   I am so happy I could just scream!

Today was an excellent day. John and I went out of town for an shopping trip. I don't think I need to explain to you guys how happy getting new anime, manga, games and stuff is so I will just list the spoils of our adventure! Movie: Kill Bill Vol. 1 Game: Secret Weapons Over Normandy for the PS2 Manga: Gravitation vol 1, Naruto vol 1 and Saiyuki vol 2 (yeah! I found the last one from 5 different places I looked!). Anime: Millennium Actress, Witch Hunter Robin vol 4, Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi vol 4, Voices of a Distant Star and Saiyuki vol 10 (yet again the last one in the 5 places we went too!) I am the luckiest panda in the world! I am so excited to get new Saiyuki I feel all giddy!! ::squeels in delight:: We also went to Costco, the big wholesale warehouse store, and bought a bunch of food and stuff in bulk. Come on now, everyone needs 50lbs of kitty litter, 32lbs of laundry soap and 10lbs of Peanuts! Don't worry, we also bough a sampler pack of 24 microbrew beer to go along with the massive amount of peanuts. LOL My poor car felt really heavy driving home. When you buy things in bulk it really weighs down your vehicle! John also found at this little specialty food store some hot sauce that just had on the label "85% Pain", needless to say we purchased that. He just ate a chip with a bunch of it on there and said it was overrated...should only be 80%. @_@ Next time we are getting the bottle that said "95% Pain". That should do the trick. He loves spicy hot food...not me, mild is as racy as I will go. :P My art has been posted so go rate it. I think it is kinda cute. I know it is really simple, but at least I didn't trace it, it is 100% original. I drew it myself from looking at my stuffed Grunty! Oh, and I did the coloring on my laptop using a touch pad....I think next time I will try using a mouse. LOL Pretty good considering huh! ^_^ ::beams with pride:: I also did a couple of greetings too. I thought what the heck! I wanted to give something to the community and that is about all I can do. I think if people like them I will submit some more stuff. But first, a bunch of new anime to watch!! I love you all and I promise to catch up on all your myO sites later tonight! MUST WATCH SAIYUKI!!

   Major Announcement!!

:: trumpets sound :: I have submitted my very first piece of fan art!! With my luck it won't even be accepted due to my lack of artistic ablitlity! LOL I had fun doing it anyway. I will tell you that I sketched it out while looking at a stuffed Grunty I have. The only thing I don't want is a bunch of people telling how much it sucks since I was just doing it for fun. I know I need improvement but considering this is my first piece I hope people will give me a break. Ok, I am done giving excuses. Moving on to something more disturbing than my art work. Baron sent me a picture to add to the contest. It is, well, just go see for yourself. Click on the ugly gnome banner in my intro to go take a look. I think you can decide for yourself. I hope everyone is still looking for pictures. Only Flame060, Baron and myself have entered! I know you guys have something you want to send me! As you all know as you are looking around myO sites you see little quizes and stuff that people have taken and you think....that looks like fun I will do it too!    Great wisdom can be found in a little cookie.

I know I just did my update but while I was at lunch a question popped into my brain. I, of course being the panda I am, had chinese food for lunch and got a fortune cookie. I end up keeping the ones that are interesting. Today's fortune is as follows... "You will make a name for yourself." Let us study this statement shall we...does it mean: a) I will take up an alias? b) I am going to sign up for another message board and have to pick a new screen name? c) I will become famous (or infamous!)? d) It's just the fortune cookie writer messing with my mind? This brings me to my question for all my visitors. Have you ever had a fortune cookies fortune predict the future? I have actually had a few be, well, for lack of a better term...instant karma. Cookie story #1: I went out to dinner with my parents (this was several years ago) and my cookie told me: "The last wish you made will come true." I thought about it for awhile and the last thing I had wished for off hand was that I wish John would fall in love with me. Which he did. I love that fortune! Cookie story #2: When John was moving back to Washington from Florida he stopped for dinner, chinese of course, and his fortune told him: "Love moves you in a new direction." It just seemed so appropriate. He still has it in his wallet. ^_^ Cookie story #3: I went out to lunch with my best friend Jen and we crack open our cookies. Mine says: "You will give a small fortune." I laugh, hand her my fortune and tell Jen that apparently this cookie doesn't know me very well. She starts to crack up, hands me her fortune. Her fortune said: "You shall receive a small fortune." Now that was a perfect example of instant karma for you! I gave her a "small fortune"! I guess the cookie knew more than me! Ok, now it is your turn to share your fortune cookie stories. Any one have one that was just too perfect? bizarre? fun! Let me hear them! Now, time for me to finish eatting my cookie! ^_^ Munch, munch, munch....

   Today is going to be a very busy day!

It should be a fun day. Today is my hubby's birthday, it is Friday and I am 1/2 way done with the work day! Yippee! Ok, I have started a new project. I know you are all giddy about me starting a new project. I am working on some art to submit to the fan art section!! I have never ever taken any art classes or drawn anything beyond a stick figure or smiley face. It is not going to be anything as great as the work other members can do, but I thought I would give it a shot. So when I post it, be nice, I don't know what I am doing. I hope you guys can at least tell what it is when it is finished. More than likely it will be more like a drunken walrus did it than anything! I have just been inspired by looking at everyone's art that I want to try some myself. I was in band in school not art! Keep that in mind when you finally get to see my "masterpiece"! I am not going to tell you what it is since I want to see if you can figure it out on your own. LOL Perhaps we can use it like one of those ink blot tests...what do you see here? :P I think I will have it done by Sunday. We will see. On a very important note, can you all go to Mimmi's site and give her your support. She needs all of us right now. ^_^ Thanks you guys! Well, time for this Panda to get some lunch.    Panda Ponders

Pandas spend many hours thinking about things. What kind of things you ask? Well, this that and the other thing. Many hours are spent pondering the meaning of life and other such topics. Tonight I found myself taking a quiz about what my life is rated. I consider myself a very conservative panda. Nothing too racy or questionable. I thought for sure my life, being as tame as it is, would be rated PG or PG-13 at the most. But to my surprise I got.... My life is rated NC-17. What is your life rated? Now I wonder about my life...@_@ Now moving on to something different. Thanks all for checking out my site. I hope we are all out of the blahs soon. It would be nice to see everyone back to themselves. I think we all need a vacation!! Of course, if you go off my quiz, any vacation I go on might be rated NC-17!! >_< Speaking of which, if you could pack up and go on an all expense paid vacation right now...where would you go, who would you take and what would you do? I would take my entire family back to Japan to visit family and friends there. Go on a major anime shopping spree and eat lots and lots of great food. ^_^ Well, I guess I will go back to sitting in the tree to think. Think, think, think....

   Everyone seems to be in a bit of a rut.

It makes me think that we are all feeling the "afternoon blahs" but the afternoon is more like a month. I have been going around visiting myO sites and it seems like many people are feeling a bit blah lately.Perhaps we all need a good nap and things will look better afters. Right now I am at work and figured I would add an update to my site. I am sure some of you have noticed I finally got around to putting the ACROSS menu up. I know the image is a bit big but I will be adding to it and figured what the heck, I will just leave it be. My intro is looking a bit crowded. At the end of the month I will be taking that gnome award down (hopefully giving it away to some lucky person!)and that will free up some room on my intro. I wanted to also give out warm fuzzies to everyone, it looks like quite a few of us have been having a rough time lately. ::passes out warm fuzzies:: Just remember that no matter what trials you are struggling though in life that you are not alone. ^_^ Speaking of afternoon blahs, I am feeling like I really need a nap right now. Today is one of those grey, overcast days that just makes you feel tired. When I went home at lunch my dogs and cats were all taking a nap. I am so jealous of them. Why can't someone just take care of me!! Well, if you are still reading this you must be just as bored as I am writing it. Take care and I will catch up with all of you later. ^_^

   Feelin' Fine.

I spent the night, like every night, watching anime and working on the web. I have a few updates to my intro but I can't do them until I get to work tomorrow because of the wacky computer problem. Oh, but here is the shocker for you all, I WASN'T watching Saiyuki, I was watching GTO. I know, shocking isn't it! Panda not watching Saiyuki....write this down in the history books! :P I do have a question for everyone. Have any of you noticed your counter in the backroom setting of myO has stopped working? At least it has for me. I have been stuck at the same number of visitors for the past couple of days now. Not that it really matters to me since I know those who visit my site are the important ones. ~_^ I love you all. I was just curious is all. I am a very sleepy Panda...which is not unusual for a panda. I mean they eat and sleep...pretty much it. Time for this Panda to sleep. I will catch up on all your myO sites tomorrow. Night all!

   Oh what fun we will have!

I am currently working on the Official website. I still has a couple of bugs I should have worked out by later tonight. I am glad you all "like" my award. That was one of those things I stumbled across one day and it was just too bizarre not to copy. So, I share that great find with all of you! Doesn't it look like something that would come to life in the middle of the night and kill you?! Uber-creepy! Oh, Happy Cinco de Mayo! Go eat some Mexican food! What is Cinco de Mayo? Why it is the 5th of May...literally! It is Mexico's independence day...kinda like the 4th of July is to Americans. So it is another holiday we here in the States use as an excuse to get drunk on Tequila. :P Well, I best be getting back to working on the site.    I think we need to do something interesting.

I am going to have a little contest on my site. I, as many of you probably have, been looking around the internet only to stumble upon something so bizarre all you can say is...WTF?! This contest is dedicated to just such a moment. I want everyone to send me the strangest picture/image they have found on the internet. I will put all the pictures I receive on my website and post a link here. It contest will last til the end of the month. You can submit as many pics as you would like! At the end of the month I will make a post here in my blog and we shall vote. One vote per person. Make sure the images are appropriate for the age group here on myO. So, keep it "clean". And I know you are all wondering what wonderful prize the winner will receive! It isn't a year supply of adult diapers or cream of mushroom soup...it's this!!! You can proudly post this award on your site! Come on now everyone! Join in! I know you are probably getting tired of playing Q & A on everyone's myO sites, why not send me bizarre pictures instead! You can email me the picture or give me the URL...I don't care as long as you join in!! Why waste hours filling out one of those 2000 question questionaires or taking another quiz when you can be looking for stupid images on the net?!? Tell your friends!
