Lipograms. (That's what happens when you stay up because you don't want to go to bed writing a story in the cold walls of your room!)
I was listening to the radio- a talk radio, and this man was talking about lipograms and another poem form where you can only use the one selected vowel in every single word. I shan't do an example, for it will be atrocious!

Lipograms are when you do poems and they are without a particular letter.
They were doing nursery rhymes, so I have done a few. For the sake that many people may not know the nursery rhymes, and they have many variations.

Mary, Mary, quite contrary, how does your garden grow?
“With silver bells and cockleshells and pretty maids all in a row.”

Now, with no Us.
Mary, Mary, rather contrary, how does one’s garden grow?
“With silver bells and cockleshells, and pretty maids all in a row.”

Now, that one was fairly easy, I have others though!

Twinkle, twinkle, little star,
How I wonder what you are.
Up above the world so high,
Like a diamond in the sky.

Now, without Ts. How fun?!
Sparkle, sparkle, small Sun

Now, without Es (a bit harder. The family helped like they always do.)

Own any surplus wool?

A bag for the lord, a bag for maid
A bag for small boy living down path

who cut off their tails with a carving knife,
have you ever seen such a thing in your life

Three bad eyed plural mouse, three bad eyed plural mouse

They all ran after the farmer’s spouse,
Who cut off three appendages who was a holder of a shaper dagger ,
Have you ever seen such an event ever to happen
As three bad eyed plural mouse?
