Oh, you silly Methodist.

Comment Commentary

Mimmi- B-But it sucked.. Badly!

Sara- An occasional, well-placed pun isn't so bad, but that one.. *shudders*

Solo- It was just one of my incoherent late-night rants.. But thanks anyway. :P

Shin- And you should! God, people these days..

Godel- Whoa, whoa, whoa.. Hold on a minute. Bad grammar?

Alea- Tsk, indeed.

Feh, I'm almost out of these Keebler Toast and Peanut Butter Sandwich Crackers again.. I swear, we got two cases of them last week, and I've already plowed through them all. They're just that good.

I ended up going over my five-paragraph essay again last night. As I mentioned the other day, I needed to copy it over into a spiral notebook.. It didn't really take long, but I ended up fixing a few things.

It's amazing how my English teacher can turn into such a hardass when it comes to essays. Normally she's rather easy to sway, but I'm starting to get worried about writing this year. We've been reviewing essays in front of the class, and nobody has achieved over 75% yet. It's crazy.

In History, we normally copy our notes from transparencies put up on the overhead projector. Today, however, the teacher read from this seven-page article about The Great Awakening. We got to page four, and as interesing as the material covered was, I got incredibly bored. History tends to be one of my favorite classes, but I could hardly handle it today.

There's a math test tomorrow. After seeing a quiz grade from a week ago, I was rather worried, but I understand what I was doing wrong now.

Am I going to say what I was doing wrong? No, because Azure is going to say "Oh my God, you're still on that? LOL". And you know how much I care about his opinion. *rolls eyes*

I got, like, three goals in soccer today, but it's still lame. Even though we were given new teams today, I ended up with the same people. It's sort of annoying because a kid (a friend of mine from third grade) kept calling everybody "border hoppers" to try throwing them off. Last week it was a little funny as it was meant to be, but by now it's just annoying.

Oh, another thing about PE: this crazy punk guy's always messing around with this one girl. Chasing her and stuff, you know? Again, it was sort of cute at first, but she's still yelling "Aah, Robert!" every time he does something. Wouldn't she be desensitized to it?

I actually spoke up about something in journalism today. The "popular girls" are "doing" the "Volleyball pages," and as expected, it was full of star-shaped pictures. It was good, I suppose- better than most layouts last year- but a little conference was held and I discussed the theme, and how we need consistency.

I know I'm not a very good speaker. Generally, I have a hard time putting my thoughts into words, and I talk with my hands a lot. Sure enough, a couple guys snickered a bit as I talked. That was a little angering, but no biggie.

Is it wrong of me to want consistency in a yearbook? Last year, the entire thing was all over the place. The way I see it, if we're doing my cover, we're going to do the rest my way. It's not like I would be opposed to suggestions (Lord knows I've taken them before), but I refuse to have people see the cover, then see the bubbly font inside. It's not right, dammit.

People oppose order. What the hell?

Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne is supposed to come out tomorrow, and I am giddy. The reviews have been pretty positive (though not as good as I had hoped), but again, it's not really the gameplay that I'm excited about. The story and visual style are what drew me to it in the first place.

..Ugh, and now a headache's getting to me. I'm going to have to cut this short.

Teh SillyCircus Day 56- "I'm an edgy Flash artist, because I made a George Bush cartoon."

EDIT: Anime News Network says:

New Saikano Projects in Japan
According to Shin Takahashi's website, a new live-action production of Saishuu Heiki Kanojo (She, the Ultimate Weapon) is in the works. Tentatively scheduled for 2005, Aki Maeda is cast as the protagonist. In other news, Shin Takahashi also announced that two volumes of a new Saikano OVA are scheduled for a Spring 2005 release.

When will the live action adaptations end? Seriously, if they ever touch .hack..
