Woah.
Happy New Year, everybody. The holiday where we get to have fun and watch the new year roll in.
Next year is the year of the dog. Shigure Sohma lovers will be pleased.
The last year was the year of the Rooster. Kureno Sohma fans were pleased then, but their turn was over.

Late Again.
I've woken up late again, because I went to bed late. Again.
I drank a couple of Jones Sodas, but they didn't help me much. No caffiene.
Lost my Inuyasha plushie. Found it again.
My life is getting boring... I need to get hit by something again.
Nah, that'd hurt too much.
Such is my life.

Yesterday...
Today and yesterday are one and the same. Gloomy, rainy, and I can't talk because my throat is very sore from yelling at my Christmas concert.
My neck hurts from headbanging, too.
My friend got me the fourth volume of Naruto... because Suncoast didn't have the first, or the second, or the third. But who am I to complain? Manga is manga is manga.
Listening to the Beatles. It has just begun to storm.
My sister plays my video games, while I snuggle with her Kirara plushie.
Going to get more manga on Saturday.
Such is my life.

Yawning.
Such a sleepy day it is today.
It is raining outside as well... no one seems to be around, either.
My cellphone says it's Wednesday. Can that be true?
If so, I've slept a lot.
Such is my life.

My Life.
I finally got my Paintshop Pro to work. I'm making E-cards with it as a sort of test run... they're coming out nicely, but still slightly bland, I fear.
I got new headphones, and could hear things on my CDs that I couldn't hear before.... I listened to them all, and was amazed by what I heard.
I'm starting to work on a new manga. Fruits Basket... I am Yuki, Kisa, and Akito. Possibly Rin and Ren.
My Inuyasha plushie stares at me funny, too. Like it wants to eat me.
Such is my life.

The Most Otaku Time of the Year
Ah, Christmas... makes me want to write an article.
I have dubbed it the most Otaku time of the year because it is when Otaku like you and I spend money for the purpose of giving someone something else...
And it's also all about getting anime paraphenilia without having it damage your wallet, purse, or pocket.
So sit back, relax, and hope St. Nick brings you that hard to get Rurouni Kenshin DVD or that Kyo Sohma plushie.

Nani?
It is true.
So terribly, terribly true.
Mitchan-san of the suburbs has... aged.
Today is my birthday, the day when I embrace the age of fourteen... although it is true that I was forced to prematurely mature, today is truly the day that my youth is tossed aside and I must give way to new burden.
Not even the cake and presents truly help, you know?

Proudly suffering from ROPD.
Now, you may wonder, what in the world is ROPD?
Well duh, it's 'roped' without the 'e'.
Not quite... it's what my cliche of off-otaku companions and I call 'Random Osaka Personality Disorder'.
Named for the character 'Osaka' (Kasuga Ayumu) of the popular "Azumanga Daioh", ROPD is a made up disease that people... well... suffer from. It's said to be a loss of intelligence, common sense, and physical ability, occuring at completely random moments.
Nuff' said. Now, you may think, 'Well, dosen't everyone suffer from that?' Yes, yes they do. But we came up with a name for it.
We also have theories about how Kenshin Himura and Chiyo Mihama got so short, while Sanosuke Sagara and Sakaki are so tall. But that's just us.
I hope that one day you experience a momentary bout of ROPD. And remember, it's that common, it happens to everyone, and it isn't a big deal.

Am I Sick?
I can now safely manage to walk upstairs (and downstairs) and will return to school tomorrow.
The thing is... I want to.
My friend Sha-chan was concerned about this, claiming that I must be ill. Mitchan, wanting to go to school? Blasphemous.
Yet it is true, I want to go back, go talk to people and alleviate their worries and fears. I want to sing in chorus, talk in French I, and sit through the otherwise horrendous Algebra I.
It makes me wonder if Sha-chan's right.

Be sure to look both ways before crossing the street...
How many times have you heard that?? More than enough, right? Well, whoever's telling you this means only good, and they're not trying to annoy you...
I wish that I had taken that advice earlier.
This morning, I was walking to school, talking with my dear friend of three years... we had to cross a small, residential street to get to our middle school.
Ya know what happened?
Mitchan got hit by a bus. No kidding...
When that happened, it tossed me aside a couple of feet, knocked off my shoe, and scattered my books everywhere on the street... hurt, too. But I lived, without any broken bones and no severe injuries... just some roadburn and a couple of bad scrapes.
But Mitchan is still able to comfortably type, although stairs will be another story...^_^
I also have a fear of moving vehicles and won't be attending school for a while, but otherwise, I'm just fine.
