   Happy Father's Day!!

Happy Father's Day!

Today was an excellent Father's Day. My family all came over to my house for dinner and we visited and had a great time. I am very tired after all the fun so I am doing to keep this post very short.

I give my dad a lot of credit for putting up with me growing up!

Question of the day!

Do you get along with your dad? What is the best thing he has done for you? What is the most embarrassing thing he has done to you?

I get along better now that I don't live with my dad. When I was living at home with mom and dad I would go rounds with my dad. He would just get on my nerves! I think it is because we both have the same stubborn attitude that we sometimes clashed. We get along great now! The best thing he has done for me is putting up with me. I know I can be a bit of a pill and he, no matter how bad I was, still loves me. That means alot to me. ^_^ The most embarrassing. Hmm, there is so much to choose from...I think one of the embarrassing things is what clothes he wears. I won't even embarrass myself by telling you about the outfits he will wear! LOL

Well, hope everyone had a great weekend and I will chat with all of you later! Hope everyone had a great Father's Day! Love you all!

   Panda Playday!

Weeeeeee!

Today was a fun day. My best friend Jen picked me up and we did a little road trip out of town to do some shopping. We spent the day shopping and went to this cool little 50's diner for dinner. We had a great time and I got some new clothes for my upcoming vacation. It was an excellent day. ^_^

Woo hoo!!

Now for the question of the day!

Growing up what was your favorite playground toy to play on? Did you perfer the equipment like the slide, monkey bars, and swings or do you perfer more games like football, soccer or basketball? Do you still enjoy these playground activites?

For me my favorite was the swings. I loved to play on the swings. I always wondered if it were possible to go all the way around. LOL I perferred the swings and stuff to playing any of the other sports. I think this is because I could play those other games at home but I didn't have swings at home. I still love to swing when I get the chance. I don't think I will ever out grow them! ^_^

I hope everyone had a great day like I did and I will catch up on the sites I missed earlier today tomorrow. Love you all!

Do you ever have that feeling like you are being watched?

If someone is watching me, they must be very bored!

I really didn't do much today so I will just jump right into the question of the day. Today was just one of those days that goes by and at the end you wonder what happened to the day. LOL Anyway, on to the question.

Is Big Brother watching you?!?

Have you ever had the feeling like someone was watching you? Do you like to people watch? Do you think all the different cameras (ie security- atm, bank, grocery stores, schools, cell phone cameras..etc.) out in society are a good thing or bad thing?

I sometimes feel like I am being watched, but not by the govt. or something. Usually just by other people. I love to people watch. I think it is very entertaining to watch people at the mall, see what they are wearing, where they are shopping....but I am not stalking anyone! I have no problems with all the cameras out there like the parking lot cameras and other public cameras. I do know many places have banned cell phone cams since people have been sneaking them into dressing rooms and locker rooms. I think as long as you know you are being recorded in a public place there isn't a problem.

Well, I am very sleepy so I am keeping this short. I will catch up with all of you later. Love you all!

   Smoooooches!!

I love you all!

Well, I am feeling better today about the way my life is going. I have had so much support from everyone it has really made me realize something....friends and family are what's important in life...not pride. I know much of what I have been feeling has been my injured pride. Not being able to be as independent as I had been has been very humbling. I appreciate all the support. You guys really are what has kept me strong through this difficult time. Bless you all! ::huggles::

Now I know I haven't been myself lately and I have been a bit of a stick in the mud lately. I am feeling much better today and know each day will get better. Even if I am in pain, at least I have the love and support of my friends and family. I feel loved. ^_^

Ok, enough of this sappy stuff. Moving on to the much awaited...question of the day!! Hmm, I think I need some exciting theme music for that. :P

Why do people always take pictures when you are eatting?

What is the most embarrassing picture ever taken of you? What have you done with this picture? Do you have embarrassing pictures of any of your friends or family?

For me the most embarrassing picture of me is of when I was 2 or 3 years old and I am sleeping with no shirt on, hair a mess and my flower print undies on. My parents have this picture in a photo album they have to show to everyone. ::blushes:: I need to steal that picture out of that album!! I really don't have embarrassing pictures of anyone. It seems like all of mine are embarrassing!

Well, I hope everyone is having a wonderful day and remember that a panda loves you!

The ladder of life is full of splinters...

You don't notice them until you start to slide down it.

Stop the world, I want to get off!!

Well, I am home from work for good. The RA has finally won. I can't work full time anymore due to this disease. I am going to have to be a housepanda. Feeling a bit depressed right now so I am going to think about other things, happy things! One thing I will not miss about being out in the work force is dealing with stupid people. Stupid people and/or mean people suck. I know you can't avoid them, but this will lessen my chances of running into them. At least I don't have to be nice to jerks since I am not at work anymore. Don't you just hate that. You can't tell someone off since you're "on the clock" and don't want to get in trouble at work.

My work life consisted of dealing with people like this.

Now my question to everyone today is this....What is the most stupid question someone has asked you or you have heard someone ask? Have you asked a stupid question you wish you could take back? Do you find stupid questions funny or annoying?

My answers are as follows...

-Stupid question asked.

"Do you have small balls?"- my friend asking the guy at the bowling alley counter while looking for a light weight ball for her daughter.

"How do they all know the words to the same song?"- classmate asked while we were watching Beauty and the Beast.

"How did they get the dogs to do that?"- one lady to another while on a tour at Disneyworld while watching the clip of Lady and the Tramp when Tramp pushed the meatball over to Lady.

"Let me get this straight, all the stars are little suns?"- girl in my college science class asking about the solar system.

Question I wish I could take back. I can't really think of one right now. More than likely it was so embarrassing that I have pushed it out of my long term memory. Not that things stay very long in my memory to begin with! lol

I find most stupid questions slightly amusing, but overall annoying. Mostly because they get stuck in my brain and I want to use an ice pick to dig it out!! Almost as bad as having an annoying song stuck in your head...like Britney Spears "Toxic". Ugh. That was stuck in my head for 2 days!! Better not think about it or it will get stuck in there again.

Well, I guess that is about it right now. Hope everyone is doing well and I love you all. Thanks for all your concerns. Just send some happy thoughts my way and I will be fine. ^_^

   I'm a sad Panda.

I need a hug.

Today was another very difficult day for me. I stayed home from work yet again. It is now obvious to me that I can no longer working full time. I won't go into detail about it since it just makes me feel depressed. I really wish I didn't have this stupid painful disease. Rheumatoid Arthritis is a pain in the ass....actually, the entire body!

I did make it to a few sites today. Shin has a great thread started in the OB about Anime Expo that made me feel better. (Thank you Shin for making me think of something happy in my life!) I loved going to Anime Expo last year. I made a fairly big post about it on the OB. I will post some pictures for you guys!

Me (yes, that is actually me) going to the Anime Expo. The convention center is that big glass looking building behind me.

Koshi Rikudo, creator of Excel Saga, signing autographs at the con.

John and Miriam Sirois, the VA for Akane Tendo in Ranma 1/2, at the Viz Video Private Party. Viz Video actually rented out The House of Blues in Downtown Disney. We went with our friend Jay who writes for Newtype. We had a blast.

Me and Jay! It is so unfair, he got a free press pass for the con!! Of course I got to run around and do fun stuff, he had to work. :P

Richard Cox (VA of Ranma and Inu Yasha) and Miriam Sirois (Akane!) signing autographs at the con.

The best Spirited Away cosplayers I saw at the con!

For more pictures and stuff go to my website and click on the link to "Anime" and then go to Anime Expo. There I have a write up and a bunch of pictures.

Now for the question of the day!

Have you gone to an anime convention? Which ones have you gone too? If you haven't gone, do you want to go? What do you think would be, or has been, the highlight of going to a con?

For me it is meeting people I have met online. I love being able to meet my online friends and put faces and names together. There is just so much to do it is sometimes a bit overwhelming. The shopping, anime viewing rooms, panels, cosplayers....it definately keeps you busy!

Well, I appreciate everyones support and visits to my site. I promise when I am feeling more like my happy panda self I will make the rounds. I am also sorry for making this post so image heavy for all you with slower connections. ^^;;

Remember that no matter what terrible thing going on in your life there is always something great that is worth sticking through the bad time for. Don't ever give up, I'm not. ^_^

Due to alien abduction the Panda is not available.

Let me outta here!

I am really run down today so I am going to keep this very short. I didn't make it to everyones sites today so I will have to catch up tomorrow. Sorry all. But not to worry, I will ask the question of the day!

The one on the right! He's the one who Panda-napped me!!

Do you believe in aliens? Do you believe that people have been abducted by aliens? If you were to be abducted by aliens, what kind of alien do you think would abduct you? (ie cute Lum like aliens? Nasty "I'm going to eat your brain!" aliens? Ewoks?)

I think we are not alone in the universe. I am not too sure if people really have been abducted or if, in their minds, they truly believe it and want us all to believe it. Now if there are really super cute bishie alien boys out there that want to kidnap me so I can become their love slave...I am all for it! I think with my luck if I were to be abducted by aliens it would be a really ugly, nasty, fat, slimy aliens kid who wants to keep me as a pet. >_<

I hope everyone had a great day and I will leave you with this tip on how not to be abducted by aliens...well, at least this particular group of aliens.

Love you all.

   zzzz...

I am completely pooped out today.

I really didn't do too much so I don't have much to talk about. I did finish my Ein picture and posted it. If you get a chance go by and take a look at him. I am going to leave you with this picture and the question of the day.

When was the last time you were scared? Was it because it was something truly life threatening or was it just startling? Looking back at it now, were you justified in being scared or are you embarrassed by it?

I haven't been scared recently but I do have a time that I thought was kinda funny looking back at it. I had gone in to work at the vet clinic and noticed there were a couple of cages that had bedding in them and needed to be cleaned. I was the first one in that morning so I just started to clean the kennels. One had this large towel in it. I reached in a grabbed the towel. As I was moving the towel out of the cage this huge owl sits up at me! The cage was about at the level of my head so this big bird was coming at my face! It freaked me out so much all I could do was shake the towel at it! It sat straight up then fell over to the right.

The owl wasn't attacking me, it was dead. Apparently early that morning one of the Fish and Wildlife guys brought it in for treatment but it was really sick. It passed away shortly after. My boss was too tired to deal with it so he just left it in the cage to take care of when he came back in later in the morning.

At the time it happened it totally freaked me out. I am just glad no one was there to see me do that stupid little freak out towel shake I did. LOL Needless to say my boss got a great kick out of that! I am guessing my face looked like that cat in the picture above!

Well, you guys take care and have a great week. Hopefully I will have something interesting to talk about tomorrow. ^_^

Get out of my dreams, get into my car!

Just get in and no one gets hurt!

Today was a great day. I slept in, woke up feeling great, went out shopping with my best friend, then went out to dinner with my parents and John. Came home, uploaded my latest piece of fan art which is the goat plushie in Last Exile (hint, hint, go check it out!) and finished everything but the shading on my Ein picture. I should have that done tomorrow. It was a great day!

Since it is the weekend and you have better things to do than read my rantings and ramblings, on to my question of the day!

Dreams. Do you remember your dreams? What is the most memorable dream you have had? Do you believe that your dreams are trying to tell you something?

I remember most of my dreams. One of my most memorable dreams has a guy in a panda suit. I had this dream I was working at the vet clinic and I was writing up some charts when this person in a panda suit walked in. I just chuckled and thought that one of my friends or John had sent me a singing telegram or something. I said to the panda.."How can I help you?". The panda pulls a gun out at me. Tells me to get out of the building and get into the car. So I get into the panda's car. It is this rusted out old 1970's model Toyota Celica. It had one of those tree air fresheners hanging from the rear view mirror....Vanillaroma to be exact. The panda gets in and starts to drive through the center of my hometown. Playing on the car stereo was all 80's hair band songs. Stuff like Poison, Warrant, Winger....you know, hair bands. I was just thinking to myself that the people in my town are frickin' idiots since not one person seems to have noticed a guy in a panda suit driving a Celica playing cheesy rock songs really loud??!! I woke up after that.

I am not sure if dreams are trying to tell us things or if it is just our brains sorting odd and ends in our brains. In a dream dictionary it says that dreaming of pandas means good luck. I wonder if it really was? Maybe my dream was trying to tell me that I wanted to escape from work? Who knows.

Well, I hope everyone is having a great weekend and may you all have very sweet dreams. Perhaps a guy in a panda suit will visit your dreams tonight or better yet you can dream about me and I can be the panda of your dreams! ~_^

Love you all!

I am going to plant myself on the couch this weekend!

I think I am going to just take root on the couch and do nothing.

I know, as if pandas do much else than eat, sleep and pout. LOL I made it to work today and got a lot of stuff done. It felt good to get in the office and get caught up on everything. I swear, my boss is so cool. She was so worried about me and told me not to worry about missing work. I swear, she has a special place in Heaven reserved for her. ^_^ And thank you all for your well wishes, I got them all and I think because of them I am feeling great today! ::huggles everyone and hands out fresh baked cookies::

I really don't have too much to write about today so I will post this for all the bishie loving fan girls who visit my site...

Enjoy! (Now quit drooling!)

It's the weekend so I won't suck up all your time having to read my overly long ramblings. On to the question of the day!

Do you think it is weird to find animated/drawn characters attractive? Do you have a "crush" on an animated character? If you do who is it and why?

I think you all know my answer to these questions. As if you guys couldn't guess by looking around my site my crush is Genjo Sanzo from Saiyuki. I have never had a problem with anyone finding animated characters attractive. After all, they are drawn that way! The combination of a great looking character and strong personality is very attractive to me. Sanzo is that bad boy with a troubled past who just needs the right girl...or Panda...to help him through all his problems. ~_^

I submitted a Wolf's Rain wallpaper and 6 greeting cards and they just got posted. If you get a chance take a look at them and tell me what you think. I hope everyone has a great relaxing weekend and I will catch up with all of you later!
