Saturday
Many people commented on my previous post on my view on the Rurouni Kenshin OVA Reflections. Personally, as a rule of thumb, I prefer to trust the mang and the anime based directly off of it.
Well, it's Saturday. I have less than a month before I graduate. I'm actally scared out of my socks. Sure I rant and complain about my life, but I don't feel ready to go out into the real world. My dad and stepmom say that they had jobs and did all this stuff at my age. Well, different people mature at different rates. Besides, they never went to college. College, I might be able to handle. It's school, which I've been good at. It's the parts outside of college. Getting a job, for instance. I don't want to end up doing something I don't enjoy, and I feel like that's going to do. I say I want to write comics, but that's because that's the closest thing to what I really want to do, which is to live the comics. As for writing comics, there's more to it that just a story. You have to worry about panel placement and not too put too much or too little in certain spots so that there's room for speech bubbles and other panels. I've never even tried to do that. I'm really not sure if I could do that.
Also, another reason I'm scared is because I have that valedictorian speech to give. I need to write it first. I'm almost not as worried as saying it as I am about what I'm going to say, which is the reverse way I felt when I found out about it. I want my speech to be memorial and meaningful. I want it to have an impact. I just need to figure out how to do that.
You are a noble warrior.
You belive there is no true evil, and that everyone can turn onto the good side. You spare your enemies when they admit defeat. You fight with a passion. You save those in need, and put their saftey first. You use a long sword, and a shield.
What type of Swordsman are you? brought to you by Quizilla
anime_girl67 got a fencer, and I wanted that since the description was ok and the pic was cool. Still, everytime I tried using every possible choice that would fit me, I got the nobel warrior. It's good, but I wouldn't use a long sword and a shield. Well, a katana is long, but I would just use a reverse blada, a sakabatou. Now that's my weapon. Ok, technically Kenshin's weapon, but he does have good choice.
Anyway, the fencer always kills in his duels, and I would try everything I could to not do that, hince the sakabatou. |
