kenshin (Rurouni Kenshin)
Lloyd (Tales of Symphonia)
Vash (Trigun)

Ok. Now new quiz time:

Passed 13 Hours

Over 13 hours on Tales. It's still fun. I love the battles. I also love how smart my teammates are. They just fight on their own without me telling them what all to do, but I can if I have to. It's just a great game. I recommend that all Gamecube owners play it, and I recommend to the rest of you that you get a Gamecube and play it. Other than that, not much else. I bought some Avenger and Wolverine comics today. That's basically it. Tomorrow, or Today depending on your time of reading this, I have class and my scholarship work for from 8 AM until 3:30 PM, so I won't be able to play for a while. Still, I will play when I'm done with all that.

Ok, enough. I've been going on and on about Tales of Symphonia, so I need something new. I see a lot of people asking questions in their posts, so I'll do that. If you were going to an anime convention and had to cosplay, who would you cosplay as?

Nine and a Half Hours on Tales

I've played Tales of Symphonia for around 9 and 1/2 hours. It's still fun. My roommate got Warcraft III, so he playes that while I play Tales. Not much else has happened. I've just been playing Tales. I guess that's it. Bye.

Tales of Symphonia is Great

I'm over 6 hours into it. It's got over 80 hours into it. From what I can tell, it's awesome. the story is good. The main character, Lloyd, is voiced my whoever does Robin from Teen Titans, and it's a good voice. I don't play many RPGs, but I love this one. I'm not much for turned-based fighting, so the real time battles in this game suited me well. The battle system didn't take long to understand, and once I did, it's simple. Also, the graphics are good and smooth. Good story, good voices, good battles, and good graphics. Can't go wrong here.

I got plenty of time to play since I dropped History. Unfortunately, I won't be back to play it until after 3 tomorrow, so I'll have to wait. I have three classes, first one starting at 8 AM and the last one ending at 12:45 PM. I do my scholarship work from 1:30-3:30 PM. I just basically sit around and get online, so it ain't all bad. After that, it's hours of Tales. Yay. Ok. That's it for now. This post is brought to you by Tales of Symphonia by Namco on the Nintendo Gamecube. Bye.
