hey! thanks you guys, I really like my tattoo so thanks for the positive responeses!!

The popular question was where is it located? Well, it's between my shoulder blades but up about 3 inches. But it's centered between my shoulder blades, just not in the center of them...does that makes sense?

I got the design from a magazine, it was a side design but I liked it so much I had it simplified and made into my tattoo.

well, the pictures of my apartment are coming... as soon as I take them...heh...I know

Well...it was a day...

yesterday, the 25th, marked the 10th year since my dad died...not a cool day for just that reason...but oh, no, there's more

I had to go to the dentist *shudders* (I don't like them even in the most simplest of ways). I found out, much to my eternal pleasure, that I have to have surgery done on my mouth..mostly because I am 20 and still have 3 baby teeth (there are no permanent ones below it) and because they're getting old the roots are starting to disintergrate which will eventually cause some pretty hefty problems down the road...on top of that I lose my dental insurance on tuesday of next week (of all times) because my mom's company doesn't want to do it anymore. My mom is trying to work something out though...so keep your fingers crossed!! so yes, as soon as the financial aspect is taken care of I go to surgery...what joy is mine...

On a good note, however, I found out I'm going to be an "aunt". I say it like that because the guy isn't blood related but he's lived with our family for a long long time and is considered our family by anyone who knows us. I'm not even impressed with his girlfriend (none of us are except him...go figure) but I'm still excited! It'll be great! A lot of work, but hey, a baby is totally worth it!

So, there you have it, a mix of good and bad..

Well, my cousin just had her baby (which I think I forgot to mention she was having one) at 12 pm today. His name is Nicholos Evan (and yes, that's how they're spelling it). So that makes four! My cousin's name is Shawna but she often goes by her middle name, Nicole. Her guy's name is Nicholas, but he goes by Nick. My name is Nicole, but I go by Nickie, and now Nicholos makes four...it's great...but it's a huge huge family...so we mix in well...so there you go!

Hahah! I was just at Duo's site and she was talking about her friend going to Japan and wanting to know if she wanted anything...it got me thinking...and no, I have no idea why this came about, but do you guys remember when everything and everyone was all about pocky? There used to be posts that went on for ages about what flavor was best, where to find it and everything...I remember the two people who absolutely loved it the most were Someguy and Dead to the World....(I wonder how she is..)...but yes, for some reason that came to my mind and I just started laughing.

Thought you guys would like to remember as well...good times those were....*sighs*

Ok, finally moved!! now for the fun job of unpacking!! not looking forward to that! Took forever to transfer everything over, and I just got my internet up today...that took longer than expected but it's still great!

I'll hopefully have pictures of my new place up soon...once all the boxes are cleared -.-

I hope you all had a great 4th of July, it was my brother's birthday so we celebrated that as well, it was good ^.^

So...yeah, it's been a while, hasn't it. Yeah, I've been really busy...because....

I'M FINALLY MOVING INTO MY OWN APARTMENT!!!!! NO MORE ROOMMATES!!!

That's right! Finally, Sunday is the day. Tomorrow, that is. It will probably take about two days to get everything from my old apartment into my new apartment.

So, that's what I've been up to lately, getting everything ready for the move. It's taken a while but the day is here...I'm excited, can you tell.

The best part is i won't have to deal with roommates anymore...because I am going to be on my own....I LOVE that fact!!

And I'm having fun getting things to decorate my apartment with. Pictures, plates, cups, plants... whole bunches of great stuff..

so yes...I will talk to you all later...from the new place....

I think I've rambled enough, repeating myself over and over, repeating myself over and over...

P.S. I watched Howl's Moving Castle...that is one kickass movie!! very good, I would recommend it to anyone, especailly anyone who like's Miyazaki movies! This is right up there with Spirited Away, my fav of his...this one is tied it's that good.

oookk, so last night, Friday night, I worked at a Gamestop. Gamestop decided they wanted to have EB empolyees and Gamestop employees switch places for a day, so I went. And, you know, it wasn't all bad. It actually reminded me of another gamestore that I used to work at...it was great, I was told I had an excellent work ethic and everything...so, I got a great review!

It amazes me...some people...working at a game store I have a lot of kids that come into it. I see a lot (we're talking A LOT!!) of kid/parent interactions...I see soo many situations that are just upsetting.

A little girl, I am sure she had downs syndrome, walked into one of our racks and knocked over the games on that rack...ok...no harm no foul, nothing was broken and it wasn't a big deal at all...her father yells at her and slaps at her a little bit, yells at her for like 5 minutes, and when he leaves the store he's still yelling at her.

A little boy ran into our store, his big brother was playing the 360 we have hooked up...his dad come and grabs the little boy...using his ears!!! his dad drags him from our store by his ear, I'm not kidding, by his EAR! and the little boy is crying and saying it hurts...

A mom comes in and buys her kid anything and everything he wanted. She spent almost four hundred dollars on games and stuff for him...

it amazes me. these are just a few things that have happened. I almost started crying for one kid, and I was so angry at one parent for what they did to another. There are so many parents who abuse their kids, both physically and in other ways, like spoiling them. I see these situations and I never, ever, want to treat any kids I may have. Is it just the people who come into my store? or are a lot of people like this? I don't understand. I mean, I realize families aren't always great, but still...I don't know, it's just upsetting.

I GOT A TATTOO!!!!!!!!

yes, I will have to post a picture of it, I LOVE IT!!!!! it's so cool. It's on my back, in-between my shoulder blades. people were like, that's gonna hurt because it's on your bone and spine...but you know what, it didn't really hurt that badly, it was more annoying than anything else! it was my birthday present to myself.

and today, on my way home from the grocery store, I was driving and it was raining, and this truck pulled out in front of me. I slammed my brakes and slid all over the road, I was about 80 or 90 degrees on the road. it was so much fun and so scary at the same time...that could have potentially been a bad accident. and the sound of my brakes was not so cool...it was like this grinding, and still I didn't stop, I was like skidding...so yeah...that was my afternoon.
