Sen-Sational

And for the record, I've had this title lined up since long before Shin pulled his little trick today.

Comment Commentary

Syk- I refuse to dignify that with a witty response.

Shin- Tell me about it.

Karmi- My conversations with my friends have all been coming back to the Holocaust after seeing this movie.

Mimmi- Whoa, I'm supposed to capitalize all of Ikea? I apologize.

James- The Wachowskis aren't really keen on public stuff, are they? I don't even know what they look like.

Syk- *sues you*

Mal- Garden State was the most I've ever been disappointed with a movie. The trailers were so hilarious, but unfortunately those were the only good parts.

God dammit, my brother and his pervo friend were looking at porn on this computer again. It seems they actually went on some sites, instead of regular Google Image Searches. I swear, if they ever get a virus or something..

On this computer, of course. Not from each other.

I just typed this entire post up, only to be reminded that I deleted all of my temporary internet files, including cookies, to get rid of signs of my brother's.. Adventures. This, of course, kept the post from going through, and I lost all progress I had made. Because of this, you're getting an "abridged" version of the actual post, which shall never see the light of day again.

I went to a birthday party today. There was a big inflatable bouncy-jumper thing that was cool to bounce in, a wooden fort from 1996 that was fun to sit in, and a trampoline that was fun to.. Well, jump, on.

It's rare that I spend more time outside than inside at a friend's house. I probably would have spent more time inside, had there not been My Boo, Drop It Like It's Hot and a bunch of new, upbeat rock hits playing on Sirius. >:O

I came home and watched The Simpsons in the first time since forever. It was one of my favorite episodes- the one where Marge has to overcome her fear of flying- but that's not why I like it. Like so many episodes of The Simpsons, there was a mini-story in the beginning that eased us into the real thing. In this one, Homer gets kicked out of Moe's Tavern permenantly and is forced to find a new bar. The Cheers scene is definitely up there on my list of favorite Simpsons moments.

This one was actually one of the first episodes of The Simpsons I ever saw. The actual first one, though, the first taste of the series that propelled me into a downward spiral of fandome and religious viewing, was the one with Lance Murdock (I think that was his name), motorcycle stunt master extraordinaire. The only sitcoms I had really watched before that were Friends and Everybody Loves Raymond, which almost always went right over my head, but when I saw Homer fall down the cliffside screaming in pain for five straight minutes I giggled insanely for two straight days. I remember stumbling up the stairs afterwards, with a chocolate shake in my hand (It was in a martini glass), weak from laughter, and collapsing on my floor in an extreme state of gigglage.

I love how all of my tangents seem to evolve into rants. Nothing's planned anymore.

Closing statement: My subwoofer makes for a very nice footrest.
