OHMYGOOOOOD!
Days left until I go to Vegas: 1

One more day... wooo... how intensely unexciting... well actually the thing itself isn't until Saturday but we're leaving tomorrow, won't be back until Sunday so I'll see you ten... AGH, I hate my computer! >< It's totally not working at the moment so I'm on my parent's laptop. Grrr... I hate everything...

Oh yeah... I should tell you... today my dad called me (he and my brother and driving down to Vegas as well) and he said to me, "I don't care if you get out on the first round, I am just so proud of you for having even got this far." And before I knew what was happening I was crying, because never ever has my mom said that... it's win or die with her. My dad's always been different like that... I never had to be the best around him. I can just be me and he accepts- even encourages- it. But my mom just has such high expectations and it's just so hard to always have to measure up in her eyes, you know? There's always just so much pressure. She's just like everyone else. She thinks this stuff matters to me, thinks I want to be the best. I don't, honestly. I just want to be me. I want to be loved for me... not for what everyone thinks is me.

Oh yeah, I have a joke. Someone told me this at school, and being the sick freak I am, I laughed hysterically... CHILDREN, SHIELD YOUR EYES!

So a cop is interrogating these three guys that are suspects for some crime. He goes to the first guy and says, "So what were you doing last night?" and the guy says, "I was in the park, blowing bubbles." The cop goes on to the second guy and says, "And what were you doing last night?" The guy says, "I was in the park, blowing bubbles." The cop goes to the last guy and says, "Let me guess. You were in the park, blowing bubbles." The third guy responds, "No. I AM Bubbles."

XD... yeah. I have issues. I leave you with that joke, and may it remain funny until I return. So I'll see you all Sunday... if my mom doesn't stab me first.
