Spider-Man 2
Anyone watch The Apprentice? I don't usually, but I did today. It's not a bad show, but that's not why I watched it. I am a big Spider-Man freak. I heard that the new preview for Spider-Man 2 was going to be on. I saw it. It was so beautiful. I was in awe. The scene where Peter throws the costume in the trash can is right off of the cover of an issue that of course I can't remember the exact one at the moment. The movie has Doc Ock, which is cool. It shows Harry unmasking Spidey at the end, which I hope is Peter under there instead of some trick. The next movie should definately be Harry becoming the Green Goblin. Many people want Venom. Venom's origin is really bad if you use the Secret Wars origin. The only good one I like is the Ultimate Spider-Man version of it. Still, Venom would be hard to translate onto a movie. The Green Goblin, however, is a great villain, especially if it's Harry. Best friends becoming mortal enemies. Can't get much better than that. Besides, any good comic fan knows that Norman isn't dead. I don't care if bringing him back was just some quick and easy way to end the awful clone saga, it was still a good idea. Norman is a great villain. Just look at his and Peter's recent fight in Peter Parker: Spider-Man. They sit down and have a good laugh and a serious discussion right in the middle of the fight. He later then looks at a gun and thinks about suicide. That's good. All the Green Goblins rule (except the third one. 1, 2, and 4 are cool.).
I really want to see this movie. I saw the first one opening day, and I plan on keeping that tradition. |
