Help Pick

Which one of these seem the best?

-Albert Einstein

“We cannot live only for ourselves. A thousand fibers connect us with our fellow men; and among those fibers, as sympathetic threads, our actions run as causes, and they come back to us as effects."

No School

theOtaku.com: What is Your Anime Zodiac?

It's Monday. Am I at school? Nope. It's a day off. Of course, I put off all my work until tonight, so that sucks since I was reminded of some Spanish work.

I still went to schol today, but it was only for over an hour. Our small little IB program had a breakfast for our teachers, even though not all the teachers there were our teachers. We had to write something about a given teacher and bring some food. I got breakfast out of it, so I won't complain. Plus, everyone thought what I wrote was really funny. I didn't think it was that funny when I wrote it, but oh well. I'm home again.

I'll be going back to my dad's home later today. It's been raining all night and day, but I don't mind it. As long as there isn't a surge, I'm fine. That's it for now. Later.

Not Much

I like the new Backroom, except for the GB. It says I have 1 entry, but you can look to see otherwise. If it said 1 new entry and it stopped saying that after I looked at that entry, it would be alright. I like how the friends are listed, but I wish they were in order by latest post. That would be easier to check newly updated accounts.

A Mistake

I think I deleted someone from my friends' list. If you were up there and do not now see your name, please notify me so that I may add you again.

If you weren't on there in the first place, just ask and I'll put you up.

Any Good Quotes?

I need to do something for my school yearbook in which I give them a good quote. I want one that's meaningful. I have a good one in mind that I think would work really well. Still, I would like to know if anyone else knows of some good quotes. Please put them in the comments as well as the person who wrote them. Thanks.

Spider-Man 2

Anyone watch The Apprentice? I don't usually, but I did today. It's not a bad show, but that's not why I watched it. I am a big Spider-Man freak. I heard that the new preview for Spider-Man 2 was going to be on. I saw it. It was so beautiful. I was in awe. The scene where Peter throws the costume in the trash can is right off of the cover of an issue that of course I can't remember the exact one at the moment. The movie has Doc Ock, which is cool. It shows Harry unmasking Spidey at the end, which I hope is Peter under there instead of some trick. The next movie should definately be Harry becoming the Green Goblin. Many people want Venom. Venom's origin is really bad if you use the Secret Wars origin. The only good one I like is the Ultimate Spider-Man version of it. Still, Venom would be hard to translate onto a movie. The Green Goblin, however, is a great villain, especially if it's Harry. Best friends becoming mortal enemies. Can't get much better than that. Besides, any good comic fan knows that Norman isn't dead. I don't care if bringing him back was just some quick and easy way to end the awful clone saga, it was still a good idea. Norman is a great villain. Just look at his and Peter's recent fight in Peter Parker: Spider-Man. They sit down and have a good laugh and a serious discussion right in the middle of the fight. He later then looks at a gun and thinks about suicide. That's good. All the Green Goblins rule (except the third one. 1, 2, and 4 are cool.).

I really want to see this movie. I saw the first one opening day, and I plan on keeping that tradition.

Been a While Since a Rant

I get a four-day weekend starting tomorrow. Well, I have to do something at school on Monday, but it's not school work or anything. I'm glad.

My dad was back in the let's-get-me-a-job phase. I only turned in one job application and then bought some comics. Sure, some extra money would be handy, even though I just usually buy comics. Still, I hate the way he forced me to do it. I'm sick and tired of that. He said a couple of days ago that I don't live in the real world. About time he noticed. Who'd want to anyways? He saw me on this yesterday, and after I told him it was for anime, which I then had to ezplain was a cartoon (I didn't get to go into detail). He asked if I should get into things that eighteen-year-olds are in. I didn't get time to argue since he was leaving to go somewhere. There are plenty on eighteen-year-olds here. He thinks anime is like most other cartoons here in the US that are for kids. I hate that narrow-minded view. It's annoying.

My grandpa, who I call pappy for those new people reading this, is doing much better. I still needs to get some operation, but now he's up and around. That's much better. The scary thing is that he gave me his truck. That's a disturbing idea that he's already giving out stuff in his will. Then again, the doctors say that he shouldn't be driving again, so maybe it's a good thing. I don't really care for trucks though. Still, he wants me to drive him around, so I guess I'll have to get a licence. I hate driving, but what I hate more is that I really have no choice in the matter.

One week from today, I'll be eighteen. I'll me an adult. Scary. The next day, I hope to go to the movies and see both Kill Bill v2 and The Punisher back to back. That'll be cool.

New Old Art

I put some new art up, kind of. It's a colored version of Niko. I don't expect it to get good ratings because I think it actually looks worse. Hince the reason I'm not going to be drawing my work. I colored the portait twice, one with silver hair and one with brown. He has both colors. They tie in to the story. It's originally brown, but it turns silver. It's not like DBZ where it only changes when going into some upper level of power. It will stay silver. More will be explained in due time. I guess that's it for now. Bye.

My Other Pic

The last one didn't have the best quality. This one has better quality, but I should start using a digital camera instead of scanning them.

This one was taken around September or October. It's a senior pic that I was able to get a hold of before they were able to make any computer enhancments. My hair is shorter that the other pic, which I don't like. I prefer my hair longer. Plus, I hardly ever wear my class ring like I am here. I'm just wearing it for a request.

PS: By posting yet another pic of myself, you can obviously tell that I'm bored and have nothing else to post. Bye.

EDIT: I'm trying to find a MIDI file of an Inuyasha tune. I found it online once and saved it, but I don't remember where. I think it's called kyuuchi. I could email it to you if you think you know where to find it. I would like to use it as my new theme music here.

My Pic

Chainedangel put her pic up, so that inspired me to do the same. I don't have many good recent photos. This is from my senior group photo. Over 350 of us, and I manage to get all the way at the end.
