hey, thanks for signing my guestbook! to upload pics u go to the backroom and click fan art and then browse through and upload a pic!
or to get one u see from a site on the net right click it, choose properties, then copy and paste the address/URL. go to otaku and type in this code:
< img src="URL here" border="0" / >
but take out the spaces inbetween the < and img and the > and /
to use one u have saved to your computer you have to go to a site like www.photobucket.com and make an account. (it's free) then upload whatever pics you want there. then under the thumbnails u just highlight and copy the code there that says "Tag" beside it. the one that says URL is the same as the thing u'd enter in the code i wrote above. so, i hope that's what u needed. cya around! ^_^
