   ~*pillsbury dough boy waffles*~
Hello,how is everyone doing today??me I'm doing good today...got up early today so I could go fill out a job application...I think it went well..the only thing I'm worried about is that there was a 2 page math quiz that I had to take and I suck at math,but the lady that I talked to said that it didn't really matter if I didn't know all the answers because she didn't either and she works there,so that made me feel a bit better...hopefully I'll hear from them soon...because I don't know how much longer I can put up with my boss ladies nagging...in other news I ate waffles for breakfest..yummy..the weird thing about my waffles was that they had the pillsbury dough boy imprinted on them...looked like someone took the pillsbury dough boy and smashed him into the waffle...nah,who cares they were delicious...I'm not really sure what I'll do today,my friend julie is coming over after she gets through dying her hair and watch fruits basket...shes addicted to fruits basket thanks to yours truely...she came over one day and wanted to watch one of my animes,so I handed her fruits basket and told her to watch it and not five minutes later she was on ebay buying it...so I'll probally hang out with her...I think in the meantime though I'll read the rest of my book!!well take care and have fun!!later!!HUGS!!^_^

   ~*my dad the hero*~
Hello,how is everyone doing today??me I'm doing great so far...so far todays turning out to be a very interesting day...my dad took Ed to work dis-morning and after droping him off he started back home and noticed alot of smoke coming from someones garage and he deicded to stop and make sure everything was alright....it was a good thing he stopped,because their house was on fire...he nearly beat the door down trying to get in,because the family inside was still asleep,but he manged to get them up and got them all out of the house,all except for the dog...the families pet dog was shut up in the bathroom and they only had time to get the family out and the poor dog burned to death...my dad said he had to hold the man and woman back because they wanted to go back in and save their beloved pet...it's sad that the dog died,but the important thing is that the family was alright..it was a man,woman and a child...the fire department told my dad that if hadn't stopped that everyone probally would have died...so my dad just happened to be in the right place at the right time...thank goodness that the family is still alive....it only took 30 minutes for the house to burn completely...well I shall be taking my leavev..I'll try and visit as many sites as I can today...take care and have fun!!later!!HUGS!!^_^

   ~*still breathing*~
Hello how is everyone doing??me I'm doing much better...I'm feeling all happy...yippee...I hate being depressed...my little brother is fine as well...he just had a rather large lump on his head,but other than that hes fine...todays my moms birthday...I have to go buy a cake for her later on today....a bunch of interesting things happened in my abscence from otaku...I went to winn dixie the other day to get a few thing and a man was trying to shoplift and he was caught...they sat him out in the lobby of the store and he tryed to make a run for it and the manager ran after him and grabbed him and threw him up against the wall and told him did you honestly think you were going to shoplift from our store and get away with it...I was like 0_o and then the shoplifter managed to get away from the manger again and took off running and since the manager couldn't keep up with him he ran to his truck and proceeded to chase the shoplifter down in his truck...I guess the moral of this story is don't steal from winn dixie and incase many of you were wondering what he was trying to steal it was magazines....I think he could qualify for Lordsesshomarus stupid awards..because he's apparentlly not too bright!!well I'm gonna go visit sites and take my mom out to lunch...well take care and have fun!!later!!^_^

   ~*me sad*~
Hello,how is everyone??me I'm feeling rather depressed today.....my cause of depression is Ed and work....Eds just been really mean towards me lately and work just plain sucks....I don't know what I've done wrong,but lately everyone seems to be rather hateful towards me and really hurts to have everyone treat me poorly,especially Ed!!I wish I knew what was going on with him..just now my little brother called and his supposed friend slammed his head into a brick wall...my mom just went to get him...I hope hes alright,because my moms probally going to chew the school out...well I must be going besides the fact I'm depressed,I'm also worried about my little brother....I won't be visiting any sites today...sorry but theres too much going on and I'm not feeling very happy...take care everyone!!

   ~*they're making a movie*~

A group of people held downtown hostage Thursday evening as city police and SWAT team members sealed off streets in what was billed as a man holding hostages inside the post office.

Hundreds of fans spilled out of bars, restaurants and shops for the show featuring nine or 10 people - mostly local high school students - using "weapons" inside the back of the post office apparently to make a film.

"They're making a movie!" an exasperated city police officer said after the drama turned to comedy about an hour after it began about 6 p.m.

But it wasn't funny from the start. A woman who recently moved to Fernandina from Miami fretted that her new town was becoming like her old, where she said she was the victim of a crime on five separate occasions.

Two witnesses at O'Kane's restaurant, who declined to be interviewed, told police they had seen a man with "a rifle-type weapon with a sling" walk into the post office.


The man, originally identified as possibly an Hispanic male, was believed to be holding hostages.

Police quickly sealed off Centre and cross streets, holding back automobile and pedestrian traffic and barking out sharp orders to "get back across the street - now!"

SWAT team members ran behind the Nassau County Courthouse to take up positions on the south side of the post office while other officers did the same on the north side.

Employees at the Green Turtle and Pompeo's waited nervously while many of their customers fled into the streets to enjoy the show as the script made the rounds.

Only the audience thought it was real, not a movie, and so did police.



First two males, then five white males, then six white males were reported moving in single file in the back area of the post office. Then seven people then nine people were reported leaving the west side of the building, including two females with their hands up in the air.

Then the police scanner reported "a gun that they're using to make a movie inside."

Then - perhaps the best line of the show - "a possible movie-making in progress."

Finally those inside the building were crowded onto the sidewalk outside where they were seated with hands folded and heads down.

Lt. Jim Coe said a witness saw a white male walk into the post office with an automatic rifle and called 9-1-1. "We can't hesitate in a situation like that and automatically set up a perimeter around the building," he said.

Coe said postal employees were aware of the movie plans. The group had been inside the building filming a scene for a couple of hours, said Devon Menendez, one of those involved.

The scene they were filming was an interrogation scene for a movie for their Spanish class at Fernandina Beach High School. The scene included three realistic assault rifles.

The high school students said they were shooting the film, and then there were police outside. When they walked outside, police descended on them with assault rifles.

"Holy crap!" Brian Ferreira said he thought when confronted by police. "I've definitely got a story for government class."

Postmaster Ronald Steedley said he, his wife and daughter were in the building watching the filming in the basement of the post office. He said he "absolutely knew that they were doing this. I didn't think it would quite turn out like this."



Unaware that police had surrounded the building, Steedley went to let some of the students out the door, "and I heard something" - SWAT teams descending with guns pointed at them and ordering them to the ground.

"I thought I could tell them who I was and they would calm down, but it didn't work. . . .

"It's amazing how a chain of events could get so out of hand."

He said the students, working on their spring break, were trying to finish a project due in class on Monday.

Coe said police would defer to the State Attorney's Office about whether charges should be filed.

   ~*walk the walk*~
Hello,how is everyone doing today??me it looks like I may be getting a job where my sis works....when I came into work dis-morning my boss was being bitchy(what else is new)....I started the day out like I usually do and I finished everything that needed to be done,so I started looking for something else to do and she just proceeded to yell at me,saying just don't stand there and do nothing...I told her I was in the process of doing something and she just huffed and groaned while giving me a dirty look...then from that point on she made sure to make my life a living hell...I ended up walking out of the resteraunt and told her not be shitty towards me just because she was having bad day that I wasn't going to put up with it...than I left and when I got home my sis said that they fired a girl where she worked and that she would talk to her boss and see about getting me a job where she works...I hope this works out because I don't think I can take much more of my boss ladies nagging!!well now that I got that out of my system we'll move on to a new topic....I didn't watch any of my anime yesterday..I ended up hanging out with my sis and derrick,which was fun...we just talked and hung out...I'm going to see v for vendetta this weekend with my uncle and little brother...I've been wanting to see this movie since it came out and no one would see it with me...Ed said it looked stupid and then he went and saw it with his friend >_< that made me sooooooo angry when he did that,cause it made me feel that he didn't want to have anything to do with me....which hes been real good at that for the past few weeks...he can be sooooooo mean!!!I'm glad that someone will see it with me though...I don't like going to theater alone!!I'm off tommorrow so I'll probally do whatever I feel like...I want to watch my anime but everytime I go to watch it Ed is playing halo online and want let me watch anything...he's sooooo selfish...I mean he plays halo for hours on end and I ask if I can watch a dvd and he just rolls his eyes and huffs...greedy gut!!well I'm going to visit sites...take care and have fun!!later!!HUGS!!^_^

Hello,how is everyone doing today??me I'm bored at the moment,but I still have a bunch of anime to watch so thats probally what I'll do for the most part....I think my friend derrick is off today..maybe I'll see what hes up to..It would be nice to do something today...yesterday was my cats b-day...shes 4 and everyone probally thinks I'm crazy for actually saying happy b-day to my cat...I love my kitty...shes spoiled rotten though!!I think I'm going to eat some cheescake and watch anime....well have fun and take care!!later!!HUGS!!^_^

   ~*fine dining my ass*~
Hello,how is everyone doing??me I'm doing just fine...work was slow today and not all that bad today...the boss lady had us all sit down at the end of the day for her little meeting,if you could even call it a meeting,more like us listening to her bitch and gripe about everything....anyways what I found amuseing about this so called meeting was her speech and heres how it went,'thank you for staying to hear what I have to say,I just wanted to remind everyone that this is a fine dining resteraunt,not a diner,dennys or a fsat food resteraunt,but a fine dining resteraunt so please act like you work in one"ha the resteraunt only seats 50 people and she buys her plates at big lots for cris sake...it doesn't even look worthy to be called fine dining if you ask me....I mean I've seen utility apartments bigger than this place...oh well I just found her speech rather amusing and what made it even more amusing was the fact that she wrote her speech down on post its...ha oh well at least I had some amusement for the day..well I need to get a shower and get ready to go...me and my mom are going shopping...so take care and have fun!!later!!^_^
