Yes, you read that right. Dan Brown's novel, which was turned into a movie, (and still controversial), was given the rating R-18.

Puto Corner

It's title is fukanou na yume (Japanese for impossible dream). Version 1's title is tristis et sileo (Latin for sad and silent).

No, I'm not! I've watched GTO and Gokusen dorama series. Both are good, really. And I heard that DNAngel also has a dorama series. Is that true?

I have an original soundtrack of DNAngel and there are two songs that are said to be from the dorama series...it's Kaze ni Naritai and Futatsu no Negai...^^ If anyone knows, could you help me?

Title: I'm still...sleepy...

[First and foremost, thanks for the chunk of comments! ^^ It's the first time I got more than 10 comments since I started out in MyO. It's pretty small for those who get more but whee!~ It's the first! yey!]

Dang it...curse that bulletin post in Friendster...I had to read a story about a crazy (read: freaky) clown who's killing people. I hate clowns...they scare the crap out of me. Then I realized, that story was a chain letter. I hate chain letters...they scare the crap out of me as well. It said that if I don't repost that story, the freaky clown will appear by my bed at night and kill me. I didn't know why I believed that, though...

That's the main reason why I couldn't sleep...despite watching so many episodes of the Gokusen dorama series.

Raiko isn't present today...(or maybe because I'm just lazy to type her rants)...anyway, keeping an alter ego can be pretty tiring sometimes.

Yes, Mother's Day. I enjoyed the whole day...and maybe it caused me to put in some weight. I had to take in a lot of calories and whatnot. Here's a list of the things I have eaten: (I don't know why I wanted to put this up.)

1. Some corned-beef-filled bread and juice for breakfast
2. Rice and the, um, viand
3. A large bag of kettle corn (while waiting for my mom to finish her interview over the radio)
4. A grande cafe moccha from Starbucks (it was raining and I ordered an iced one so I shivered to death inside the car)
5. A lot of seafood rice
6. Several bowls of sinigang na hipon (I don't know its translation in English but its a sour dish made of boiled hipon or shrimps)
7. Half a whole grilled tuna
8. Some of the pork dish...
9. Some of the vegetable dish...
10. Some dessert made of shredded coconut...
11. Oh yeah, the iced tea

It wasn't that much, really.

Even though Raiko's not here, I'm still aware that this is already a long post so...later, minna! ^^

Puto Corner

I was planning to start my main site a fanlisting for pandas so that more people and not only MyOtaku-ers could join. More details soon! ^^

And yey! They're going to air GSEED Destiny in CN here this June. I've watched the first seven episodes and they weren't that bad.

If you have the power to change names and you can change yours, then what's your new name?

I'm already happy with Rai. (just a nickname...) But someone told me that my second name is pretty common which is true. So maybe I'll change it to...Luna. Yes, Luna. So it would be Rai Luna. (dang...it sounds funny...)

Title: Whee!~ Rain, at last!

Well, my It's-So-Hot-I-Feel-We're-Being-Cooked posts have now come to an end. We're now experiencin the 'La Niña' season where it's just rain, rain, and more rain. The low temperature feels sooo nice. Good thing our shower has a heater...^^ That way, even though it's really cold, we can still take our baths! Whee!~

Actually, I don't really have anything decent to post. I'm just looking around for some Javascripts in dynamicdrive.com. Their mouseovers are just awesome! ^^

Okay, anime talk again! In our house where seven people live, include our part-time maid, and out three dogs, (that makes 11) there's now 2 of us that came to like FMA. And it's my little sister. She told me that FMA's kinda cool so she's going to watch it with me. But she's not even an anime fan...^^ I was relieved to know that I'm not the only one who's obsessed on anime.

Hmm...Bleach, huh. All right! I'll look for some Bleach-stuff out there. ^^

Raiko: You haven't even see Bleach...

Puto Corner

Hmm...I couldn't put anything in here that's decent. Anyway, before I started writing Meniscus, I made a map of the world. Hihi...this was not copied from anything. I used some map-making tutorials out there and here's the final product. I'm using this as reference. Click on the thumbnail for the full version.



It was reduced to almost half its size because, well, it's large. And I also reduced the image quality for easier loading.

If you are an antagonist/villain in an anime/game, who would you be?

What am I talking about? It's Silent Hill! =___= Dang it...the game's story is better...the Evil One and all. The people-wanting-to-wreak-havoc-by-using-a-little-girl story turned into a lamer version of the burning-the-witches-and cleansing-the-world story.

Raiko: Yeah, that sounds lame.

But not everything is a rip-off. I kinda liked the music. Everything is so...Silent Hill-ish. ^^ Is there a soundtrack for it?

Raiko: I think there's a soundtrack of the game...I don't know about the movie.

That's even better! Okay, okay, since you've already gave out a warning, I guess it's okay now to blab about the movie and it's, um...lameness.

Raiko: If it was lame, why are you telling me that you weren't able to sleep that night?

SHUT UP! Ehehe...well, oh, all right! Some parts still scared me...the environment (which is also a good point in the movie, I think) and the nurse's face (because she looked like the female version of Chuckie or Chucky, the evil doll from Child's Play, I don't know which one). And all the blood almost made me puke...=___= How lame am I?

Raiko: On a scale of 1-10 with 10 as highest, I'll say you're super lame.

Gya? Dang it! Anyway, I could sleep now. ^^ Whee!~

Whew!~ Anyway, whee!~ (again) FMA is now being aired on Animax. And the dubbing is great! ^^ But the ending theme is being cut...considering that it's a cable channel. =___= But I'm beginning to appreciate the opening theme from L'Arc~en~Ciel...

Puto Corner

I hate cockroaches...or roaches...what's the difference? Anyway, I hate flying ones...before typing this, a roach was standing on top of the monitor. Then I sprayed some Baygon on it and it started flying! I was like, OMG! This thing's flying! (I was officially freaking out over an insect.)

I ran to the kitchen and waited for it to die. Does Baygon really make things fly?

Well, I happened to watch another side-splitting episode of Gakuen Alice (or Alice Academy...for those with Animax...). I think it was episode 19, when Natsume and Mikan were stuck in a haunted house attraction.

Raiko: What about it?

They're just so cute together! ^^ And they just remind me of other cute anime couples! I could go on talkng about them! *turns to visitors* *whispers* Unfortunately, I won't be doing that now because or Miss Talk-About-Anything-For-A-Very-Very-Long-Time-And-You'll-Be-Dead will not spare me...

Raiko: What did you say?

Oh, nothing. Waah!~ I just remembered! =___= The horror...the horror...

Raiko: What? Don't tell me it's...

Yes, it's true. DNAngel is being aired in a local channel.

Raiko: What's wrong with that, ma'am?

Well, umm...Yakitate!! Japan was the only series being aired here that has a decent dub work, in my opinion. Maybe I'm being a bit unfair to those who work hard to dub an anime but they could do better. Some voices are not fit for that character. I'm saying this because I've seen some series in Japanese and then in Filipino. And another thing, when I was (I think) in elementary, they would also change the names of the characters! Sheesh...that would cause a lot more confusion...

Raiko: Hmmm...you just made a point there...*whispers* which I thought you wouldn't do...
