Hello
Well it's summer, and it is therefore truly the season of summer work. Yes. I, Emma, am looking for a summer job. It sucks because I'm so chronically out of place with people that I'd rather work in a smaller store: but my parents can't really see that, and they're urging me to work in the big companies like Asda and whatnot. But I'm going to ask in the video store later. If that fails, I've got a few forms for agencies which have registers for summer work. Excellent.

My mum bought me a pair of new shoes today. Since the whole idea of me trying to get work is to get my own money, I felt bad. She said she didn't mind: but I do. They weren't expensive, and they are lovely: but this can't go on. My mum is one of the sweetest women I know - it's not fair to keep tapping into her resources like this.

Has anyone heard of an anime called Gilgamesh? I'm saving up for it. Also one called sometrhing like Onegi Zoshi (that's probably not the accurate title, but I can't remember it off hand). Any news about these would be greatly appreciated - i.e. someone impartial who has seen them.

DOCTOR WHO EPISODE NEXT WEEK LOOKS AMAZING!! Poor saps in America haven't got a clue what's coming for them...haha. Lol. Sorry. I'm not really mean. Lol. Anyone else in the UK watch Doctor Who? I mean come on - David Tennent!!!
