   A Conversation: Judge Gourney, Case 1: The Stolen Smileys
this is my first case as judge gourney, as you should know if you read "The M-16 Massacre" my real name is sigourney so gourney is just a nick name

Heres a guide to who people are:
sam...=my friend samchan
ten...=my friend samchan's friend pam
eri...=me

this case is about an arguement sam and pam had about who stole whose smileys, so enjoy

SamsterSccr: hey everyone
Erisgoddessacn3d: can i first ask what i'm suppose to be judging samchan
SamsterSccr: she stole my smileys siggy
Tennischickie861: oops... i'm here
Erisgoddessacn3d: yes i know
SamsterSccr: shes guilty of stealing
SamsterSccr: oh yea pam thats siggy form my summer camp. siggy my friend pam
Erisgoddessacn3d: oh what i get it, like in court... ALL RISE FOR THE HONORABLE JUDGE GOURNEY (or something along those lines)
SamsterSccr: yea
Tennischickie861: *rises*
SamsterSccr: *sits down and falls asleep but quickly rises*
Erisgoddessacn3d: heeheeheeheehee...YAY ::thros arms up and runs around in a circle dancing (is trying to get a couple laughes)::

Erisgoddessacn3d: was kidding by way
SamsterSccr: yea but i can see u doing that
Erisgoddessacn3d: about the rising thing, i talk alot dont i/

Erisgoddessacn3d: okies lets get started, who wants to present their charges first?
Tennischickie861: *points to sam*
SamsterSccr: yea i get to go first
Erisgoddessacn3d: okies, samchan, what do you want to say
SamsterSccr: *dances and gets hyper*
Erisgoddessacn3d: ::uses hammer thingy and hits sam to make her stop::
SamsterSccr: ok ok i wud like to say that the girl there *points at pam* stole my smielys and she s saying her smielys are better and she stole my smileys basically siggy

Erisgoddessacn3d: okies, lets here pam's side of the story sam ::giggles, sam, pam? heehee::
SamsterSccr: yes we rythm
Tennischickie861: *rises and trips over chair*
SamsterSccr: :laughs out loud but helps pam get up: dont pull a sammie now
Tennischickie861: well... i was just talking to sammie and i put an innocent smily in my message and then IT ALL STARTED!! (lol i like dramatics)
SamsterSccr: the smiley is not inncoent its guilty
Tennischickie861: then i put one of these :-P and she put one of :-P and i put :) and she put :) and... and... and... *sobs*
SamsterSccr: yea but my smileys ae differnt then yours
Tennischickie861: SHE STOLE MY SMILIES, YOUR HONOR!!
Erisgoddessacn3d: hey sam, have you ever thought they could be similiar smileys, i mean there are maqny types of smileys out there, mayhap it was a coincidence that you both had the same type of smiley at the same time
SamsterSccr: No mine are different yours r purple mine is yellow
Erisgoddessacn3d: you too pam
SamsterSccr: .....
Erisgoddessacn3d: i am confused now

Erisgoddessacn3d: i know it is, so let me get this straight, whose smileys are purple
SamsterSccr: hers
Tennischickie861: mine are purple?
SamsterSccr: no hers are baseballs my fualt
SamsterSccr: im confused
Erisgoddessacn3d: uh-huh, (and so are mine, mind you)
SamsterSccr: yur are baseballs

SamsterSccr: *tries to make a basket with her basketball*
SamsterSccr: I GOT MINE OFF B4 U

Erisgoddessacn3d: okies, so how do the coincide with stealing smileys when you both have the same smileys
Erisgoddessacn3d: *different, my bad
SamsterSccr: we dont have the same smileys
Erisgoddessacn3d:i fixed my mistake
SamsterSccr: hers are baseballs mine is yellow
Erisgoddessacn3d: I KNOW!
Tennischickie861: but they have the same facial expressions
SamsterSccr: pam they dont make them in ne other expression
Erisgoddessacn3d:duh, all smileys may have different appearances but theyre all base on the same facial expression
SamsterSccr: yea pam
SamsterSccr: :-P

SamsterSccr: wat happen to the other smiels
Erisgoddessacn3d: what do you mean
SamsterSccr: she has another type of smileys other than those plan ordinary ones
Erisgoddessacn3d: on chat pages all the smileys have a uniform appearance, which means they go back to the preset appearance which are these plain boring smileys
SamsterSccr: :-D
Erisgoddessacn3d: get it now?
SamsterSccr: really when i put mine they look like the ones i have
SamsterSccr: =-O
SamsterSccr: ok i get it sadly
Tennischickie861: i g2g (i still didn't eat lunch) bye
Erisgoddessacn3d: then your computer is stupid, now lets continue, whats the problem now if you have two differnet types of smileys with the same facial expression what is the problem
SamsterSccr: she left
Erisgoddessacn3d: i know
Erisgoddessacn3d: still, answer the question
SamsterSccr: um... i 4got
Erisgoddessacn3d: its the last really long thing i said
Erisgoddessacn3d: wait, you forgot the answer right?
SamsterSccr: no i remember
Erisgoddessacn3d: then what is it?
SamsterSccr: she was saying that i keep copying the EXPRESSION when we were iming each other
Erisgoddessacn3d: yes but if they are different types of smileys with the same basic facial expression what is the problem
SamsterSccr: i dunno
Erisgoddessacn3d: on a side note i would just like to say "if pam thinks shes hungry now, imagine me, i havent even had breakfast,which sucks and i'm still here"
Erisgoddessacn3d: then the arguement is void (or is it moot)
Erisgoddessacn3d: no the arguement is null and void (thats the correct statement)
Erisgoddessacn3d: and so there is not case, problem solved
Erisgoddessacn3d: neither is right and neither is wrong
SamsterSccr: okies
Erisgoddessacn3d: now go tell your friend about it
SamsterSccr: okies, bye bye then
