Well I'm just back from terrorizing Replay with Chiara. Replay is the manga/anime shop we frequent. We totally freaked 'em out...

Random quotes like, "I was really tired last night and my mum was asking me biology questions. She asked me what villi were, and I said that villi was the lead singer of HIM." AH DUUUUUH EMMA!

That's the kind of mood we were in, laughing at EVERYTHING. I swear, my laugh is like a low pitched cackle.

Anywho. I bought The Count of Monte Cristo on video (retro-rizing again) and found out that the guy I like has a goilfriend. Sniff. Oh well, I'm over it. Lol.

Chiara bought a bunch of DVD's: Guys n Dolls and School of Rock (which totally has the best quote ever in it). She got some from the Post Office as well: Dads Army for her dad, Bridget Jones Diary 2, Shrek 2. Lol. A lots of number 2's.

Yeah. When we first went into Replay today, we marched straight to the back and sat down on the floor to look at photographs. Yes. We think we own the place now. Well. We buy like all the mangas, so why not? Besides we were like the only ones there - and we bought DVD's and videos from there, so HAH.

Lol. I think Replay just humour me and my pal Chiara. They smile at us all right, and laugh, but I bet that they're thinking, "Gut in Himmel, these girls are drug addicts!" Lol. Well, I don't really beleive that. Lol.

Well. Lol. Anyone read Bizenghast? That's the next manga I want to get. Lol.

Hey guys. Life's been a bitch. Exams and a bunch of people who don't pay attention long enough to hear me tell them what they are.
My dad asked me about two hundred times when my exams start.

Anyway. I was reading Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and - I don't know - I guess it warped with my head. I woke up this morning to find that, in the warped cage of my head, there is somehow a drug addled guy and his best friend, the "dwarf". I found his story written, accompanied by doodles, this morning. Chiara think's it's hilarious...I just don't know anymore.

Lol. I'm in a bad mood today guys. SEE THE EMOTICON.

Grr. THAT GIRL STILL HASN'T GIVEN ME HELLSING BACK. I've asked, I've pestered - God knows, I've even pulled a few grimaces. I said, distinctly, "Have it in for Thursday." That was last Tuesday. Thursday rolled around without the fruits of my labour. I told her Friday. "Sure, no problem." Friday - nothing. SHE'S the one who said she'd bring it in on Monday. I approach her, all dressed out in black like some studious bounty hunter. "Sorry, Emma." Then she wrote it on her hand.

GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH. GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH. I swear, I'm just going to tell her to keep it and give me fucking twenty quid. See, this is the copy my ex bought me, so I feel some sort of wierd psyched out attachment to it. I really shouldn't, because the guy's turned out to be a real waste of a year. But I don't really give a damn now. Just let me have Alucard and leave me in peace, dammit.

   Vell....
I visited the vintage shop. It's pretty cool. There's a lot of stuff there that is strange and not particularly attractive, but I found a few gems here and there. Plus the shop has really only just begun business. There's still massive room for improvement. This could be the coolest shop in town with the right people coming and going.

I have an excellent idea. If you're from Kyoto (the anagram lover's Tokyo) or even if you're not, drop me a line. I just fancy talking to someone. ^_^

I went into Replay again today, just after having a shunt in the vintage shop. There aren't any sampler manga's yet >_> but they do have new pinball machines. If only I could play pinball...lol. I'll try it without people breathing down my back one day. I rock when there's no pressure.

Anyway.
Roy let me have a £1.10 Magnum for £1. That's really nice, don't you think? I sometimes get the odd 50p off here and there if I buy two mangas at the same time. It's not a lot, but it means I can buy lotsa chocolate, and chocolate is the reason I live. Apart from Doctor Who and the prospect of having Hellsing returned to me.

Sniffle. GIVE ME BACK MY HELLSING! Waaah. I need pictures of Alucard to calm my nerves, which is why I changed my avi. ^_^. But it's a good anime to be fixated on.
I was watching FLCL the other night because I couldn't sleep. Hehe. I love it, even if I can't really show it openly in front of the animanga group.

Well. Life in Northern IReland is as boring as ever. My first GCSE is in one week. But it's only one the entire week, so I'm okay. Then they start, slowly but surely, going in for the kill. Biology, craftily making your guard slip then BAM physics hits you like a formula in the eye.

MY people, the time has come for rebellion. Let us disprove EVERYTHING.

   Chiara.
Chiara officially doesn't go to my school anymore. She's gone one to bigger and better things, preparing for uni and whatnot. It's so sad, because I'm used to seeing her here and there in the corridors, with her blue hair and whatnot. >_>

But she's still coming in this Friday for the Animanga group, so that's good news. Tee hee.

We're visiting the vintage shop in Bangor this Friday. Me, Chiara and Sarah (the pickles one). We're price checking as well as having a general nosy...lol.

I'd love to pass my exams, just so I would have a chance to go to the formal. I'd go as a 20's starlet. Unfortunately, even if I do get back into school, things aren't shaping up well for having a guy to go with. Ah well. If I don't have a guy to go with, I'll just invite that strange lad from Kyoto around. I don't know anyone from Kyoto, but there are strange lads all over the place, right? Surely there must be one in Kyoto I can root out from now til next year??????

Nah. I'd probably bring Chiara.

My throat is really sore. Thank God it hurts today, and wasn't sore yesterday. Yesterday was my French oral. Well, I think I did good in that there oral. I knew what the teacher was asking me, and I certainly must have been understandable because she kept nodding her head. ^_^ That's a good sign. But I'll do better with the written and the listening. I can't say things in French as well as I can write them...so I'll end up holding up signs when I go to France.

I'm insane. I'm doing French for A-level next year, and then, by golly, I'm going to do it in University.

   French oral tomorrow.
I was practising some questions with my teacher, and I'm so embaressingly unprepared. I mean, I can get what she's saying to me...but trying to get an answer constructed before she moves on is hard. Waaaaaaay hard. Anyone else doing language orals?

My momma bought me The Christmas Invasion on DVD this morning. It was a matter of "oh there's that nice David Tennent man you like" and a dash to the till. My momma is seriously cool, putting up with my geek tendancies so gallently.

I found one of my old floppy disk, and I'm checking it out to see what's on it...annnnnnnd there's NOTHING worth the mention. A few coursework assignments...and some stories I wrote. Yay I'm so sure.

Well I got a site on Bebo. Chiara showed it to me. I don't like Bebo because it connects you to your school in a chat room. I'm not close to many people in my school - just my elite few who as equally as geeky as myself, or just plain tolerant. They're the best.

Well anyway. We're watching Miyazaki's Princess Mononoke next week in the Animanga group. I donated some NEO magazines to the school library. There was some awful stuff on the back page (if you get my drift) but we've cleverly obscured it with an advertisement for the group. Chiara's dad came up with the notion. ^_^

Anyone else read NEO among us?

I was just wondering. Do you think there's a Doctor Who manga out there? If there is I think I should totally send a copy to David Tennent and thus make sure he join our ranks. Remember. The geek shall inherit the earth. ^_^

Well I'm still deliberating. Should I, or should I not, bother? The exams are next week, and I'm too tired to prepare properly anymore. I won't do myself justice in them; my dad says that I can always go to Tech...but I don't want that. I want to get into sixth form! Tech's not second rate - in most ways it's better than my school - but I just don't want to go there. I don't want to break out of my little drift just yet. Not yet!

   Here now.
I was watching this programme on the television about some guy that thought Akasha was following him, urging him to kill and become a vampire.

Now look guys, I like vampires - but I appreciate them as *mythical*, regal creatures. A man can't become a vampire. Akasha was a character from an Anne Rice novel, and went on to be a character from a third rate movie. It's all pure fantasy. I hope the guy who ended up killing "on her behalf" got help, serious help.

Well anyway. I'm sitting in the library again.

Yesterday I got Monty Python's And Now For Something Completely Different on DVD, and Vampire Hunter D - on video (how's that for retro?)

Vampire Hunter D was...alright. It's not the best vampire anime I've watched, but it's not the worst either. D was cool to look at...though what's with the hand thing????????

Monty Python was great, as one would expect. ^_^

So now I'm waiting for Doctor Who to come on in exactly three hours. ^_^ Me loves David Tennent. This weeks episode promises to be a spiffing yarn.

Well Northern IReland is sunny at long last. Seriously, I'm expecting our population to emerge after a couple of hundred years as amphibians.

THe spides are already a whole other race (pm me if you don't get what spides are).

I like Vampires. Don't you? I'm reading Dracula, but I like The Historian better. Anyone read anything by Anne Rice - LESTAT is so WIERD!
