   summer break!
finals are coming up but summer break is upon us!! I'm so excited to get out of here and go home for a while. I don't have to worry about money or making my own food and all that sweet stuff. I got accepted to a Dental Hygiene school in Orem, Utah, so that's what I'll be doing next school year.
A-kon in Dallas, Texas will be going on from June 9-11th. I'm getting a room for my friends and I to stay in. So far there's only 3 of us, all girls and we're not sure where to put the one guy that might come... he's not allowed to room with us. we're trying to find another girl to come with us but trying to find a person that we know and that we'll feel comfortable sharing a room with is a challenge. I've got a couple people in mind but I'm not sure how it'll work out. anyway! this year a variant of the band Penicillin is coming. They're called Penicillin nano. Tickets for concerts for Penicillin in Japan go for like... 45 USD (5000 yen... i think), so we're pretty lucky, I got tickets for pretty cheap and it includes more than just a concert. Penicillin nano includes lead singer, Hakuei and guitarist, Chisato. Chisato is pretty cute too. I'm really excited. you can catch some of their songs (penicillin's, not penicillin nano's) on youtube.com. other guests include Kotoko. she sings remixes of popular anime opening/closing songs. she sounds pretty good. but I'm not all that excited about it. for Cosplay, my best friend is going to go as Itachi, but that could change. and my cousin is going as Tenten from naruto, that may also change. and yes! we know that akon will be overrun with naruto but that won't stop us from dressing up. I went as zaraki kenpachi last year and that... was horrible. I'm going to try as robin sena from witch hunter robin but that's probably going to change. I would REALLY like to go as Rabi from D.Grayman but his costume is really hard and I'm a girl and it is obviously so. so I don't think that will work. i should probably put pictures up here some time...
