Mimmi- Interpretation.. Right. <_<;
Shin- I was thinking about using The Air Near My Fingers, too.. That one's a close second for me.

What the hell is up with all of these weird made-up word titles I've been making? I guess that I just haven't been enthusiastic enough to spend more than five seconds coming up with a decent title.
What a moot point. Hell, that's all blogs are.

I woke up to the sound of a friend on the phone asking me if I wanted to go to this surprise party for another friend.. I gladly said yes (I figured I wasn't invited), got on some clothes, ran over to the mall to find a gift (A bunch of tasty-looking chocolate), came back home, and played Half-Life 2 for a bit..
Barney's lines are my favorite in the game by far. He's rather smarmy, and he's got a lovable sense of humor, but his voice actor is sort of hokey at times. It's almost as funky as Alex's dad- he sounds like a soul singer or something.
But back to today.
After switching jackets (I need more of them, I think- these three are incredibly predictable), I got dropped off, bringing good tidings of chocolate. I was the first one there, but soon enough people came flooding in.
It was, as I said before, a surprise party, so everybody pretty much had to arrive on time. The plan was that everybody would show up as the two birthday people (I barely know the other one) were off at driving school, then we would migrate over nextdoor, where the whole party thing was set up.
Either they came early or we started late. As we were heading nextdoor they turned the corner, and a couple of us couldn't make it inside in time. We hid long enough for the other party to shout "surprise", but I don't know if it had quite the impact that was anticipated. Seeing an arm or two jutting out from the wall nextdoor sort of messes things up, no?
After that, things were fun. I met a lot of people that I have only heard about through the grapevine. Some were cool, some were assholes.
There was a lot of migrating back and forth between the two houses. Personally, I preferred the house where none of the party stuff was going on. I get really antsy / skittish / awkward when I'm in big social settings like that and I don't know half the people there. I went over to the other house frequently, just to get away from it.
But there was good stir-fry at the party house. ;_;
They broke out the Karaoke Revolution, and fortunately I didn't have to play.
Karaoke's so much more fun when you have to stand up in front of everybody and humiliate yourself. Here, it was basically everybody sitting around and whispering into the microphone.
One guy got up and started dancing around, though, and that was the highlight.
As people started leaving, we migrated over to the non-party house. The Xbox Live was running the entire time, though I didn't play much. I was more interested in my brand new, belated Christmas present, Homer Simpson slippers.
They're great, and comfortable, and beyond cool, but I still can't help but feel a little strange shoving part of my body into Homer's open mouth. :X
Oh, and we ran around in the desert in the darkness. That was cool, and we didn't get anally raped by hobo-drifter-winos.
So yeah, it was cool. I got picked up around 9:30, and here I am now.

I watched Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy last night. It was a lot better than I had expected- and I expected a lot. This was the Unrated Version, which didn't seem to mean much. They cut out maybe one or two scenes, if my guess is right. There really wasn't that much raunchy material in it.
But omfg dey sed "fuck"! !1
I liked Baxter, and I liked the deleted scenes related to Baxter. I want a dog like that.. So cool-looking. Ooh, and I'd have to buy the pajamas.
I wish I had more to say, but I don't. Oh well.
EDIT: Oh, here's something.
I realized recently that the number six tends to follow me. So many numbers that are associated with me in one way or another end up with sixes. Perfect example:
Just look at that. And 3 is a factor of six! Like, ohmygawd!!
:P
