Third Step
The quiet grey and white halls of the Hells Song hospital were all to familar to Garnett as she wandered the lonely halls. She stepped up to a wall with the Hells Song insignia on it and placed her hand on the wall and stood there thinking.

"Lady? Are you ok?" A large man in a white lab coat beckoned to her. She stood up straight and looked at him with tears in her eyes.

"Yes Kenji I am doing well. Do you know where they are keeping Mathias?" She meekly asked him as she straightend out her jacket and put her hands in her pockets.

"No I do not know, He is most likely down in the sublevels of ICU. Near the LCL tanks. Would you like me to walk you there? You do not look good at all." He stepped towards her a bit and held out his large hand.

She shrugged and walked away. "I will find them. Thank you Kenji, You have work to do, do not bother with me." She gave him a faint smile and started trodding down the halls towards the elevator to the sublevels.

She quietly entered the elevator and headed downstiars. She wandered about the maze of a basement until she found herself at the massive black titanium doors leading to the ICU sublevel.

"How troublesome..." She murrmured to herself and swipped her pass card, did a fingerprint check and was put through the regular metal dectors and such. "Such protection, Hells Song sure treasures their weapons."

She meandered through the doors and into a large well furnished room with several hallways leading everywhere and nowhere. She plunked herself down on a nice comfy chair and quietly waited.

"M'Lady? Are you here to see Mathias and Arucard?" I'ambi asked her in his large booming voice that just echoed through out the empty halls.

"Yes, I would like to see Mathias first. Are they doing ok?" Garnett asked him scared of the answers that might echo back at her.

"They are fine, Acutally Arucard is down traning right now, and Mathias is busy doing paper work like always." He chuckled and quickly turned on his heel and walked down the main hallway. His lab coat gently sailing behind him. Garnett followed with a small smile on her face.

They soon entered a large room with bamboo flooring and beautiful weapons hung on the walls, Arucard and Mathias were going at each other laughing. I'ambi smiled and closed the door after leaving Garnett to her husbands.

"Mathias! Arucard! Your supposed to be sick in bed! Not jumping about!" She jested at them like a mother. They both stopped and bow to her still laughing and smiling.

"We are much better now Mother!" Mathias poked at her.

"Did ya bring us anything to eat?!!?" Arucard run up to her picked her up and slung her over his shoulder.

"No, I didnt bring you anything to eat, but I did bring you a ride home. he house is back in order from the charade someone tried pulling." She huffed and jumped out of Arucards grasp and hugged them both tightly.

Mathias and Arucard picked up their things, checked out and headed back home with Garnett. They chatted and talked on the ride home. Everyone was back to normal, so Garnett decided not to bring up the subject of what actually happened, but maybe later...

And thus ends the next step. Its pretty short.. and pretty dull. But hey it cant be action death and sex all the time.

What did happen that night? Why are Mathias and Arucard (pronouced "Alucard") acting like nothing happened. What car are they driving!? Whos driving!!!!
