Is it sad that I have more to talk about on school days than on the weekend? After all, the only thing I really ramble on about Monday through Friday is school, and I'm sure that is not very interesting. On the weekend you're supposed to do things. You're supposed to have fun. You're supposed to do something memorable.

Yesterday was an exception, but today I am out of it. I spent my day moping, playing games and going on Photoshop tutorial sites.

And oh, what tutorials there were. I learned a hell of a lot of things that I've been trying to get Syk and Azure to teach me for ages (grr), and they're all such simple things. I blame them for my max levels of suckage.

See? Azure FABRICATED this just for the sake of mocking me. It's all part of my conspiracy theory, which, when printed out, totals to about 50 pages.

With font size ten.

In other news:

HAH. Ha ha. Hell yeah. Suck on that, Bungie. Halo 2 didn't even get honorable mention.

It's odd how I treat that game, isn't it? I have no problem with most crappy games (though some are worth beating repeatedly with a stick), but I think I hold most of my beefs with overhyped titles. I realize that most of the time I root for the underdog (Azure, if you mention Eva I will stab you), and whenever an average title is rocketed to immense levels of acclaim be it because of corporate backup or a couple biased reviews, the said title becomes my prey.

Unfortunately, I'm not good with these things, so a lot of it is just light prodding with non-harmful objects.

The new episode of The Simpsons tonight was so much better than the rest of these new episodes. It felt fresh, and unique, in the way that it blended political satire with genuine Simpsons-esque character humor.

For those of you who didn't see it (see: Everyone), the companies of Springfield all decided to pull their workers' medication coverage, and Homer and Abe became local heroes for smuggling drugs in from Canada.

It was quite good. The way it was executed reminded me of Futurama.

My brother's all pissy because he wanted to play The Sims 2 today but I was a horrible person because I was learning kickass Photoshop techniques. He decided to drag my parents into it, and they sanctioned tomorrow as his "day to spend all of his time on the computer and not you" day. So don't expect me to be online much tomorrow. I'll probably spend my day drawing and reading 2001.

Until next time, boys and girls, this is Uncle Sennen telling you to brush your teeth, respect your parents and bow to the corporate figureheads.

..Bow, dammit.
