"I won't let you harm her." Luke says
stepping in between you and Melinda.
"This does not concern you," she says
trying to walk around him. "Leave her
alone or I'll..." "You'll what?
Kill her like you killed me? Well almost
killed me." Jake said walking over to her
side. "You can't take all of us on Luke,
you're outnumbered." Gabe said acting
like he was cleaning his nails. Luke dropped
his head down in defeat and moved to the side.
The window shattered causing everyone to jump
back except for Luke who had grabbed you and
jumped out the window. His wings were pumping
fast as the mansion became smaller and smaller.
"Where are we going?" You asked him
picking the pieces of glass out of his body.
He had sheltered you from the blow allowing
himself to get cut up badly. "I don't
know but we have to keep going. That was a
pretty nifty trick though huh?" He asked
smiling but cringing when you pulled another
sliver of glass from his arm. "Yeah it
was but...ah!!" You screamed as you felt
Luke getting hit from behind. You looked
behind to see all three of them close on your
tail, scratch that. Gabe was right behind you
ready to charge once more. "Luke watch
out," you scream as Gabe hits him hard
this time. His hit was so forceful it caused
Luke to lose his balance and he accidentally
drops you. You flail your arms and legs
violently and shut your eyes tightly praying
that your death won't be a painful one. A few
seconds later you feel strong arms around you
and you sigh in relief only to find out that
you are in Jake's arms. "I promised you I
would always take care of you didn't I?"
You punch him hard in the face causing his lip
to bleed. He licked it off and said,
"Mmmm wanna try some?"
"Luke!!!!!!" You yelled for him but
no answer. You turned your direction back to
where he had dropped you but there was no sight
of him. "Your precious Luke isn't here to
save you now. Oh my what are you going to
do?" He said cupping his cheek with his
right hand. "Put me down you bastard. I
hate you!!!" "Will you please shut
her up? She is giving me a migraine."
Your mother appeared next to you guys with an
annoyed look on her face. "If my darling
commands it." Jake says and gives you one
quick blow to the head causing you to pass out.
