Monday
Have I ever said I hate Mondays? Well, I don't hate Mondays, just the first day of school for the week. I spent so much time last night looking for a topic relating to Latin America so that I can talk about it in Spanish, but I couldn't think of a thing. I was originally going to do it on Spider-Man. That would have actually been fun (something that I don't use to describe Spanish), but then my teacher says that it has to relate to Latin America. That sucks. Now I can't think of a good topic. I just picked some news article from Yahoo news. This is really going to suck. I'm in Spanish 6, and I can still hardly speak it.
I also have US History, English, Biology, and Math. I can survive those, but Spanish is the real problem. I mean, I shouldn't have these problems. I've got the highest GPA in my class (how, I'll never know). I've been taking Spanish since Freshman year. First, it was a different Spanish each semester. Then, they changed it to a year. Plus, it's IB Spanish. For thos of you who don't know, IB (International Baccaluarate) is a really hard program that is supposedly equal to or higher than AP. The work is just plain awful and long. Four years of this crap. I just can't wait until I graduate, except that I haven't picked a college and I'm running out of time for that. I just want everyone to leave me alone for a week or more so that I can do some soul searching to find out what I'm suppose to do with my life. My future is dark and foggy, and my headlights went out a few miles back.
Well, there's that rant. I'm sure there'll be one tomorrow or even later today. Bye. |
