Feeling better, but at the same time..

Comment Commentary

Shin- Elektra looks like it's going to suck, but I'm going to end up seeing it anyway.

You know why.

Mimmi- Yeah, they give us root beer float "parties" and stuff when you reach your set goal. Generally, they taste like crap, but it gets me out of seventh period (PE, woot).

The only reason I care about AR, though, is because of the big reward: A field trip to the beach at the end of the year.

Karmi- I remember competing with my best friend for the highest number of pages read (we didn't have AR yet) in second grade.. Man, we read so much. It was sort of sad.

Mal- B-But.. The NERV backlight..!

Azure- Yay for being non-descript!

I have absolutely nothing worthwhile to say today. I went to school, read 2001 whenever I had the chance, came home, plopped down on my bed, and slept until five, when I then did my mountain of math homework.

So guess what you get? Sennen Art.

WARNING: These are all either really old, really lame, or unfinished, so.. Yeah.

De Stijl: Death Letter. I came up with this idea as I was listening to one of my White Stripes CDs.. I talked about it a while ago, actually. I wanted to do one drawing for each song on that CD, because they all manipulate my emotions and make me feel certain ways. That leads to good drawings.

I was going to fix this one up in Photoshop and make the lines look cleaner, but I sort of gave up on that. The initial sketch, I think, is better, but I can't find it right now.

Amplifier. Gawk at its color scheme and love it. Last week I wanted to make an mO scheme based on this, but that crashed and BURNED. Horribly.

Born, from Half-Life 2. I know, I know, the fingers are short, compared to the rest of the hand. I swear I'll redo this someday.. This one's rather recent.

A more anime-related drawing. I remember showing a few people a script for this story a while back.. This drawing came about around that time. Considering how old it is, I'm pleased with this one. It's not as malformed as the rest of the doodles on that page.

Another sketch from the page above. This one looks more impressive on paper. Here, it just looks bad.

It's funny 'cause it's true.
"How do we react when we get picked up by those roof-clinging things in Half-Life, children?"
"Say 'God dammit, I just spent all this time getting to this area and now I have to restart from half an hour ago because those zombies brought me too close to death and I couldn't get out my crowbar in time. SHIT.'"
"That's right. Good kids."

I told you they all suck. You can blame Mimmi for pressuring me into doing this. ~_^
