Well That Was a Lot of Comments
Tahnk you all for commenting and liking my speech. I have no school now, so I'm home alone on my laptop. It's last summer all over again.
Yesterday, a local tv station was holding this "Best and Brightest" thing. All the valedictorians and salutatorians from schools throughout middle Tennessee came to the Opryland Hotel to be on TV. The hotel is beautiful. They have it set up almost like a jungle or a forest. There's even a small river for a boat ride. Well, after that was done, I went home.
Then, I had to go to the Metro City Council because all of my IB class (which has 11 seniors out of the total 380 seniors) were being put in a resolution congradulating us for being the state's first graduating International Baccalaureate class. There's another school that got IB at the same time, but they don't graduate until Friday. After that, our IB coordinator took us out to eat at this Italian place called Amerigos. It was good, and I got really full. I came home, took a shower, watched tv, and slept until 9:30 AM. It felt great.
EDIT: To those of you who have read my 3 part test run of the story I want to turn into a comic, I need a name. Could you all give me suggestions for a good name? If you need to brush up on the story, go here. |
