   ANIME REVIEWZZZ
I received an anime sampler DVD this weekend after buying a Negima keychain. This is what I've concluded after watching it:

Nana: 7 of 7 - CUTE! I really liked it a lot. I was a bit bothered that Nana chose to get into the school that her crush is attending...I mean, education is important! But, whatev. I was happy to see Veronica Taylor and Rachel Lillis working together again!
Nana is a middle school student with a huge crush. She makes a Valentine's chocolate for him, but a group of bullies take it from her and ruin it. When she goes home to make another, her microwave is missing. Her grandfather, an inventor, took it and turned it into a light solidifier. Unaware of this, Nana touches it and gets split into 7 different girls! That's pretty much the premise of the story.

Midori Days - Also cute! I thought I wouldn't like this one, but it's adorable. Midori is the cutest chibi ever. Pretty ironic that Seiji's girlfriend actually ended up being his right hand. Lolz. I can tell that the storyline is going to be promising.
Seiji is a rough and tumble boy who's never had a girlfriend. He gets into a lot of fights, and is known as the toughest guy around. One day, he wakes up to find a girl, who's had a crush on him for years...instead of his right hand! Later that day, he gets duped into thinking that these two girls are into him, but they really want to kill him for fighting their boyfriends. One tries to hit him, but Midori (who is hidden under massive amounts of bandages) saves him and gets knocked unconscious. I guess from that point on, Seiji decides he actually likes Midori. Again, CUTE.

Figure 17 - This one was really weird, but I really liked it. The sci-fi part of it is REALLY difficult to follow, but everything else was okay.
Tsubasa just moved to Hokkaido from Tokyo, and doesn't quite fit in. She's quiet and the other kids pick on her for it. She spends a lot of her time at home alone because her dad works a lot. He even missed parents' day at Tsubasa's school because he was working so hard. One night when Tsubasa is writing a letter to her old pal from Tokyo, an alien spacecraft lands near her house! (This is the part where I get lost...) She has to fight a giant alien monster, accidentally finds a high-tech space-suit thing, then is united with her other half. Don't ask me, I don't know what's up with that.

Space Pirate Mito - I actually liked this one. I thought I was going to hate it because of the very 80's vibe i got from it.
Mito is a space pirate, but her son doesn't know. When Mito goes back to Earth to meet her son, he discovers her secret. Oh, and she looks like a seven-year-old. I don't think I could describe the plot line any more thoroughly if I tried.

Those were the ones that I liked. I'll be back later to discuss the ones I didn't like so much.

Oyasuminasai!
